I have been trying to generate upc and received a message Hello! Your request for upc for idea number [protected] with reference number c[protected] is resolved. For further assistance, dial 198 While my outstanding dues are less than zero, and egg minded customer care repeats the same sentence what is shown on the screens. Please wait for 24-48hours from 2 weeks. The appellate is another # department. I have raised tons of tickets and emails. The other fun part is they dont have nodal officer. Feb 14, 2020 Updated by Tarakesh Pulikonda I had zero dues while i was trying upc. Today bill is generated.
