I have called the customer care refund

Is it always the case that no one will ever make any mistake while recharging or you don't care to resolve such issues?

I would like to summarize your concern related to reactivation of services.

I attempted to call on your mobile number xxxxx earlier today, however contact could not established.

Services on your Idea mobile no. xxxxx has been permanently disconnected under Visa Expiry with effect from xxxx 2020.

Further, I regret to inform you that we are unable to refund recharge amount as provision for the same is not available with us.

6.DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE COMPANY

8. COMPLAINT REDRESSAL MECHANISM
8.1 The complaint of consumer is resolved by our customer care executive at the call center and outlets.
8.2 A unique docket number is provided to the consumer for all complaints.
8.3 If the complaint is not resolved or not resolved to your satisfaction, consumers can appeal to Appellate Authority through email, facsimile, post, in person or call on the consumer care number (198-Toll free) within thirty days of closure of complaint. Appeal format is mentioned as Annexure 1 (not mandatory) at the bottom of this document.
8.4 The name and contact information of Appellate Authority are mentioned in section 11 of this document.
8.5 Appellate authority will resolve & intimate the appellant within 39 days of receipt of the appeal

    Advance payment was collected for availing international call facility on my mobile.
    I now want to port to a differebt service provider. I had approahed the idea service centre in basaveswaranagar, bangalore karnataka, to reolve this.
    They are now saying there is no deposit in my account.
    This complaint is to get this resolved and money refunded.

      My sim isn't working it's saying it has been temporarily suspended and whenever someone tries to call me it's saying its switched off its really surprising because it was just currently working...please kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible because it's my only way of communication
      For I am foreigner residing in India for studies and I have no other way of communication

        I got message from 51998 number. One message charge 3 and 8 rupees on my number in 2 time. I am not interested your service. So please deactivate service in my number ([protected]). It is happened two times. First time also i complained to idea cellular company they haven't resolved it. And 2nd time it is today i. E. 14.3.2020 even today i have complained but they didn't responded properly they disconnected the call... This is ridiculous..

        Idea Tower is at 1/2 kilometer to my house. But very poor signal in the house. This is a Municipality but signal strength is very poor.

          Automatic messages are being sent to the following number :[protected] charging rs 25 from my number [protected].
          Every sms is charger rs 5. This will keep on going for further bills to come. The idea agent i spoke to says you have sent the message inspite of me telling him that i haven't sent any message and just wasn't ready to accept it.
          After doing a google search i found many people have encountered this problem.
          Please look into the matter and refund my amount.

            Idea is worst compony ever, I made recharged of 599/-.but still my 4G network is working on 0.2kb/s is it HIGH SPEED.
            PLease do not fools people @idea, we paid money for your service, but what we get FAST SPEED 0.2kb/s also the call quality is also poor . No network coverage in KOthrud area, service center also not responding, when I am trying to call idea consumer, they didn't reply well. FULLY ### NETWORK by IDEA.

              We have ported in our mobile no. [protected] from airtel and recently submitted the proof of payment of previous service provider three days before i. E. 09.03.2020, but still my outgoing calls not activated.

              These proofs were submitted on 09.03.2020 at your idea store, dugri road ludhiana and your store representative ms. Mandeep is not responding properly.

              Please resolve this issue immediately.

                Greetings,

                We have had 29 postpaid numbers linked to our organisation. Since november our previous plan of rs.199/- was migrated to rs.299/- without intimating us or getting our consent. Upon complaint, the regional manager at mangalore, mr. Manoj nair and one of his office employees mr. Jeevan promised to waive all the amount above rs.199/- per connection.

                On[protected] we had requested to convert them all to prepaid as we had low usage in the coming days. Idea executive mr. Jeevan dismissed the request and asked us to stick to postpaid and promised to revise our plan. We did not withdraw our request, and he himself considered it withdrawn.

                On[protected], we submitted another request to permanently disconnect 16 of those 29 numbers as we didn't need them. However, no action was taken on this until[protected] when we threatened mr. Jeevan to approach the consumer forum.
                Also, our plan was changed to rs.149/- again without our consent and intimation. Under this plan, apart from 149 we are also charge 150+ for all the 2 numbers that were in use and rs.5 and rs.3 for other 2 numbers. We have been over billed for all these numbers since november and again and again.

                We registered a grievance on[protected] on another platform and on the same day got a call from one of the customer support executives. Upon explaining, she said us only one thing and i quote - "i cannot do anything sir, it is reflecting in our system and you have to pay. It is not our fault, the bill is raised and you have to pay this.". When we told her we will approach consumer court and tell this to the court, she said ok and disconnected the call. Immediately after the call, all our outgoing calls for the active numbers were barred.

                The regional idea store says they have no power and say over the matter, the regional manager is not interested in responding to any request/query.

                We demand for a complete waiver, conversion of 3 out of the total 29 numbers to prepaid (Numbers of our choice), an apology letter from a senior executive at idea and a compensation for the harassment, false promise and irresponsible nature of a few of the idea employees that has troubled us all these days.

                  I received a message from idea thanks for activating games portal. Now you can play unlimited games, click http://carbun8.in/mobgames/ and enjoy the service. I didn't click on any link and i got charged with 21rs. This is not the first time they have charged unfairly. Please take necessary action and refund my money.
                  I have deactivated it but my money is still gone. I request to repay the money you took my fraud means.

                  I hope necessary action will be taken soon.

                  I received a message from VZ- ideaCMS on Tuesday, 18 August, 2020.

                  "Dear customer, thank you for downloading CARBUN_GAME from CARBUN8.You have been charged Rs. 15." I didn't click on any link, my phone isn't showing and downloads, and I got charged with Rs.15.

                  This happened on the third day after India celebrated its 74th Independence day. The hard earned freedom by our martyrs was not the freedom to charge the common people with unfair deductions.
                  In this time of pandemic, when the topmost industrialists and companies must come forward to help the commons, this act o[censored]nfair deductions is really apprehensive.

                  I request you take necessary action and refund my money. I am ready to pay for the services I avail but I am reluctant to get cheated on my hard earned money.

                  I hope necessary action will be taken soon as the goodwill of consumers is also important in the growth and sustainability of a company .

                    I am not able to make any calls from my idea sim. All my outstanding balance is cleared. Even for incoming calls, i have been receiving complaints from people saying i'm not reachable most of the time.

                    I'm using a high end phone with single sim so there shouldn't be any lag from that end.

                    I am having many issues with idea vodafone services lately even after subscribing for a postpaid premium plan. It looks like a complete waste of money.

                      For the last one month i have been getting a call from idea cellular about payment of a certain bill... The bill is already paid. If i inform them they say let me check and promptly come back saying yes the bill is paid. Sometimes they say we are confirming that the bill is paid. I think their accounts are also in shambles now! This company should be shut down for sure! Or, taken over. The phone is being used by my 83 years old mother. If one keeps calling you have to pay... She is bound to get disturbed. What is happening here? Is there no one in charge?

                      I said wrong number because I thought it was the same call - to confirm that I had paid out the bill because the number seemed the same.                         I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number using correct port format. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I'm unable to speak with customer care they are not connecting and even customer compliant number is also using for their promotions which is so annoying.

                          I have tried several times to get the upc for my idea number as i want to port this because of poor signals.
                          I have visited the store and lodged a complaint with the customer care but unable to resolve my problem
                          Kindly help as i cannot pay the phone bill even when i’m not using it
                          I even tried my best to get it converted to pre paid connection but idea people are of no use.. Customer service ask us to visit the store and store will ask us to put the request to customer service. Written mails too but no use..

                            Sorry to say your internet speed is very very week at my location. What are you doing guys. You promises that you are giving 4g speed to us but the reality is that you are providing still 2g speed. Whenever i talk with your Customer Care Executive, he still reply that the system is not working, we cannot check. I always complain regarding network but they are not resolving my complain. Everyday i am facing the problem regarding Internet Speed. Now the speed is 15 kbps.

                            My proper location is (Geeta nagar, Imran nagar, ward no.7, station road, Vapi, District: Valsad, State: Gujrat
                            Kindly please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                              Idea is one of the top1st worst network provider in india.
                              The network speed the i get now is.10kb/second, while calling to customer care for regestering a complaint then they says that within 1 months a new network tower will be introduced in your place. And the network speed is not only in kerala in bangalore also i am having this same situation

                                here lots of problem of data and voice
                                Very weak 4g network also lots of problem with voice call like call not connecting call dropage issuy this issue is more than 6 month and I saw that nothing improvement on that

                                  I have ported my Airtel number to Idea last week on 4th Mar 2020 and my Airtel sim stopped working on 6th Mar 2020 @ 11:30 PM IST and I have inserted the IDEA SIM and from that day its showing no service and till now 9th MAR 2020 it has not been resolved and my number is completely dead and not able to get any calls due to this problem. I was calling customer care from day 1 of this issue and i have visited IDEA showroom thrice a day and they are telling some error in sim and need to get duplicate sim for the same, and i have agreed and the same issue and they did the same thing, taking duplicate sim twice that day itself(7th Saturday) . After that also i have the same issue. Please help ASAP.
                                  Idea owes me huge amount for this unprofessional behavior since my main number, which I used to get my business call is blocked.

                                  The worst decision i took is IDEA network.

                                        From last 5 years we are facing huge network problem in our room and area.. Both indoor and outdoor network is totally disappeared we are using operator connection but not getting the service

                                        Every month we are recharging the plan but not getting the call facilities and data facilities.. Many problem we are facing

                                        Can't communicate with family members relatives... Even in emergency we can't call ambulance, doctor and hospital to do the treatment on time due to no network

                                        It is humble request to higher authorities of complaint department.. Plz registered the complaint of network coverage and send the network team and rf team engineer to resolve the issue and

                                        If engineer required new tower for installation i m willing to give my land for network tower installation with all the necessary permission required network team

                                        It is humble request to higher authorities as a humanity inside each and every person help us truly.. We are frusted with no network

                                        Idea has been claiming about High speed 4g data but it's not running as per they're claiming about it. It's troublesome and annoying too, idea has suggested to cheat it's regular customers and charge them for fake 4g data network. #fakeidea4g
