      Since 2-3 months, i'm not able to make calls. Balance is there in the account, please resolve the issue asap. After recharging amount is being deducted for nothing, can’t even text message.
      Incoming calls are barred for no reason. Network is not available everywhere, can’t use data even data balance is there because of network, just resolve the issue...

            I am not able to send SMS from my mobile, and have been complaining to customer care for a few weeks now. Everytime I call, they give me solutions I cannot test until the call is completed. After the call when I follow the solution steps provided, it gets me no where. Then they claimed there was a technical fault at their end in my area, which they said resolved the problem. When I called today, they said they will leave a feedback. But they don't seem to be rectifying the problem.
            Impact on a daily usage, mobile number confirmation for various services, where SMS is to be sent from mobile, is inaccessible. The main pain point is reactivating UPI services.
            Having gone in circles with the customer care, I wanted to PORT my network to another service provider, but even for that I am required to send SMS, which doesn't work on my mobile.
            I have used another sim card on my mobile and confirmed the mobile is not faulty.

                Hi, i'm not able yo send sms from my idea number. I've tried to find out the reasons and it look like company has stopped sms service because my number is in roaming. Despite of recharging my number i'm not able to send sms. There are numerous services which i can only take advantages of if sms service is working e. G upi os the one and many others.

                  I'm ganesh, i'm not getting call (Caller get i'm out of network coverage) and i'm unable to make calls. Howeve, my interest service is working fine. I raised the complaint but its for no issue. I'm experiencing this nearly two months. I'm using whatapps calls for my communication. This is happening in certain areas only. The idea showroom executive advices me to change the sim (It doesn't make sense to me perhaps other location are working fine), and they say it may work. If its till not working i can change the network service provider.

                    Dear sir,
                    My sim card is not showing any network for last 2 months.
                    I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone and even changed the sim card as well from idea store.

                    On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal.
                    I'm unable to lodge a complaint in your website because they send a verification code to the same number. How can i receive a message when i don't have any network.

                    It is getting very discouraging for me, i don't see any options available to solve this issue. My idea number is [protected]. I can be contacted on gmail (Shanmukh. [protected]@gmail.com)

                      I recharged my father's idea prepaid number with an some amount. To my surprise the top up amount was not reflected in total balance but something called secondary balance, which i figured out was the balance would be removed if not consumed within the timeout.
                      That was not the case earlier, and it seems they have come up with this way to fool customers. The customer should be entitled to whole amount even after the validity expires and balance should not be made nil.

                        In my whole region near khetan hospital, sikar road, jaipur 302039. There is no speed coming it is not coming more than 0.5kbps, i want my refund as i have give as a charity i got nothing as there is no meaning to waste money like this, my idea number is [protected].

                          Sir,
                          I am a subscriber for idea cellular co. Ltd since 7 years.in the month of nov-19 i had discontinued two numbers viz – [protected] and [protected]. And accordingly i received a message from idea in regards to discontinued of services bearing communication sr. No. C[protected] dated 2nd nov, 19. Thus though the number is discontinued in system but again the same number - [protected] is continued through idea officer mischievously without my knowledge and consent. Thus the moment services were discontinued for [protected] i have thrown the sim. But still unauthorizedly the mob. No. [protected] is continued in system and based on it i have been receiving the bills from idea vodafone office though there is no fault at my end. Thus based on this issue i had met idea vodafone manager at aurangabad and accordingly issue was resolved partially by waiving of the bill of old mob. No. I. E [protected] excluding late payment charges. Now the question is in the month of jan-2020 i had cleared all my dues of activate number by paying of rs.1600/- including late payment charges though there is no fault at my end. But fact was from idea office only the number - [protected] is continued but still i bared all the late payment charges unnecessarily. This is clearly deficiency of services at idea’s end.

                          Now though idea-vodafone had deactivated my no - [protected] and waiver off the bill for the month of nov and dec-19 but still the bill was showing due in system for old discontinued no for the month of jan-20 therefore based on it idea-vodafone has charged late payment charges in feb -20 billing which i am not liable to pay as it’s not my fault.

                          2ndly again on prorate basis i have received a bill for the month of feb-20 for old discontinued no. [protected] wherein too late payment has been charged due nonpayment of old discontinued mob no bill if fact that payment was waived off and i had paid regular mob no bill i. E [protected].

                          Now the question is through i have been paid the whole outstanding amount for the number – [protected] from jan-20 till march-20 but still due to nonpayment of bill for discontinued mob no. The late payment has been charged of rs. 214/- from me which i am not liable to pay. The way idea company is giving the services it shows that they are literally extracting the money illegally on baseless logic. The idea call center employee were also not understanding the issue and like this idea-vodafone is looting to customers. Based on such non cooperative services i had text a message of port of my mob no. Based on it i have received a call from idea-vodafone services they were also discontinued the conversation without any solution.in past as well i had mailed to higher authorities as well on deficiency of services. (Annexed herewith old mail communication) but they had also not bothered to listen and even not resolved the issue. Therefore i had discontinued two numbers.

                          Thus in view of this please take strict action against idea vodafone company who has been mentally harassing me since last many months. Even the out late service provider of idea are not listen up properly as giving excuses that they are not authorized to resolve the query raised by me and keep on saying that call to call centers. Due to such deficiency of service attracts the provision of consumer protection act which i reserve my rights against idea-vodafone.

                            I am a customer of idea vodafone cellular network. Since merger of idea and vodafone, the quality of network coverage has dropped in sahakar nagar 2, pune 411009. I visited their office near hirabaug, pune and reported twice, since september 2019. They are giving false commitment that network will improve within one month.

                            But the network coverage is very poor.

                              Sir,
                              Myself naveen, i lost my mobile along with idea sim, i am using that sim about 5 years. So i go to idea store for sim replacement for that they charge 75 rupees, there the problem starts that the status of sim is active in their system but i am not getting any signal (Tried different handsets and tried manual and automatic settings), so i visit the store again they said they too don't know about this and they give me new sim for replacement still same problem continues, do this three times but my problem is not resolved. While i am asking they are saying that we forwarded your problem to higher officials. After then asking they are saying that we will intimate you when the problem is not resolved, no response from them since 5days. I want my number since it is linked to all of my account.

                                Complain:- rs 21 deducted from my idea prepaid sim card. Customer care call karne par unke dwara suchna di gyi ki apke mob me game khela gaya jiske liye balace deduct kiya gaya jabki uske 1 hour phle se mera mob without work ke meri pocket me rakha tha us bich na to koi game khela gaya hai na hi mobile ka koi bhi use kiya gaya hai and mere mobile me koi chargeble game download hi nhi hai na hi preloaded hai.

                                I have already filed a complaint to the idea cellular but still didn't get any response.they deducted 21₹ by activating some rubbish online game portal.I'm still waiting for their action.

                                  I have requested refund due to Idea Cellular blocked my SIM and terminated the service. Here response. I have not received and ID related to claim nor contact where the reclamate.

                                  To summarize
                                  1: no refund provided
                                  2: no reclamation point.

                                    I am totally disappointed with idea service as it's deducting amount without user intervention.5 months back, 40rs has been deducted nd activated caller tune. This happened many times so finally i disguisted and activated dnd. Even then its deducting rs 8 evry month without my acceptance of any service

                                      I am suffering a problem daily i. E. Deduction of 10 rupees on daily basis. A message came into my inbox starting from 53010 saying about u fined with 10 rupees. And when i called to costumer care they usually tell that you played a game so that u charged with 10 rupees. Please resolve my problem my issue... This is dishonesty to deduction of money from any sim card without any reason and refund back my money also

                                        I was facing an issue of call drop so customer care suggested me to exchange the SIM with a new one. So today on 17th March 2020, I got a new SIM with SIM exchange reference no.: C[protected]. I got an SMS on my my alternate number at 4:15 pm that it will be activated in 2 hours but now it is 5 hrs since then but still my SIM is not activated.
                                        Previously I was facing an issue of call drop and now this!
                                        Please let me now clearly if issues are not going to be resolve from your end so that we can at least port to any other better provider.
