Idea Cellular — Money collected but no response GANESH JADHAV

I(Rajendran) applied for idea broadband on 08/06/2015. The POC Mr. Ganesh Visited me and i opted for 1099 scheme, he charged me 2000. He told that I will get connection in two days. So I paid Rs. 2000. I've paid the whole amount on cash and submitted the documents he requested. He gave me a receipt.He promised that by 10/06/2015 I'll have the connection.
