[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — my phone service blocked

I was using my phone no since last five years... I was very regular and up to date when i got noticed to link with adhaar no, i linked my phone no with adhaar no. About five months ago... But on 26-02-18 i recieved a message from idea cellular saying that - dear customer, your idea connection has been barred & will be deactivated within 48 hours as your document has been found to be non compliant as per govt. Norms... And after that my phone was not working no calls incoming, or outgoing. I tried to call several numbers including customer care and helpline etc. But nothing to do... After about 48 hours my network gone...
I called to the customer care with another no of my home the representative says that you were not using the no since last 90 days so the service stopped..
I replied him that since last 90 days i have recharged my phone several times and even 15 days back i recharged with rs 110/- how can you say that it was inactive... After that he said that you were using many no with the same name so the service is blocked... I asked for the details but he denied...
What should i do? Kindly help me.
I have the recharge messages stored in my phone and also many call recordings to prove that my no was active...

I have my complaint related to deduction of amount from my idea cellular no [protected] in spite of taking recharge/tariff plan. for this happen not only for this time but i suffered many times before.
and at last i need to return back my deducted amount 5 /- rs to my idea cellular no [protected] .

When you call to other numbers it will give the congestion message and drop the call. From past 2 months the issue is more frequent.
