I have been cheated by a lady who used vodafone mobile no [protected] of delhi stating that she is from sbi card department and for some credit vouchers she needed card information and otp and she had extracted about rs 59983 of my hard earned money through otps and from obc jagiroad branch she looted rs 24987 prcr/ecom/78000400/[protected]/43570850 unauthorize trancation rs4995 then prcr/ecom/78000400/[protected]/43570850 rs 4996, prcr/ecom/78000400/[protected]/43570850 unauthorized transaction rs4998 then prcr/ecom/78000400/[protected]/43570850 rs 4999 and prcr/ecom/78000400/[protected]/43570850 unauthorize transaction rs 4999.

Is there any body in entire India who can unearth the alleged unholy nexus among unethical officials and online theives who have sold their sole to devils. Will our honest people wake up to stop the unethical practice being fueled by our so called protectors.

    Dear sir i am using a number [protected] for last 2 years i was a customer of vodafone group but after some time i decided to change my cellular company from vodafone to idea. I port my number into idea then after some time i convert my idea prepaid to idea postpaid after some time because of high bills i plan to change it into prepaid again i. When i decided to change from vodafone to idea i used to live in roorkee, then in september i shifted in dehradun now the thing is as i earlier said because of high bills i decided to change my postpaid sim into prepaid i talk with idea customer care at toll free number the told me that i have to visit idea store at rookee they will only convert my sim into prepaid then i visit there at idea store at malviya chowk, ther i pay all my dues, i also ask them kindly clear all my dues or my bill amount i repeat it twice. They charge me near about 1250rs as my bill amount at dues too. I made this payment at 22/12/2017 through paytm after that they give me a new prepaid sim, i come back to dehradun i visited a idea store at ballupur they activate my sim and i asked to store incharge about my any pending dues or any other miscellaneous hidden amount but she refused it and reply that if there are any dues compay did not accept your prepaid request after this reply i really thought she is saying right now after some days i tried to recharge my number ([protected]) through paytm but i get failed in it then i call at customer care toll free number there was a gentlemen who handled my concern and replay me that sir there is not a problem from our hand there may be a problem with your paytm. Then i realize might be he is right.
    Today i got a call from idea and the executive told me that there is a due amount around 450rs i was shocked because i cleared my dues and bills in december it self and that executive was very rude too with me
    Then i realize that moment was very worst whren i decided to go for idea because it was not my first bad experience with idea earlier i raised a complaint in idea but i did not get any response from idea. Now i can not recharge because of this now i am looking for a support i want to leave idea after that because i know if i again raise a complain in idea, idea will not even look into this.
    This my humble request to you please help me

      While contacting to ustomer care the agent was using abusive words against me and supervisor desk had a very very bad approach on me.Please do kindfull and didnot provide me with total resolution.I was handling them politely. But both senior and front desk was making me fun and sarcastic way of talking in the respective call.Very bad experience

        There is a pending issue with my idea account, no. [protected], wherein i was cheated by an idea executive by offering and enforcing incorrect std plan against my knowledge and latter to my surprise i got a bill of inr 1600/-.

        The whole earlier conversation i already raised few complaints under communication ids. -
        No.:- c[protected], c[protected], c[protected]. But no help with these communications.

        Now regularly getting harassment calls on my wife's cell number, including threats.

        I am firm with my decision that unless idea comes up with the conclusion on what action they took against that executive and why shall i suffer due to misdeeds by such executives, i am not going to pay any amount.

        Initially, i was ready to pay the negotiated amount suggested by idea and requested idea to discontinue this service but they seem to put me under trap by not agreeing to this terms. They force me to continue this service which is against the norms of trai.

        Note : - one of the numbers from which my wife got the harassment call - [protected], and other ms. Awantika rathore claim to be her senior from delhi lok adalat.

        They are giving threats like they have filed fir against me.
        If the amount not paid within half hour police will approach you.
        Even court will summon you soon.

        Though already undergone through an ordeal by idea and extremely unpleasant experience. I am writing this mail with the last hope of getting justice.

        My concern is not yet addressed. Idea is projecting their views as per their vested commercial interests and they don't wish to give any attentions or concern towards their (executives) unethical tricks to trap existing customers and siphon money through wrong deals. I wish Idea customer care to read my initial complaint once again for better understanding of the case.

            My name is janakirao.. And my num:[protected]. Am using this number since 5 years. Once i lost my num. And i had went to service center. They gave me my mobile number back with 130 rupees cost. After that 2 days worked after that my mobile number was not working still. And i am going to customer care service centres suggest me take a postpaid number. Otherwise your number permanently not worked. How they are suggested me go on postpaid.? Who the hell are there. I need explanation from each and everyone. From customer care.

              Since purchase of sim cardof idea network not coming their technical team visited my place and said that even 2 g isnot coming but will be done in next expansion plan of company. I have to keep window opened to call so many mosquitoes entered in home also.

                I had ported out my number from idea in november first week and as per the customer care executive i was told i would receive my security refund after 60 days. I was sceptical if i would receive the refund or not as had ready a lot of complaints regarding not sending refund cheques to customers and my doubt came true, today on 22 feb its well over 100 days but i haven't received a penny! I have send countless emails to them but all in vain. The computered generated reply email says i would receive reply in 48 hours max but these crooks reply in around 7 days and that too absurd replies. They are trying to cover up their losses by eating customers security refund. Trying their best not to issue refund by harrassing customer. Kindly provide me my security refund or else i'm filling case in my local consumer court.

                  I visited the nearest idea store (Vinayaka communications, new nagole, hyderabad, telangana) for the number port. The person at this center was rude and insisting us to recharge at the store itself. I said first process number port request later i can do recharge online. He did not agree for this. I argued with him for sometime. Finally he said to pay 100/- for the sim so that he can process the number port request.

                  The other mobile networks are providing the service for free and few are charging for 25/-, but idea people are charging 100/-.

                  Now i changed my opinion. I don't want to go with idea.

                      Hi

                      I have talked to your representative thrice on the subject making grievance that the bill has been charged on very high side while i am having almost every facility unlimited. I am told that bill is on higher side because of excessive sms usage, in this connection i would like to bring into your kind notice that i sent sms only 4 or 5 times during the complete month of jan and that too less than hundred persons at a single time. But i note that the sms sent by me to less than hundred persons has been counted exorbitantly (4 or 5 times).

                      It is also pertinent to mention that no alert or warning is sent by your company in case the limit of daily100 sms is about to reach or over. As such, this is only because of fault in your system which traps the customer for higher bill for want of necessary alert or warning. Had i received the required alert, i would not have crossed the daily limit of 100 sms per day and hence the bill could not have been generated this much high.

                      You will appreciate that i am already having internet facility which is never consumed. I am also using whatsapp which is in a way unlimited sms facility.
                      Hence there is no wisdom in using sms beyond the prescribed daily limit and pay the high bill. The generation of high bill has resulted only because of the fault on the part of your company by not providing alert or warning. On the other hand you are always giving alerts about the internet data usage which enables customer to know his limit o[censored]sage and stops him to cross the limit.

                      Few months earlier also i had to pay the high bill because of the same problem as i was not given sms alert. This bill has been generated on higher side only because of sms charges and gst charge there upon. Since the bill has been generated on the higher side because of the fault of your company, i am not liable to pay the same. I, therefore, request you to make necessary correction in the bill and waive all the amount of sms charges and gst charges there upon so that i may not be victim of your mistake.

                      After not receiving any response for more than a week i sent gentle reminder again to the same mail id on feb 19 which is as follows:

                      Dear sir,

                      Please take reference of my mail dated 11.02.2018 on the subject which is still not responded. I have received neither any call nor mail in the matter. The date for payment of bill is approaching near and hence, i request you to redress my grievance at the earliest.

                      Request you to look into the problem asap and resolve it at earliest

                        I did not know about their nasara animations and so...
                        And also I didn't saw any messages about reduction of money.i only knowed the message thats about "thanks for using nasara animations and you charged rs 44"only iknow this...
                        Like this my another idea number also reduced some ruppees..
                        I think this idea service is cheating us...

                          MY name is Abhilash Surendran. My number [protected]. Am using this number since 9 years and my connection was Vodafone. Suddenly I changed to idea by port but that decision take me to hell. I given so many complaints to the costumer care with address and landmark but no use. From yesterday (19/2/2018) full call dropping not able to call any one. When calling automatically it's disconnected even I can't call to costumer care number 198 also. Am attaching the screen shot also with this complaint . Today also same like that only no any changes. Problems day by day increasing. Now am waiting and praying for 90 days to get over to port and escape from this hell. PLEASE no one go for idea u will get mad. I don't know weather it will solve or not anyway I will change from this idea.

                                I had recharged my prepaid phone with an unlimited call, data pack. I had received an sms stating pack is valid until 14-feb. However on 12th feb, ~rs. 150 got deducted from my balance. I followed up 'n' number of times to get resolution. Upon enquiry, idea customer care told that my pack expired on 11th feb itself and hence i was charged for data usage. Now idea is not ready to accept their mistake and i am just being directed from one idea authority to another. This is not the first time this has happened. Kindly help me with this issue.

                                Hi Lavina, on 12-feb, I was under unlimited data pack and hence the charges are incorrect. Attaching images which prove that
                                1. my unlimited pack validity is till 14th Feb.
                                2. My recharge was valid for 84 days.

                                So charges of almost Rs. 150 should be reversed as there was incorrect communication from Idea side.

                                Iam facing netwok issue sice 2 years .i complainted many time but no results.
                                Network is so bad that i cant recieve calls

                                  Idea deducted75 rs from my main prepaid balance with out any logical reason. When i called cc they behave me rudely and can't give any logical reason for this deduction. They said i downloaded something chargeble contents, but i didn't download anything.
                                  Hate idea. For this time i will portout from idea number. If idea didn't resolve my problem properly i will tell this story to all my friends who using idea. Idea cheating the customers

                                    My cell no. is [protected]. Received the following message from idea "dear customer, thank you for downloading animation from nazara.
                                    You have been charged rs. 100
                                    Your balance is rs. 68.38".

                                    I have never downloaded anything of that sort nor do i know what nazara is. Tried calling the customer care office at 123, 12345. Didn't get any fair response. Also the idea website was. Not getting connected.

                                    Please revert my balance of 100/-. It is shocking and annoying to see such messages of download and automatic price cut.

                                        My same ported number with idea has been barred for out going calls and data services since last two days. I have informed at idea customer care more than 10 times, but no action has been taken as yet.

                                        Idea customer care executive is neither connecting to senior nor registering complaint.

                                        If they do not activate the services by today. I will port out my number from idea.

                                        On 10 the feb 18, I got few small & emails that my Vodafone number [protected] has been successfully ported at 11.30 pm.
