    Dear sir, I would like to inform you that i have used idea postpaid connection last 6 month after that i have submitted my connection and all unpaid bill. My phone number is [protected]. In that time customer care executive told me my deposit money will be provide by cheque form the idea cellular company. but still now i will not get any cheque form the company side. please look into this matter as soon as possible and resolve my problem.     I have already disconnection Mob. No. [protected]. We are all ready waiting for refund from 3 to 4 Months. Please refund urgently my security money as per your terms and conditions. Another we are going to Consumer Court for refund request and your complain. You are requested solve my problem is earliest. I have already sent 3-4 mail to IDEA Cellular but IDEA Cellular not satisfied answer giving to me.

    Today I recharged in my idea no [protected] for Rs.445/- but after submission for payment my mobile net hanged up with error showed no connection and i didnt receive debit message for credit card transaction nor in my mobile no.thus i thought it was not successful.so i recharged another Rs.445/- for the same pack. after some time i got two debit advise for Rs.445/-.
    I seek the help of your customer executive for rectification and refund of Rs445/-.but they took 25 minutes to say that they unable the refund.
    How could you take charge for the same pack for same value which is wrongly done by an innocent customer ???

    I want my Rs.445/- refunded.Its not my mistake.It was wrongly happened.Its not a case of refund of Rs.445/- but its customer grievance who is using your services for years. You are running a well reputed company not for taking wrong
    charge from your customer.

      Dear All, We have received a two call yesterday’s regarding my cell no. [protected], Mr.Gaurav Mobile No. [protected] Time 18.38 pm & one another call Cell no. [protected] time 15.38 Pm. First of all Mr. Gaurav has no manner to talk with customer. He has no listen how to tell the customer. So my question is why is calling to customer if don’t listen the customer problem. Second thing he has say that we have no any mail mark to are represent or customer care I have attached for your kind reference and information (Mail dated : 1, 8, 10, 25, Dec-14) for deactivation of internet connection & not proper works. Mr. Grurav said, I have no nay call, our customer care dept. regarding the deactivation of internet on are same cell no. [protected], so I have attached your web portal complaint requite reference no. & screen short of all complaint .File attached . Now, third think, if my no. is barred From 20 dec- to 19-jan-15 so why is charge the 175/- (Rental amounts+ service Tax), If I forwards the request for deactivation of internet connation so why should I pay if Rs.250/-, and if my pack is deactivate on or 25th Dec-14(I have given deactivation request please you don’t me excess inadvertently, if not clear please listen internal call record on your customer care dept. ), I telling we don’t have excess the internet on my cell, so why you give the excess the internet on 26, 27, 28th Dec-14, why you will charge the amounts of Rs.865/- Forth one: I have forwards the port request on our same cell, on dated 27th Dec-14, Port Id:635817 after 2-3 days later we received a call your retention dept. he has to committed me I have give you Rs.300/- discounts.       we have not paid of amount of Rs. 243+790=1037 due to my no is barred at 2 month why you will charge the rental amount of rs. 243/-.

      now I requested you please reversed the total amount other wise you need to deactivate my mobile no service at immediate basis. I don't have follow-up with your services I have some other work also.

[protected] with the roaming plan I was having in my no. You have also revert me back related to the same in which you have mentioned that the bill is charging correctly. But I did not get the clarification about, whether the roaming pack was not activated on my no. or having roaming pack in idea sim does not make the incoming calls free. I request you to kindly provide details and reasons for deductions of incoming charges when roaming pack was activated on my no. and idea networks were also selected manually. I also request you to tell me, "What else do I need to do besides having roaming pack activated and selecting the idea network so that incoming calls become free in roaming areas?" I am really looking forward for your support and solution so that the same would also be helpful for me in future. For your refernce I am once again attaching a copy of my bill via attachment.           had taken a Idea SIM From Shiv Shakti Enterprises (Sector 17A Gurgaon[protected]) on dt 29.12.2014. Mr. Virat Yadav had attended to me. I booked tariff plan No Bill Shock 249 (This plan offered 3G Data 512 MB). after few days using Idea SIM i found that My data pack show 2G Data 400 MB freebe. then i visit to Idea Store Shiv Shakti Enterprises (Sector 17A Gurgaon[protected]). and talk to Mr. Virat Yadav. He said to me that do't warry about. I checked that your plan is correct and data pack is 3G. on 20 Jan 2015 i m total shock with idea bill. Inline image 1 My Mobile Invoice have two plan but in my data segment so much confusion Please give me waiver of internet usage as per below mention details : 512 MB Data = 524288 KB For Prorate basis 1 Day =524288/30= 17476 30 Dec - 19 Jan = 17476 X 21 = 376002 Add : 100 MB Booster PACK 102400 Total MB as per prorate basis =102400+376002=469402 Then GPRS Charges is[protected]= 57218*0.04/10 = 229 4 Paisa per 10 KB Please do the needful -- Thanks & Regards Sorabh Mishra

            Hi, I have a Idea Netsetter (No [protected]) which i have been using for last 6-8 months . I have subscribe to the plan which gives 5GB per month Rs 800 or so. I was over charged for Rs 1200 for the month of August and had register my complaint with IDEA customer care the minute i got the Bill . since i had kept consistent with the plan and my usage was limited to around 2-3 GB per month i was surprise to find a bill of Rs 2000 on my name . After discussing with the customer care and finding that they cannot do anything about it i have sent repeated Grevience mail to idea email id ([protected]@idea.adityabirla.com) on 18th September 2014 which i got from their CC . All the time i only got their email response asking me for My details without resolving my Issue .this mails were sent to the Idea till 29th September 2014 . On 29th i had a telephonic conversation and had assure him that i will only pay for only the data that i have used that is Rs 850 for which the request was still under consideration . Even as this mail chain was going on My Internet was barred and i was not able to used my Internet . and i left the matter to that . as i was still in contact with Idea CC for the reduction of the extra charges . i again got the bill of Rs 3565 even when the Internet was blocked by them for non payment of the charges . On futher enquiry i was told that the new charges are because incoming were not blocked by Idea on the device and the month charge would continue even after the internet was blocked (i failed to undurstand the concept of incoming in a internet device ) . still i assure him that i will only pay for what i have used if they dropped the extra charges . the agent at the other end was unable to do so .and told me that i have to pay the whole charge and they cant give me in writing or whtsoever . Today i got the msg from idea to attend concilation at pune court . Please advice and take up the matter with relevent authorities . Regards, Prashant .

They will harass will you, thye will make you run from pillar to post ... they will ensure that your problems are never ever resolved ... when you call up their customer care they simply put you on hold and run away ...!! Problems are enormous : you can not recharge on line from their web site, they send you numerous sms of special offers ... but none is actually available ... neither you can avail these from their web site nor from any vendor ... their web site does not give complete info. about all various packs available ... voice clarity is not there ... even if you manage to recharge through retailer, you do not get the same pack ... there is no proper confirmation of recharge done ... in short, they do not at all bother about customer ... so keep away from Ideal Network (their recent campaign of IIN is all humbug) .. I wanted to continue with Idea ... but I got fed up with their totally anti-customer attitude ... as usual TRAI or Appellate is not bothered !! 2...Regular deduction of renewal charges of VAS Video Vogue, Juice Up & Games Club. I didn't activated these services, but from last 2 months it is being deducted from my recharge amount. I've already tried to deactivate these services by sending SMS's but gone in vein. I think it is regular gambling practice of IDEA to harass their Customers. So I want you to please look in to the matter & arrange to REFUND my deducted amount ASAP... Hello, I am hereby submitting STRONG complaint for having the bill with additional charges of SMS MT for which I disagree and looks fraudulent. I am getting the bills with additional SMS –MT charges which is literally fraudulent. Despite of these deduction there is no new game or any power service observed in mobile. This is fraud happening it seems as by mistake also we click to download the game or any power tools service (SMS MT charges), the same thing should be accepted by Customer/me in this case by providing credit/debit details. IDEA service is blindly accepting these things on behalf of Customer and then in bill they are adding to get the amount from Customer which is fraud or illegal. Point is – IDEA is deducting the amount from customer pocket without knowing the customer which is irrelevant and wrong idea. You have credit policy to increase the credit, but I would like to have a zero (0 rupees) credit policy. If want to purchase a game then we can very well give the details of CC/Debit card and purchase it online. Online shopping also always asks for bank credential then only the transaction happens. I request you to deduct by SMS MT charges from my bills and also would appreciate if you can give the ways to BLOCK SMS MT charges in mobile. Please take the request seriously and revert with your comments. Mobile No.: [protected]Request you to STOP this SMS MT service or let me know how to STOP this services. i am very much disappointed with idea network . kindly do something to save your company's image.

I use an Idea care.ideacellular.com. 24 hours later the recharge is still not showing in my account and though I have sent a number of emails to Idea customer care there is still no response and I am unable to use the Idea 3g dat. the recharge is also not showing in the recharge history when I log in to My account on the Idea web site.                         This is a complaint against M/S IDEA Cellular limited regarding my 3G internet subscription Account No.[protected] / Cellular No. [protected]. I have been trying unsuccessfully for the past several months to seek a solution to my problem regarding my request for termination of my internet connection. (GPRS 3G Pack via C1-[protected] ) I have not been using the GPRS 3G pack since March, 2014. Despite this, I am receiving invoices for the usage. Please advice me on whom I should approach.                           My Idea pre-paid number is [protected]. I had recharged my account on january 24 2015 with Rs 248 for 1 GB 3G data. I use an Idea Netsetter. 24 hours later the recharge is still not showing in my account and though I have sent a number of emails to Idea customer care there is still no response and I am unable to use the Idea netsetter. the recharge is also not showing in the recharge history when I log in to My account on the Idea web site. My credit card already shows the debit. I need the recharge benefits to be made available immediately

                            It is with a very heavy heart to bring to your kind notice about the looting, cheating, harassment and mental tension created for their gentleman customers by IDEA. As follow: 1. That we have four numbers [protected], [protected]; [protected] and [protected] in the name of my daughter in law Mrs Tarandeep Kaur under corporate group. (Chief Khalsa Diwan Educational Society, Amritsar)Such nos are working from the last 7 to 8 yrs. 2. Payments were made well in time, though their bills are received late even after due dates. Will they defer the penalties due for late delivery fault? 3. For mobile no [protected], they charged excess amount of Rs466.72 plus taxes their upon due to their fault, for which we have to fight a great struggle to rectify the bill. 4. Still payment against this no ([protected]) is excess/ pending towards IDEA which they are using illegally. 5. That IDEA stopped the operation of [protected] with effect from December 30, 2014 reason best known to them. 6. When the documents of all the four numbers are submitted for up gradation, why documents are not updated reason best known to IDEA 7. Is it possible that documents for three nos are submitted and not of fourth one - when the documents are same for all the four numbers. It might have misplaced by IDEA and even if misplaced, it can be uploaded from others three copies. 8. It is a clear case of looting, cheating, harassment and creating mental tension to the gentle customers. Closure of no from the last one month has created a lot of problem and in spite of repeated request they did not bother to rectify its own fault because many a times the complaint is made against IDEA and they are shame proof just looting the customers. They did not bother to attend the complaints made to them - nearly nine to ten complaints were made, but all in vain. Even complaint referred to TRAI did not bear any fruits. t is clarified that Indian Government is stressing/adopting for paperless economy while IDEA are demanding multiple copies of hard papers -unwanted and unnecessary wastage of papers. 10. In spite of this, the desired documents were resubmitted thrice to one of IDEA agency namely, Sai Communication Putligarh Amritsar four days backs, but still the number is not operational. It is clear that IDEA is creating unnecessary harassment and mental tension for no fault of the customers. 11. It is advisable to set IDEA office in order and not to create avoidable harassment to the customers. All the consequences will be upon IDEA by highlighting the matter in the media both the electronic as well as print and file the case in the consumer court did not bear any fruit and they are fully adamant of this. It will be highly appreciated if you please upload the story. Amount of Rs249 has been debited 3times (249+249+249=747) from account and all the 3 times it has shown recharge successfull.                                 Dear Sir, My Mobile no is [protected] As per attached screen shot from idea cellular site I have done 3G Data recharge of 126 Rs (1GB) on 24th Jan 2015 and my recharge was done successfully and I have got successful recharge message “RCH done. MRP Rs. 126 NEW BAL, Plan : 1 GB, 3G data valid for 30 days”. But when I am using internet data charges are deducted from my talk time balance and 3G data balance remain same. When I am checking my data balance using *125# number it shows “Data Bal in your account 1024.00 MB valid till Feb 23 2015”. When i have called Customer Care and they told ISF means Idea Smart Phone and u will use this, I don't have a Idea Smart Phone. They are not written ISF meaning on their web site. I have requested to revert my balance but they denied my request told me it is not possible. Please help me

                                  Hello, My Number is [protected] I activated international roaming on 11th August 2014. On 12th August 2014 I received a call from Idea customer care explaining the benefits if IR599 plan. I was also told that after 10 days plan will be automatically deactivated & my regular plan will be activated. So I gave instructions to activate the plan for 10 days. My billing cycle is 21st to 20th of next month. The tariff for 12th August 2014 to 20th August 2014 for IR599 was charged in bill received on 21st August 2014. In the bill received on 21st Sept Again the tariff from 21st August to 31st August for IR599 was charged. If the plant was supposed to be deactivated on 21st August why the tariff from 22nd August to 31st August were charged in my bill ? I wrote an email to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com on 22/9/2014 from my company email id. There was no reply. So I wrote another email from my personal email id on 29/09/2014. There was no reply feedback from customer care, there was no refund too. Customer care did not even bother to reply to my email. In addition to this 1. From 8th November till date, my bill shows additional charges of TAPIN INCOMING FREE RENTAL_75. I did not activate any such service. The charges are included in my bill every month. 2. My bills from August shows charges under International Roaming_SB_0_Acc_150_242. When I activated international roaming I was not told about any such charges will be charged every month for international roaming. What are these charges for? Kindly look into the matter. Since I am out of India I can not call customer care from my number. The first issue is pending since Sept 2014. There is no action. Thanks & Regards, Manoj Hatalage

                                      I received a bill for my old Idea Post paid no [protected] which I closed last month due to malpractices used by IDEA. The total amount shown in bill is Rs.993.51 /-.1. In this amount Rs 99/- is charged for 1 SMS. I sent multiple emails for this that it is not a good practise to charge Rs 99. for one SMS. It is not my mistake. I closed my number due to this discrepancy. It is a malpractice used by idea to charge customer unnecessary charges.2. Also when there is no resolution done for my complain & you close my account the how you can charge late fee ? It is again not my mistake when you are not solving the customer issue when I was following for it from 2nd Dec 2014. You took 15 days to close my account. Again you did not provided my Full & final bill on time & now after 15 days you sent the bill & added Rs. 50/- as late fee, Why ?3. When my account is closed on 16th then how you can charge ful month amount for Value added services ?It is very unfair practise & it is just making the customer uttu. Whatever you are saying you are not following it.I want my bill should be corrected & send me updated bill with fair practises & also take steps to work your services correctly.I am ready to pay the bil for services which I have used but if you will not send the correct bill then it is not possible for me to pay the charges which are not fair.

                                        To, Idea Cellular Maharashtra Subject: Pathetic Network in my area (+91-[protected]) Date: 7th Jan 2015 I Amit Kumar currently using Idea post-paid corporate number +91-[protected] since 1st Jan 2015. I am an employee of Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd. Being a corporate number I have to receive company calls, reply back to project related emails and I have to always be online on skype etc. There are multiple things which I have to do with my phone. From the day one when I ported out from Vodafone to Idea I am facing severe network issue on my number at my home. I am not able to make or receive calls, not able to use even 2G internet. There is only 1 network bar on my screen & some time not that too even. Although I am paying for 3G plan. Instead of repeatedly calling the customer care and giving multiple complaints, I haven’t got any resolution. They are just extending the dates for complaint resolution. Complaint Ids resolved without providing Solution: At least you can install a Network Booster Device at my home. This will help me to make/receive calls at least and use 2G internet.
