we have two co-orprate Group Name of M/S Shree Radhey Enterprises and M/s S.R. Sales and we are faci
ng the network issue in our office and your technical team already visit and verify this problem and they suggest us for Idea Booster but till not installed. So if we are facing this issue then i have no option for port out my group to another company.

i am an idea andhra pradesh customer.my mobile number is [protected] i am unable to receive network signals since 15 days so resolve the issue
Many of my colleagues including myself have complained multiple rounds against your internet service in Infopark campus. Neither 2G/3G data works over here!! It's not occasional, but it never ever works.
And for your kind information, this has been the situation for at least past 3 months+. There is a limit to testing customers' patience. Unless this is resolved within a week or so, I swear you are going to lose customers working in Infopark campuses. And for sure, complaint will be spread against idea through word of mouth and through social media.
I had been loyal to your network for past 8+ years, but this is no longer acceptable. You are paying zero attention to our complaints. How do you imagine you are going to retain your customer base in this age when people pay more importance to data than voice ? I cannot believe you are really into business !!
Please acknowledge if you are going to take any tangible action. I do not want anyone to call me on this. The complaint is plainly that data does not work !!!
I could not find any alternate email contact from your website. Could you please forward to right team if I addressed this mail to wrong address ?

I'm raise a complaint 4 times but just they are saying our engineers visited there is no problem.but there is a problem I'm attaching screen shots of you provide good signals...I'm fully dispointed with idea network.every month I'm paying amount correctly but you are not providing the signal.
