Hi Team, I had recharged my 3G data of 2 GB twice and as per Customercare I had used more than 1.8 GB within a time period of less than 20 mins. I even had not downloaded a file of 50 MB but data is finished. I am an IT Engineer and is very much aware what i am doing with my internet connection. In attached screenshot you can see that for 3 hours and 40 mins data usage is less than 60 MB but for the same work data usage is 2 GB in period...
