I was using idea i plan 599 fro my number [protected] and because of excessive usage my data plan finished within 5 days of my billing cycle. Since i needed more data i changed my plan to idea i plan 999 on 21-jun-2016. Everything seamed normal since i was getting constant notifications on the available data which obviously increased after changing my plan.
To my surprise i have received a bill of 11275.03 out of which 8294.40 has been charged on data pack pro-ration. Never heard of anything like this. This is straightforward cheating and i am repenting the day i switched to idea.
I have contacted customer care and they say these are legitimate charges.

Please solve the network issue, can't even talk for 1 min to any person when I am in office located at RMZ-II kandanchavdi chennai even though it is at top floor of the building, and also seeing so many other persons in my office are also facing same network issue with Idea.
Hope it will be solved ASAP.

I'm already activate Roaming pack but idea company nevertheless company charge roaming pack also charges incoming calls i'm complaint costumer care he says dont worry sir this amount will not coming in your bill but when i recieved bill this amount added in bill,
please look into the matter removedthe added amount

Dear Sir,
I had been telephoned on 05.08.2016 from the No.[protected]. I was on the way on and around 10.30 am. I had been proposed to take some offers. Though the voice call was not so clear and I repeatedly told the same again and again, still the call was continued for some minutes. I expressed my disinterest regarding these offers again and again. But it is very much unfortunate to say that when I returned home I found the deduction of Rs.199.00 from my balance against a offer. I complained this within one hour over telephone { complaint Id:1-[protected]}. I have been verbally assured of returning the same on 06.08.2016. Therafter, I received a message where it was mentioned that the case should not be dissolved. Then I telephoned again on 06.08.2016 and the concerned person again assured to refund the same at the earliest and at the same time he registered another complaint again {complaint Id: 1-[protected]}. But till time, I did not get back the said amount. Kindly take necessary steps to resolve this issue at earliest. Otherwise, I have to seek help of consumer court.

I am an idea customer with no - [protected] and in roaming. While trying to check my balance, i typed incorrect no and they auto deducted my balance for msg service. While calling customer service, Mr. Ritesh told me that they can't register any complain with respect to this and i can't even use the msg pack as i am in roaming. I asked him to register this complaint or let me talk to his supervisor and he said that is not possible. Horrible service.

I am using idea mobile no : [protected] from past 4 years .But 5 days back on Aug 2, I got a message SIM CARD REGISTRATION failed .This number is very important to me .Before getting inactive message I had recharge it, I made incoming and outgoing calls also.

i ported the sim frm vodafone to idea with lotbof expectations. and now the vodafone sim is alrdy deactivated and idea sim is not yet activated. not able to call 59059 is there any alternative no. fo tele verification?

I reside in Pune, Fursungi area. One month back I had applied for IDEA broadband internet connection. Your sales guy came and collected Rs 2070 from me on 9th July 2016. A week later I was told by the technical team that the connection is not technically feasible in my society due to bad signal strength and therefore they will refund the amount. Since then I am following up but till now I did not get my amount back. The technical as well as sales persons are not taking my call.

I want idea sales team to interfere and get my amount refunded.

I can provide more details as and when required.

I beg to say that my id proof misuse for idea company. Without my information and verification. Today i've put postpaid idea sim card in my smart phone then firstly called to idea customer care number for verification. I told her please activated my idea postpaid sim card then he (Idea executive) told me sim is already activated you haven't paid your postpaid bill 7060. So you will not able to doing any call so please paid your pending bill. Then i shocked because today i've put my idea sim card today and not haven't any call how can i got postpaid bill how can i possible. I asked to idea executive who is using sim with my id then he told me 4 cug no. Is using and he (Idea executive) has given no.

I would like to inform you that i am very frustrated with the employees from Idea Cellular. I am with Idea since last 7 years. My new number +91 [protected] has an unbilled amount of Rs. 6300. I have a plan of Rs. 1299. I have consumed 5gb of my base pack and then i activated addon pack Rs.1000/month for 10 gb, when i consumed this 10 gb then i activated booster pack 3gb for Rs. 600/month and today morning my number got barred and received text from idea that my bill is 6200 which is unbelieveable. Now please help me to settle these funds.

I have visited through 3 different idea stores and all those employees told me system is not showing my bill details. Then i had a word with Mr. Kamlesh Solanki who is a supervisor with Idea Postpaid he told me this are charges you need to pay and they are not giving me details.

Hoping a favourable and positive response from you. Even this mail is sent to consumer forum through as i was not guided me in a proper way from yourside.

I got a new wired broadband connection in Pune. 2 mbps plan and paid for 3 months in advance. just after few days only i started having internet speed issue. many time the pages dont even open. One of the worst internet in PUNE. Since I had already paid for 3 months I had to continue but hardly use it because it was unusable. before end of 3 month I requested for end my service.Here are the info for reqeust.

On 2nd of this month I had purchased wifi boardband from JP Nagar 7th Phase store paying Rs.2250/- montly rental Rs.650/- I have given address proof of Passport. The executive has given report that address not found and he taken some other location photo and updated in the report. The address what I have given is very simple and easy to identify. Any way Iam returning the product. I thought Idea is good company but it is also same like other private company. Now I have say" bekar hai Idea sir ji"

I had recharged with magic 299 plan. Offer has given "rc 299_magic _4g _28 days". As per this plan - upto 10gb 4g/2g. I subscribed this plan. I received balance of 3g 1 gb and 2g 1.8 gb.4g plan has not given. Tried many times to reach customer care and appellate. They are not addressed my problem. It is misselling where no proper information has given in idea app and benefits are not given as mentioned. I have screenshot of idea app page, communication mail, call record with appellate.

I am facing network issue at both my work place(Gachibowli, Hyderabad) as well as at my home place (brundhavan colony, Nizampet).
I have raised several complaints regarding the same issue but nothing has been resolved.
When ever i call customer care they will raised a new request every time but nothing is getting resolved.
Its very frustrating to be with this service provider.

And as i use a double recursive number they are not allowing me to change to network provider

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied for porting of my number [protected] Vodafone(Kolkata Region) Postpaid connection to Idea(Kolkata Region) Prepaid Connection on 30/06/2016. But till now it is not converted and port validity is also expired on 13/07/2016. And I didn't receive any response from you. The Idea outlet at Dum Dum (Near Dum Dum Phari ), West Bengal, where I submitted documents for porting, told me that "It is showing CAF is received and accepted but we didn't receive any response from the hub". Please let me know the status of my mobile no. porting request through return SMS and inform the aforesaid outlet at the earliest otherwise take immediate steps to return my valued documents like NOC from Company, Voter Id xerox; as early as possible. I also emailed to appellate authority of kolkata on 29/07/2016 but still no response.

I have been using idea services for about one year and have considered it as one of the best service provider in India. I could watch videos on YouTube without buffering and do a WhatsApp call even on 2g Internet . But about last 10 days, the Internet has become unstable. I am unable to watch videos on YouTube and neither unable to do a WhatsApp call.
I would like you to look into my problem and take quick actions.
A favorable response will be much appreciated.
