Hi,
I was using my idea postpaid mobile connection, when i was in bangalore (karnataka), recently moved to my hometown which is vizianagaram (andhr pradesh), tried to port the sim no, but as per idea showroom people, porting is not possible, so as per them, opted for migration of my sim to prepaid.
The day when i submitted my documents for migrating the sim, i'm not getting network on both new prepaid sim, given by idea people and the old postpaid sim, its been more than 15 days, my number is not active.
Received an email from related to migration : migration couldn't be processed due to in
I'm really fed-up idea network and their worst services.
Another worst thing is none of the nodal officers number works to give complaint, i don't even understand how is managing their business.
I have sent an email to idea cellular appellate authority in andhra pradesh region and they have send my escalation to karnataka region, what ever is, nobody is responsible nor any action from anyone.
Tried calling to customer care, as per customer care, in prepaid dept, they don't have any info as the documents which i submitted is not received or updated.
Approached karnataka idea showroom, they requested to contact idea ap.
Always fake promises are set from idea people, ie. sim will be activated today / tomorrow.
Just imagine, my idea no is out of service for almost 15 days and no one is even bothered for the same.
Idea sucks, please never go for idea.. ever.

This is absolutely unacceptable now. My wife started getting calls from a lady from Delhi and she is threatening her if you do not pay the pending bill, you will be in trouble. How dare she call me wife?
I have decided to first discontinue all 5 Idea connections I and my family have and let social media know about this!. This is absolutely ridiculous.
