I'm using idea post paid connection number : [protected], they have added 129 rupees on the bill. But, not such pack has been activated, take off that charge or else we won't pay the bill and will cease to use idea respective number. Kindly fix this or we will stop using idea anymore! Also, plan is of 99 rupees monthly, i has been charged as 149 rupees rental. As i am suffering a loss of 179. Resolve it as soon as possible!!!

    To whomsoever it may concern.

    This is gaurang and my mdn is : [protected].

    I was an idea customer and ported out the number to airtel. There is a bill which is generated after porting for which i am not liable. Now idea cellular ltd, even after giving clarifications and statement of issues, have started harassing by calling 10 times a day.

    Now, i have received a legal notice from them.

    Following are lines of events i experienced with idea while using their services

    1) i had requested for porting out the number well in advance that i can get my mdn transferred to airtel in time. I started getting a call from airtel that the porting is at hold from my current service provider - idea. When i called idea they asked me to retain and give them one more chance. "why would i pay extra for the days you have delayed"

    2) for my last bill, i had issues for improper and unjustified charges imposed to me for vas and other services which i had never activated i was promised to get an compensate for the same.

    3) i had faced a lot of issues with data connectivity (3g) during my last month, for that, i was also promised a waiver in the bill but didn't get any waiver in the bill.

    4) i have spoken about this to your legal team, senior customer care executive and customer representatives, but there was no proper justification to my issues.


    With above mentioned points, i believe, i have rights to know:

    * why there was a delay from idea when it came to porting to other services.
    * why did the process was on hold without my consent.
    * i was promised to get a waiver for not using data (As i was facing issues with data connectivity)
    * justification to all above concerns.

    This is absolutely unacceptable now. My wife started getting calls from a lady from Delhi and she is threatening her if you do not pay the pending bill, you will be in trouble. How dare she call me wife?

    I have decided to first discontinue all 5 Idea connections I and my family have and let social media know about this!. This is absolutely ridiculous.

    About a month ago, your customer service associate did call and resolved the issues by waiving off part of the payment as compensation from your side and settle the bill by paying on my side. I paid the said and mentioned amount the next day. Since yesterday i have been getting calls regarding paying off the remaining due amount. Can you please explain me what's happening?

      As per above cited subject subject, i would like to inform you that, the behavior and attitude of vardhman enterprise (idea help centre) vidisha, is not good. they never give response to the customer. dear sir i have visited to vardhman enterprise regarding to solve my postpaid number related problem many time since last 2 month and also got registered the request but still it is not done it. vardhman enterprise always reply it is not solving because of company fault. dear sir today i have visited the office in the morning in order to clear outstanding amount of my number ([protected]) and also discussed one person present in the office name abhishek, i just ask about the status of my complaint but he use abuse to me and touch me to out of office. he was in drink condition. i just called to customer care and interacted with executive hemavati and did the complaint against vardhman enterprise and she also talk to mr. abhishek but he was not ready to talk when he talk, but did not talk good. you can ask to idea executive also (hemavati). sir this is not happened first time it has frequently happened with me and also with another customer. but no body complaint. sir we connect with you for better quality and this is not good against your company position. sir i am writing to request you kindly do the needful action, because i also have complaint in police station against it. dear sir one another thing that, when i visited to office regarding to any issue so office owner told called to customer care and told you want to port the number so your problem will be solve easily.

      Dear sir today i was hurt with you help center service so i am writing to request you kindly take back help center and hand over to any responsible person because they are just damaging the relationship with customer because he always present with drink condition.

        Hi Team,
        I had a call from idea to my personal from customer case regarding idea sim offers . The gave fake offers like 900min free 3g 500mb and 2g unlimited. But true offer is 850min 2g in 10kb . There network also is not working proper really bad support if i use idea i not receiving any calls proper to my primary no. Too. I payed 600 rs and brought two sims . I have raised complaint to them multiple no. Of times what they informed me is please pay first month bill then this issue will be resolved i did as they said but even aft that i face same problem i not happy in using there service they gave fake promise and made me to buy there sim. I stop using that sim but still they calling disturbing me to pay bill for next month. They cheated me by fake promises i want to raise complaint on them

        Hi have paid the bill of last month but my number is deactivated and as i called to the customer care number they told me to pay the bill again, but i have already paid the bill of 1000 rs.

          Hi,
          i was using idea contact no [protected] since last 12 years and constantly using this number without any discontinuity .On 13th of july, i received a sms that your number has been barred and deactivated later on 15th july without any specific reason.i called on IVR from alt number, where the CSA told me to visit Idea Store.
          At idea store i was not given any solution for the problem by saying that your number has been deactivated and it is impossible to reactivate the same contact number.I asked for the reason of deactivation but the Associate was not having any idea about the issue.I was having 400 rupee of balance in the sim, which was not been adjusted and they further suggested me to take the same number in postpaid connection by submitting a security of rupee 1000.
          Again, i have submitted rupee 1000, as it was my old number and it is circulated in b/w my business partners and clients as well.It's been 7 days when i submitted my security but still my no is not activated.
          I'm facing a huge loss in business due to this.

          If this issue is not resolved quickly then i will file a case against your whole firm.
          My issue is not resolved yet.You are forcefully saying that the issue is resolved but i am not getting any proper response on this issue and please stop contacting on this no. [protected].             Hi complaint board,
            I am using idea post paid connection. Recently i faced problem to activate unwanted services by idea, without my confirmations. When i made complaint that i did not opt for this services then they said “our records show that a third party wap download was originated from your mobile number. As the charges of rs. 150.000/- levied against the download are correct, we are unable to refund the amount to you.”
            When that services activated even i did not use my cell phone on that particular durations. I asked them how this services can be activate without my knowledge.
            I have made complaint regarding activate unwanted service “vass : juice up” on 25 june 2016, which is not opt by me.
            I reported same time to you customer care and they said made complaint after generating bill then i have follow that process.
            Yesterday[protected] your customer care executive ms. Snahal solanki (Pune) said we can not do anything.
            I just want to know who is responsible for activating services without customer knowledge or confirmation by customer??
            Its really disappointed by idea.
            Now finally i realized that i should be port my number to other good service provider. Shame on idea customer care.

              Hi,

              I was using my idea postpaid mobile connection, when i was in bangalore (karnataka), recently moved to my hometown which is vizianagaram (andhr pradesh), tried to port the sim no, but as per idea showroom people, porting is not possible, so as per them, opted for migration of my sim to prepaid.

              The day when i submitted my documents for migrating the sim, i'm not getting network on both new prepaid sim, given by idea people and the old postpaid sim, its been more than 15 days, my number is not active.

              Received an email from related to migration : migration couldn't be processed due to in

              I'm really fed-up idea network and their worst services.

              Another worst thing is none of the nodal officers number works to give complaint, i don't even understand how is managing their business.

              I have sent an email to idea cellular appellate authority in andhra pradesh region and they have send my escalation to karnataka region, what ever is, nobody is responsible nor any action from anyone.

              Tried calling to customer care, as per customer care, in prepaid dept, they don't have any info as the documents which i submitted is not received or updated.

              Approached karnataka idea showroom, they requested to contact idea ap.

              Always fake promises are set from idea people, ie. sim will be activated today / tomorrow.

              Just imagine, my idea no is out of service for almost 15 days and no one is even bothered for the same.

              Idea sucks, please never go for idea.. ever.

                Hi,

                I have raised a complaint on 5th July regarding the extra charges for my bill due to 3G usage. Email refernce Id: E1-[protected]. I haven't received any response on it by mail communication, but during : 11th July-15th July I receive a call from Idea care conveying that the extrra amount on your bill. i.e.1145 is waived off and you have to pay the remaining bill i.e. 1530 by 19th July. I asked for any mail communication or confirmation for the same so the represntative informed me that Sir we cannot send the mail confirmation but you pay 1530 amount and we will inform this to our concerned department. I paid the bill as per the below details :
                Rs. 1145\- Refernce Number :[protected] Date : 17/07
                Rs386. Reference Number :[protected] Date : 19/07
                After this I was still getting the messages as "I need to Pay 1145 as its an outstanding amount". I again got a call on 23rd July saying that I need to pay the bill, I gave all the explanation and provided the details. The represnatative said we will check and get back to you. I havent received any call after that and on 24th July I received a message conveying I need to pay the remaining 1145 else my service will be deactivated on 25/07, so I again wrote a mail on the same with Email refernce ID : E1-[protected] and gave a call on customer care regarding the same so I received a confirmation saying we will resolve your query on priority and will get to back on same shortly. Today on 25/07, my services were deactivated, so I have to activate my service by placing a request for PTP Unbarring.

                Please tell me if I have paid the outstanding as per the communication than why I have to go through this mess. My service is activated for one day only, so I need the resolution on this as soon as possible else I will need to raise a complaint on this and will ask for strict action to be taken as this kind of service is unacceptable. Please resolve this on high priority.

                  As per email received at 8.24am from idea, my request c1-[protected] for postpaid to prepaid migration has been successfully processed and hence the request is closed. also in my accountmy service requests says status - processed, resolution remarks - post to pre migration done.
                  Very strangely there is no network, which apparently indicates that the sim card is still inactive. i am simply amazed to see the speed with which idea close complaints or service requests irrespective of whether they are implemented or not. having experienced this on a number of occasions, i can only conclude that the closure of complaints/service requests are system generated and have absolutely no connection to the implementation of the actual complaint/sr.
                  However what i fail to understand is that does not idea care that the system generated replies turn into a deliberate false communication frequently, resulting in misleading of customers?

                    There is no network in gandhi nagar mainly for which I have ported my number into idea from Vodafone whole day my phone stay on no service because of which I am getting loss in business.
                    Even 2g network is not available there coz of which i can't make calls or use usage.
                    Please make sure to correct it as soon as possible

                      I am a pune based customer and currently lives in muscat (Oman). I have two idea numbers in operation, one from pune ([protected]) in the name of my son jayakumar omanakuttan and another one from kerala ([protected]) in my name. All my indian banking and other official communication mobile no is the pune no. [protected].

                      My concern is that my call balance is getting reduced without me using it. On 15th feb. 2016 i sent a complaint to your customer care and then through my twitter account and after protracted communication i got the concern resoled by 20th feb.

                      Now again the same problem is getting recurring. Promptly i sent a formal complaint as done earlier on 4th july and to my surprise again between 10 & 14 july my balance got reduced by rs.75. Till date i did not get a solution other than some stereotype replies and hence this appeal.


                      Could you please arrange to look into this and resolve the issue?
                      I am expecting your earliest and favorable solution to my concern.

                        Customer service is in the hands of illiterate people they don't know how to talk with a lady 45 years old, well she didnt pay her bill by a week after the due date because her phone was dead and when she got another one she got a call from an agent who asked to make the bill payment, she said okey as soon as my husband will be back i'll do it and then this illiterate agent who herself was a lady started using profaine language and the phone was disconnected and now today as well we are getting these calls to make bills and we are not going to make the payment at any cost.

                          Idea cellular pvt. ltd. is one of the fraud company in india
                          Idea cellular added rs.475.64/- to my mobile bill of rs.1338.52/-, as a data usages extra cost which i have not done.
                          I have requested several time to company for amount removal but they says its bill now you have to pay.
                          I have not paid the bill rs.1338.52/- to idea cellular, they stop my services on next billing cycle with the amount of rs.2180.10/-
                          Now they are asking to pay rs.2924/-.
                          They also threaten to my relatives taken contact list no. from bill, abusing me from there different sourceses.
                          Now they generate legal notice under section 403, 405, 406, read with section 420 of the ipc.
                          Its really a forcefully payment generation from there false billing.
                          Please stop idea cellular from cheating public and false bill generating.

                            I'm annoyed by the class 0 messages idea shows up with the existing call and data balances along with some offers idea suggest for the customers. I don't see any method to deactivate as only cancel and save option is shown along with the message. Deactivate this annoying messages of yours at the earliest. This makes my mobile almost unusable as the mesaages pop almost all the time as I watch movies, listen to music, watch online videos etc. The messages pause the current activity like watching a video and this makes the situation all the more annoying

                              Hii, i have recharged today for rc299 for which idea is claiming that they are providing 10 gb 3g data for 28 days. They provide special offers on *122#. I have checked several times at this even after recharging but still showing 10gb data to be provided. Now, i want to know where my 9 gb gone. I have paid for 10 gb but got only 1342 mb means 1.25gb. How much fraud any company can do to their customer. I[censored] can't sell your service then shut down your company. Atleast not make fool o[censored]s. I want all my money back. I want full 10 gb otherwise i will take this fraud scheme of idea to trai and will complain at every place wherever possible. My number is [protected]. I want my full money back.

                                  When i activate my night pack by dialling *789# it shows an option of night pack. There's option one is for 500mb ₹29 and another one 1gb ₹49 these both 3g data night plan. When i choose 1gb option it deduct my bal 49₹ and i thought that now i can use it but the net was very slow like 2g and then i called customer care and they said u have active a 2g plan which is i didn't do it and i told them i not a new user who doing this first time but they said u have activate 2g night pack which is ₹44 plan which were not there in option. And also who wants to play 2g internet in night 12 to 6.. I don't understand now.

                                      I never used idea service. I was planning to use but now i am never gonna use idea in my life. Customer support team does not have manner to talk with people. Here the number i got calls - [protected] i don't know the girl name. But that call was for my one of friend who used idea number for some months. I got call for my friend account clearance i said to the customer care girl that i'll inform her. After 2 days i am again getting call from same girl and she was shouting on me that you are not informed to us when you are or your friend making payments. The girl was so rude, she don't have manners how to talk i said her to spoke little bit slow but the behavior remain same her behavior was out of my tolerance, no one talked to me like this in my life. That was her responsibility to convince the user for making payment not mine, i am not using idea number so how she can even call me. If someone not making payment that doesn't mean to irritate another people for that. At least idea should hire the people who are well educated. I didn't understand neither i am using idea number how she can talk to me like this
