    Dear sir,

    I was using idea prepaid no. [protected]. This was my old prepaid no. This no was lost in dec 18. I went to idea store to purchase this idea prepaid no. At idea store, chapru nagar, nagpur-440008. But employee miss baljeet refused to have prepaid no. And she ask me to have postpaid no. With low billing-lowest plan. I dont understand that why store people dont have blank sim or prepaid no to give to customers? Or they are trained to target customers forcefully for postpaid? She handover me postapaid no [protected]. By that time i had talk with customer care. They told me that i can make it prepaid after one month. At first billing in jan, i pay my bill and requested baljeet to make my no prepaid. But she told me to pay bill and after paid, she refused to do it. She told me that i cannot do it prepaid before three months. She refused to talk with customer care and said that if customer care can do it, let them do.

    After that i wrote to customer care many times to make it prepaid (10-12 times) but no one took action as customer care told me to go to store and they refused each time. I warn baljeet that i will not pay any bill in future as it was her own mistake. Now bill is increased up to 1100 rs. I decided not to pay any bill. I was using only incoming for this no. Then why there is so much bill? There is no coordination between customer care and idea store people. Why idea is raising useless store and customer care people. They had make my no inactive. Who is responsible for this loss for idea company. Idea's cheater employee or useless customer care. They made my no inactive.

      Hi,

      I am facing huge mobile network issue at my residence since i have migrated from airtel to idea. I am struggling for even incoming calls and complaint provided to customer care many times and they closed those cases without any resolution. I have raised ticket for incoming call issue and they closed ticket saying "my number not reachable and closing the ticket". And they confirmed, there is a no signal or tower present at my location. I need to suffer like this and no proper solution.

      I am sure, these type of issue present with many customers.

      I want to know the process to change my service provider and what will be action taken for trai for any such service provider issues.

      Is there any process to follow them, how they are providing 4g to customers. Please help me to solve this problem.

      Please provide me port option to some other service provider. I am suffering with this type of waste service provider. Even all answers are unprofessional and all tickets are closed by ISP.

      No one is working on this signal issue or improvement plan.

      I want to know the open ticket information and I am suffering for last two months, there was no action too. Someone of your team member told, I have to suffer like this as this is poor signal area.

      I want to move out from Idea and suggest others not to take IDEA as a service providers. They are so poor in network side and coverage, they even reducing all towers.

      I need to highlight this information to TRAI as a regulations.They are continuously closing tickets and updates are not at all favour of customer.

      I need need really some help from consumer forum.. Please look into this and take the action.

        I had done recharge of Rs.169 on 19th April but still my 4G internet is not yet activated. My internet is working very slow like 3G/2G. Please resolve this issue on priority.

          I got message from 51998 number. One message charge 3 rupees on my number in 2 time. I am not interested your service. So please deactivate service in my number ([protected]). It is happened two times dtd.30.1.17 (Which was not know to me at that time) and 2nd time it is today i. E. 22.3.2018 for text msg of hindi shayri.

          I have contacted the local retail store and contacted customer service numerous times but no result...
          Please take care of my concern.

            the plan was changed and bill amount was increased without
            her knolwledge and permission.She is willing to stop and surrender her sim card no [protected]with immediate effect. The company is sending bills every month, though there is no call from her sim.

              Hello,
              This is regarding the network issue that i have been facing since 1 or 2 weeks. The network goes off whenever i needed it the most. Lets take an example - when i book a ride and i am about to call the driver then i dont why at that time the signal goes off and on the network icon, what i see is a cross. I thought it is just a 1 time issue and it wont happen again but alas ohhhh my bad it happened again and again. Fyi, the time when i book a ride is around 7 p. M. And also i use jio's data to search the ride, but the associated with uber and ola account is idea one. So around that time when i am about to call the driver, the network goes off.
              This is issue no. 1
              Now the issue no. 2 which is the most imp one, coz the 1st one can be fix by changing the no.in uber and ola account from idea one to jio one.
              Talking about 2nd issue, the dont receive otp on time. I needed it the most but unfortunately i received the otp after 15 mins later but it was too late. It was so urgent but because of idea's network i couldn't do my work.
              There was a time when i used to tell people that switch to idea network. It works alwys. But now i have to say that dont switch to idea coz it wont work when you needed it the most.
              Literally, i have never registered a complaint and i also dont want to do that, but what happened today made me realize that i should do it. Because i couldn't complete the transaction and it was so urgent. I just hope this is not going to happen again in future. And i dont need to register a complaint again.

                      I have tried for porting in last 2 days but the message is not being sent to the service provider. I had repeatedly been sending tge porting message as idea network in our college is of very poor quality. I would like to port to airtel or jio. My internet offer for idea will soon be expired. By that time i would like to port to airtel. Kindly do for the same.

After two month i have received a call that you have to deposit rs600 after that your connection will deactivate. I have gone to idea showroom and deposited rs720 in cash. But after deposit my no was not deactivated and so many ads are coming related to vas. I don't want to continue that sim. Please disconnect it.

As per my knowledge in july i have been charged for rs 3. And before that it has been charged for rs 8. And today also i have been again charged rs 8. And after every deduction i clearly talked with the customer executives and explained this is what is happening to my deductions. And i even told them stop every service or subscriptions if i had on my number and they clearly saying that i don't have any activated services, they are saying that you are dialling this, that even we are not doing anything.

                          And even today in the evening as how i got the charged rs 8 message i called to executive and he told i will transfer to higher executive. And when he is transferring his call the other guy is not giving any response even the call ringing for sometime and it is getting disconnected automatically after sometime. And i even tried for 2-3 times the same thing they are following and not talking regarding my deductions.

                          One of the care person told that i have sent message to some number for that reason it is deducted. Then if that is the case i should have that sent message in my outbox. Everytime they tell us that we have done something even we dont do anything on this network.

                          Last time when i got deducted, i clearly told them that if this kind of deduction repeats i will complaint on this. And they are saying ok.

                          I think its time to take some steps to prevent from this and hoping that you people bring us out.

                          Also please make arrangements to return the amount deducted so far ₹19 {8+3+8}.

                            My name is mohammed atif rasheed and my idea no. Is [protected]. I have been using this postpaid number since 2011. I migrated from postpaid to prepaid on 25 jan 2019. The idea outlet in yousufguda said i will get my deposit soon as a cheque. After waiting for 3 months i contacted them again. They asked me to complain at ameerpet outlet. But ameerpet outlet guys didnt help. They seem to be not caring at all. I didnt get any courier info if cheque is processed or not or any reference id of package. All of a sudden i get a call from courier office saying you are not at this address, i verified the address and i didnt get any call from delivery people. When i requested politely, he said will deliver it in 48 hours. After 48 hours the courier office person is not picking my call at all. Idea outlet people say that u can try coming after 10 days. If your cheque is in headoffice then u wil get otherwise nobody can help.
                            How can this happen. Can you guys please help me. How careless these courier ppl are. No awb number no ref number. How will i know my cheque has been dispatched. And without coming to my residence the executive says person not at address.

                              My phone is locked and suddenly a message come to screen of about balance deduction. When I called to idea customer care the worker cut the call before I finished talk. Then I call again in customer care ... And ask about refund but they replied I was dial a chargeable no *123# at 16:16pm but this information is totally fake .. at the 16:16pm I am using WhatsApp ... So is idea company is trying to earn some money by using this method . It is not happening first time . Sir help to protect from this type of companies.and also help to get refund. I have a call record as a prove in which I was talking with senior executive Neeraj. So please take a action against this type of companies

                                    My old bill plan was changed to a new bill plan (Which is more expensive) without my consent. I realized about the change of my bill plan upon receiving the bill.
                                    Customer care executives say that an sms was sent to me regarding the change of plan and that this is an "upgrade" of the plan.
                                    I was neither called about this nor prompted via other channels to give my consent on the plan upgrade.

                                    I am not satisfied with their comments. I feel cheated as my bill plan was upgraded to a more expensive one without my consent.
                                    They should have atleast asked me via a phone call before doing so. I would have either opted for a cheaper prepaid plan or have switched to another cellular company.

                                    My older plan was supposed to be life long as the company promised while distributing it.

                                        I did recharge 141 in idea. Its unlimited dailar tone plan for 180 days. After recharge i didn't get benefits and complained 6-7 times till now but still i didn't get benefits. Now i decided to port out all 7 no of my family. Idea customer care services is very very very poor and customer care person don't have any knowledge.in my opinion all customer should have port out from idea.
