This is regarding the network issue that i have been facing since 1 or 2 weeks. The network goes off whenever i needed it the most. Lets take an example - when i book a ride and i am about to call the driver then i dont why at that time the signal goes off and on the network icon, what i see is a cross. I thought it is just a 1 time issue and it wont happen again but alas ohhhh my bad it happened again and again. Fyi, the time when i book a ride is around 7 p. M. And also i use jio's data to search the ride, but the associated with uber and ola account is idea one. So around that time when i am about to call the driver, the network goes off.
This is issue no. 1
Now the issue no. 2 which is the most imp one, coz the 1st one can be fix by changing the no.in uber and ola account from idea one to jio one.
Talking about 2nd issue, the dont receive otp on time. I needed it the most but unfortunately i received the otp after 15 mins later but it was too late. It was so urgent but because of idea's network i couldn't do my work.
There was a time when i used to tell people that switch to idea network. It works alwys. But now i have to say that dont switch to idea coz it wont work when you needed it the most.
Literally, i have never registered a complaint and i also dont want to do that, but what happened today made me realize that i should do it. Because i couldn't complete the transaction and it was so urgent. I just hope this is not going to happen again in future. And i dont need to register a complaint again.

I want to move out from Idea and suggest others not to take IDEA as a service providers. They are so poor in network side and coverage, they even reducing all towers.
I need to highlight this information to TRAI as a regulations.They are continuously closing tickets and updates are not at all favour of customer.
I need need really some help from consumer forum.. Please look into this and take the action.

If signal is not present, what I have to do with this mobile number?
Please provide me port option to some other service provider. I am suffering with this type of waste service provider. Even all answers are unprofessional and all tickets are closed by ISP.
No one is working on this signal issue or improvement plan.
Please help me to port my number to my old service provider.
