I have recharge my mobile number [protected] on 12 may 2016 but could not received any balance in my account when i call to customer care they didnt reply satisfactory. I recharge online from idea official website but they said that recharge of rs. 197 is closed but it is on website.

    I ported from Vodafone to Idea. But my calls(both incoming and outgoing) were barred on 6th May, 2016. The reason given was that I had not cleared my Vodafone bill. But I had cleared the bill on 30th, April 2016. I even received call on May 3rd as a reminder to clear my vodaphone bill but I confirmed them that I have already paid. Even after all these my calls were barred. On 6th of May I called idea complain number to complain about the same. They told me to visit Vodafone store and check. I visited Vodafone store the same day(6th May). They confirmed my balance was cleared and they had no objections. Since that day til today ( May 6th to May 11th) I did not get any service from idea customer care. I called 12345 from another prepaid number they told this is prepaid department so they do not have any information about postpaid number. So I thought it is waste to expect solution through phone because I tried calling the complain number also many times but I did not get any result and requested them to give the address of nearest idea store. But they denied to give the address and told me to dial a number for self help. I tried the same but I did not get the address after requesting. I had to literally call 3 times to get address and many a times to ask how they barred the calls without any reason. How irresponsible!! I want to know how these people can be irresponsible to Barr the calls even after all payments are made. Do they have any idea how much inconvenience is caused for customers if the phone is of no use for a week? I want an answer for this and an explanation. I had to leave my work and roam for Vodafone store 3 times and I missed many business calls because of which I had to face troubles and insults.

      I got a call this afternoon from a unknown mobile no. [protected] the person talking from the other side told me that he is a SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE of some local police station of delhi and calling me coz there is a complaint logged on me for not paying ₹3310/- to idea cellular and told me that we are taking further action and they have a arrest warrant against me and he told me to call the lawyers who filled this case against me at high court of delhi
      Then he told me to write down the phone no. Of the lawyer
      The no. Is +91-[protected] and given me the lawyers name VISHAL MEHRA then he told me to call this no. And speak to the lawyer about the case
      Then I called the other no. And i felt this lawyers is the same person who was pretending to be a sp of police who called me earlier
      Then the so called lawyer told me that
      He logged the case against me on behalf of idea cellular for not paying outstanding bill of ₹3310/- to idea cellular and tried to threaten me by saying some pinal codes of law like dhara 84, dhara420, ETC
      And said that i have to options

      1) to fight the case in the court

      Or

      2) you can pay your outstanding bill in next 30 mins or the police will take serious action in next 30 mins what he meant was(you will get arrested in next 30 mins)
      With a threatening voice

      Then i called the first no. Who was pretending to be a police officer
      And asked about the details of the police station from where he is calling
      Then he turned the convo to somewhere else
      I again asked the same then he said
      " me tumhara case aage badha rha hu tum khud hi dekhlena kya hota h jai hind!!"

      then they didn't called me again yet

      The thing was
      I bought a postpaid no. From local idea office for temporary use on july 2015
      Then i discontinued using that no. On September 2015
      Then idea representatives called me and told me that u have a outstanding amount of 3000 something Which was the bill of two months in which i used the no. For only one month
      But that was fare!! Coz I didn't told idea to discontinue the service
      I paid that amount and told the representatives to deactivate my no. And she confirmed the deactivation on phone
      I didn't got any soft or hard copy of the deactivation!!

        I have complained many a times and posted this issue on social networks also. For 70 mb extra usage of data company charged Rs 1316/- and when customer care calls they themselves are not able to justify that. I wanted this number([protected]) to be converted to prepaid and company is not doing that. It's just that company is not providing proper information and response and simply charging anything. I want my bill to be corrected and number to be converted to prepaid in any case or else I ll file a case against the company.

            I would like to bring to your kind notice about the very poor service rendered by the idea showroom in smart choice solution - vellore (Tamil nadu circle) tamil nadu circle.

            I am the regular customer of idea network and holding mobile numbers [protected] and [protected].

            I had got a post paid plan bearing mobile no. [protected] four months back. Due to very poor service rendered to me by your personnel i had to change my plan from post paid to prepaid for which i had given a request to change my plan from post paid to prepaid on 23.04.2016 as my bill date is 23rd of every month. For which i was asked to pay rs. 310 calculating as on 25th april 2016 as 23rd was saturday. I was assured by them that my plan will be activated in 5 days time from 25th april. But i had not got any message from your network about the plan. Accordingly i had gone to the showroom again on 30th april and told them about this and requesting to do it for me. But they said they had forgot to do that job and again asked me to pay additional rs. 50 to change the plan calculating the date on 02.05.2016 as 30th april being this was also paid by me on 30.04.2016 without any objection even this mistake was done by the showrom. Again i assured me that my plan will be activated in 5 days time. But till date nothing has been done.

            I have tried to contact them over the phone (Mobile no. [protected]) that was given to me when went. But they are not picking up the phone. One ms. Thirumagal who picks up the phone and tells that she will check up and get back to you. But they will not get back to us. I had been to the showroom many times. But there is no response from them. They are so lethargic, lazy peoples. Many of the customers are fighting with them because of their poor service which can be seen if this idea officials go there surprisingly.

            I was fed up with the service given to me by the idea network. I was contemplated to go for a suit or to go to consumer court. Finally i went to the showroom again on 05.05.2016 and wanted to meet the showroom head to complain about this. But they had refused to take me and said he is on leave.

            The customers are getting very very poor service from this show room. I do not know whether the idea network officials are monitoring or not.

            I don't think idea customers will continue to be on the idea network if this sort of attitude continues and the customers will go for some other network. The showroom people should be monitored by the idea network often.

            I strongly feel that the authirisation for the showroom should be cancelled and look for some other. This sort of agency should be banned.

            I request necessary steps may please be taken to rectify the problems of the customers. An action may be initiated against the showroom incharge who is solely responsible for this sort of poor service as he has failed to supervise his personnel.

              I purchased a new number prepaid of idea cellular gujarat. I submitted print of e adhaar as id proof. But strange after two days idea did not activate my number instead they said it is not valid. As per govt of india notification f. No. 11014/8/2011-logistics dated 28.03.2013, e-adhaar is as valid as the copy of adhaar sent by post. Please look into the matter and take necessary action against the proud (Stubborn) network.

                i have a postpaid connection with idea. i am not getting the network coverage for last 2 days.when i called the customer care, they are saying that it is the issue of mobile tower and it will be solved within 1 week only .
                I feel very much irresponsible by the attittude of your service.There will not be any consideration while issuing the bill ..it is not the right way to clear a complaint..are you people telling that i have to switch off my mobile for 1 more week ?? if so then what is the relevence of this mobile phone ?

                Can i ask a question that can i get 1/4th discount onb my next bill?
                because of your mistake why should i pay the money without using the network ??

                  Myself Santosh Govekar hereby complaining regarding 0% network for my IDEA sim at Crime branch Office Ribandar & inside my residence at Guddem Siolim. As i m using 3 Police plan sim cards and rest 3 prepaid cards. On two occasion I have already spoken to your officers so far no responds. I think they are not bother about my complain. So i think i should cancel my idea plan as due to 0% network.

                    My mobile no. [protected] was ported out from Idea to airtel.

                    I wish to draw your attention that i'm unfairly charged for data usage which may have happened because there was no alert for the same after the expiry of the data packs

                    At the time of port out my data packs was active and when the port out happened without informing and notifying about data packs usage Idea added Rs 2800 as additional charge .

                    I felt cheated as i was using the data in the believe that my over usage will be informed appropriately by IDEA as it used to happen before opting for port out and which is also mandatory guidelines by TRAI as per the format prescribed.

                    I have raised this concern to Idea team with email Reference Id E1-[protected] but there is no reply on this concern of no notification for expiry of data packs. There is no response from appellate authority from Idea too.

                    This is clear cut violations of TRAI guidelines which states that user needs to be informed on format prescribed.

                    Now i have ported to airtel and im concerned that they may disconnect my connection from a complaint from idea.

                    I'm willing to pay actual usage of Rs 1000 which was the bill amount and not the data charges of Rs 3000.

                    You can check my history i have always been a great customer and was not happy because of services issues and im going back to Airtel.
                    If idea services improves i can never recommend anyone to switch to idea unfortunately

                    You guys have not acted as per TRAI guidelines on Notifying user on data packs usage and unfortunately you guys are lying that i have been notified.

                    You should accept the fact the your system is faulty mean to harass the customer.

                    Once you port out then you will not receive any notification of data packs consumption since the faulty idea system works in pro-rata basis of subscribed data packs also.

                    IDEA never notifies to its user that your pack is over as per the billing cycle and without notice initiates the data charges.

                      I would like to draw your attention to one of the most corrupt
                      Practice which is used by idea executives. On 7th may 2016, they have
                      Automatically started a service known as vas juice up on idea mp
                      Number [protected]. After calling to customer care i am not satisfied
                      With his response. As i stated that i haven't used any service or
                      Download anything named juiceup services is activated without my
                      Knowledge. For this they have deducted rs 35 from my account. I
                      Request you to not to fool people by activating such services and
                      Apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used.
                      So please deactivate and refund my valuable money.

                      Also, it is my sincere request to please take appropriate actions
                      Against the person who are doing all these malpractices.

                        Today suddenly 45 rupees deducted from my idea balance, no service activation or amount deduction message also. When i enquired with customer service they said while using internet i have clicked on some ad and hence the deduction. (The lack of knowledge of customer executives is altogether a different story. When they are out of answers they will put us on hold for ever).

                        Later they said it is not idea service hence they will will not send any confirmation message. The entire conversation with the executive boils down to this, "if you have balance in your account, we will deduct that without out your permission".

                        They confirmed it is thirdparty service but they will deduct amount from idea balance. After all these discussion they said they could still able to deactivate the service. Million doller question: when they don't have control on the third party services while activation, how can they deactivate it? Isn't it day light cheating.

                          Tried calling trice to Appellate team but number is getting disconnected.

                                      I am using two idea postpaid numbers of delhi circle linked with each other with the pack of 399 & 199 but always my bill came abovethan 1000. when i was checked on march april bill i found irregularity in gprs charges. i lso took some booster pack but beside all these i always found my bill with some huge amount of gprs usage while idea did not provide 3g service as it promise to give. in april bill i found 260 indian rupees add in my mobile no bill([protected]) but idea never care about customer resolution even they barred my service when they want without keeping in mind customer problam. i called up so many times to idea customer care but they did not resolve my problam till. iused both connection since 2011. they never convert my number in postpaid to prepaid also.

                                      I sharukh shaikh user of Idea cellular services. The complaint is regarding the uninformed excess charges in my bill. This is happening from past 4 months.I am very unsatisfied with these kind of services i consider it as fraud.
