Hi,
My name is sagar and i lived in north delhi kishan ganj area old rohtak road. My mobile number is [protected]. I have facing problem in switching my idea sim from postpaid to prepaid. Problem arise when i go to your store kishan ganj market idea store for the concern, they ask me their server is not working after that i visit the shop again they said go shastri nagar or other karol bagh branch to switch sim. Then after i visit shastri nagar store, they said they don't sim ("really strange, store don't have sim"). I have ready to pay my bills and i told them at stores but they ask me to switch the place for the problem concern. I have wasted my time one week around for visiting your store and not get any response from any care centre.
I have switch off my idea sim even though i ready to pay my bills but services are dumb!, they could not reply with calm showing their professional job attitude. This is not the way to work done, and i feel bad after visiting your store.
What i finally decide to abort this connection and move to next one.
