This is Rathin vaghela from ahmedabad having postpaid connection with your company. While making payment of bill through paytm I worngly entered someone else's no (prepaid number) and I want to get refund of it and even that default beneficiary is also ready to transfer the money through his mobile but when i called the customer care, executive deepika said me to visit idea care and she was very sure that idea will make the money transferred to my account and when I visited idea store situated in chandkheda, they first denied me to do it and then the executive deepika talked to him and said me if they don't do it, make a call again . I sat there in the store for more than an hour and then the manager denied me again that he can't make it possible .
I called on customer care again and then executive kalpesh also denied me for it he transferred the call to Krishna who said to call the prepaid department . I talked to them for around half an hour . wasted 2 hour time on it and what did I get NOTHING . All they know is how to make the customer fool . while I was talking to cuatomer care executive, I was asked to stay out of the store because according to them they were getting irritated . Who the hell are they to talk me like this . I am a customer and I can stay there in the store until and unless I'm not satisfied .
Now all I want is the way that lead me to the solution otherwise I'm gonna make it a big issue and will gonna sue in the customer redressal court . call me @[protected]

    10 daya back i was taken a new prepaid connetion.but the delear is not activating my connection then today i visited idea gallary to submit the documents but you they also not ready to take document told me submit your documents to delar not idea gallary so no one is ready to help us.
    If is not possible then we can proceeds for consumer forum.

      I am a customer of idea from more than 15 years.

      Although i used data within limits, my bill suddenly shows an astronomic amount for no reason. I had used only the packs which come free with the plan.

      All this time, i was struggling to work on reducing the bill by experimenting with various plans. Your executive had promised a special plan, but this is going the other way.

      Last month's bill was less than 800, now it has gone above 1800!

      Pls call urgently and explain.

      There is no facility to put complaints on your website www.ideacellular.com for such concerns. Only for some other minor issues.

      Also, I tried 198, but they put you on hold and say that you can opt for call back. And, when the callback call arrives, it disconnects by itself automatically! I am blocked in all ways.

      As I mentioned to your executive, I was traveling and I got a call on Sunday.

      You need to tell customers why data is shown as many MBs and GBs when it is showing zero data usage (only free bandwidth used) on the mobile is displayed.

        I have recharged with rs.95 special offer on 18th may 2016 which gives 600 mb data valid for 15 days. On 20th may 2016 accidentally my friend recharged my number with rs.34 valid for 3 days. On 22nd the rs.34 plan was finished, but the rs.95 plan which has a 15 days validity was active and when i use internet on my phone, my main balance is being deducted from 23rd. When i speak to customer care regarding this issue they are telling that rs.95 plan is still active and i should use it only on 3g. I did used on 3g but still my main balance was deducted because of internet usage. I again tried to call the but then the customer care blocked my number telling that all lines were busy at the moment. I tried to call them with my friends number then they answered my call, i again told them about what happened to my account using friends number. Then the next moment they say that my plan was cancelled. They don't even know there policies clearly. I want my data and the main balance which was deducted back to my account.

          I've paid my idea post paid bill on 20th april 2016, through idea app so that a discount of rs. 50/- will be applicable on the next invoice. But that does not happened.

          App. But i didn't get any rebate on my idea bill of rs. 50/-. Kindly
          Find the attachment which i got a mail from your idea that bill will
          Be discouraged in the forthcoming invoice but that doesn't applied in
          My recent bill. Kindly check my new bill and give me discount.
          I've called many a times to the idea customer care 198 also 12345 but they were delaying in solving my complaint. Also no proper reply has been given from their end.

            I dont know how many times i have sent an email to idea customer care for deactivated of CUG pack but they keep on activating on my number([protected]) again and again without any prior consultation.
            Recently on 21st March, CUG pack was again activated on my number and I have written to idea cc to deactivate it. I have got a confirmation email that the CUG service has been deactivated on my number.(I have attached screenshot of email received). Again in this monthly cycle, I have been charged with CUG pack from 24th April- 20th May.

            How does the service/ pack get activated on my number when I have been repeatedly complaining about it?

            Sometimes cc confuses you with CUG service and CUG pack. If any service is not active, how can the pack be active and vice -versa?

            I was contacted on 24th may and was told that my issue will be addressed. They assured me that they would take care of the matter as they had seen from past history that I have repeatedly requested for deactivation of CUG pack. However, I am still to receive any emails/call from their side for waiving of the wrongly charged amount from my bill. It would be great if this issue is resolved quickly as my bill due date is 5th June

              Sir ye idea company walo ka kehna hai ki idea 2g Internet ki speed 256kb/s hai but ye log bas cheating karna janti hai ye log to real speed bite per sec me deti hai jiski wajah se mobile pe Google ki home page bhi thik se nhi khulti... Aur inke tv add se bhi harassment hoti hai ...tv pe to dikhata hai... (no ullu banawing idea Internet lagawing) aur customer care pe call karne pe koi responce nhi dete..call disconnect kar diya jata hai ya fir wo log humesa ek hi bahana karte h ki abhi system kaam nhi kar rha aur aise hi ignore kiya ja rha... ye log bas logo ko ullu bana rha hai so pls do something...

                I Santosh Jadhav using Services from last 4 months having rental 299 PM ..this plan was sold by one of the Sales lady (Number-[protected]) she told me that 1 GB 3G wiil get you on every month but when i had confirmed with Customer care they told me that for inital 3 month you have only 1 GB 3G Data free...after that you will be charged 250 rs extra...

                This is purely an fraud ...this number is not reachable now/switched off ..

                I am planing to move into some other service because of this fraud ..

                    1. I have not received my returned check for which idea collected cash and check was not returned actually. I was forced by threat of disconnection. This is pending since september 2015. Letter to local idea office given here is the proof attached.

                    2. My full dnd status suddenly was shifted to half dnd without my knowledge and since last one month i was being harassed without my fault.

                      I demand to raise a strong complaint against idea prepaid they deducted my amount for no reason today at 10:33am when i called up customer care he said that for some quality service u were using thats why amount deducted when i asked which type of quality service as since yesterday i did i eevn not dialed a single number...then what is the reason for deduction & this is not for the first i raised a complain numerous times but idea representative never takes it seriously even today i spoke to there supervisor (Mr.Satish) & great to hear from him that even he don't know the reason for deduction...this complaint is just to put my views & providing a chance to them to rectify there mistake my next step will be weird
                      sorry to say but seriously ridiculous service & idea actually make fool to customer

                        I have ported my no [protected] from airtel postpaid to idea postpaid service. And there is no network coverage in my office. Once we ported we can't change the service for 3 months. As there was bill is above as per my plan and also no network coverage. Already have raised the complaint about this. Without use of service also am paying the amount from past 5 months. Now also i have got 513. Pleae check regarding this issue as am paying the amount. Without the use of this service.

                          Sir/madam,
                          I am using this idea services since long. I have never asked for the dialer tone to set to my mobile no.: [protected]. I do not know how without asking the dialer tone is forced to my phone for which they charge rs. 249 for 1 year. Idea cellular just sent me a sms on date 18-may-2016 from number 54300 and mentioned that they have charged me and activated the service.

                          This is sorry state from the best service provider idea that they are trying to earn more money by doing such cheating.
                          I do not need any dialer tone. I request idea to please stop the dialer tone services from my mobile and waive off my rs.249 which they billed me.

                            I have airtel sim card (Prepaid) and i applied mnp on 12th may 2016 into idea cellulari (Prepaid), still i cant get my new sim card, i already visited 3 times on store but no on reply yet. Kindly help me out. I was asking my new nano sim card, but they are not providing, i ask them but they not giving proper services they already committed but not happing.

                              Hi,
                              My name is sagar and i lived in north delhi kishan ganj area old rohtak road. My mobile number is [protected]. I have facing problem in switching my idea sim from postpaid to prepaid. Problem arise when i go to your store kishan ganj market idea store for the concern, they ask me their server is not working after that i visit the shop again they said go shastri nagar or other karol bagh branch to switch sim. Then after i visit shastri nagar store, they said they don't sim ("really strange, store don't have sim"). I have ready to pay my bills and i told them at stores but they ask me to switch the place for the problem concern. I have wasted my time one week around for visiting your store and not get any response from any care centre.
                              I have switch off my idea sim even though i ready to pay my bills but services are dumb!, they could not reply with calm showing their professional job attitude. This is not the way to work done, and i feel bad after visiting your store.
                              What i finally decide to abort this connection and move to next one.

                                One fir was registered on my name in one of the police station in hyderabad, the lady who registered the case does not find the proper evidence to prove, so gained my id poto copy walked in to idea store and took the duplicate sim on 7th may around @ 15:00 hrs and strated misusing it

                                      Hi, my no. Is [protected], i had recharged for internet balance of amount rs.253/- for 2 gb data (3g pack) for this i didn't received any messages for the service of activation or any information regarding the recharged amount.Instead of that my main balance has been deducted of amount rs 5/- and when i checked my data balance i is showing 227 kb of data remains and the date of validity is showing as 16/6/2016, but i didn't use my data pack still now, i don't know what happened to my amount recharged when i call customer care they are telling that i had used all data, so, please tell us a solution for this and respond for this complaint

                                        I am a old costumer of idea.
                                        i had a 3g idea sim, but due to calls from idea office to convert from 3g to 4g i had upgrated my sim card from 3g to 4g..
                                        after converting i was using internet in 4g mode because i had 4g balance approx 1gb in my account..
                                        but they are deducting the amount from my main balance insted of internet balance..
                                        they have deducted about 150 rupees from my main balance un necessarily.
                                        and also the worst responce from the costumer care.. they kept my call on hold for checking the details for about 8-10 minutes and after that disconnected the call..
                                        totally worst experiance..
                                        i request you to please take a action towards them.
                                        and refund my amount..

                                        As per the screenshot it is not showing that amount is deducted from main balance. It is notifying that 880 mb free 4g data is left.
                                        I too have idea and always notify the same about remaining data.
