    Dear sir,
    Please refer my idea bill dated 25.4.2016 wherein it is stated that my cheque for rs.830/- got bounced on presentation but factual position is that the said cheque was not presented to my banker pnb, ashram road, ahmedabad and i also not received any intimation from my banker for bounce of cheque and no bounced cheque charges levied by my banker.

    On enquiry with my bank i come to know that said cheque was not presented by idea for clearing and bank have no record of any bounce cheque of rs. 830/- given to idea for payment of bill dated 25.3.2016.

    Further till date i have not received bounced cheque from your end which clearly indicate that cheque was personally handed over to idea show room at ambawadi circle was not presented for clearing & may be misplaced.

    Therefore it is requested that cheque bonce charge of rs. 229 & late payment charge of rs. 50/- should not be charged on me as i have not received back my cheque for rs.830/- till date so i may please be refunded rs.279/- for unauthorized deduction or may be adjusted in next bill failing i will be compelled to move consumer forum for justice.

        Before 2 days i.e. on Dt.[protected], deduction of Rs.120/- is done from my account. Customer care has given some unknown numbers, which either i had not received or given any calls from my mobile. Before idea, i was with Vodafone same things (Deduction of Balance) problem was facing, so i go for the portability and turned to IDEA card. So, please kindly do the necessary steps and give my balance back

        Mujhe ye batayen aap night me stop sms kiya fir second day morning mere pese kyo kaat liyen or fir aapke customer care se baat kar bola mere balance vaaps karo to bole nahi hoga..           Hi,

          I was Idea Broadband customer and stopped using their services since December'14. I have an amount due of 412/- at Idea end. It's being more than 1.5 years I am following up the same with Idea guys and there is no update from their side. They said it has been given to a persona named Nitin haramkar though i do'not know any person of such name in my life. It has been a clear case of harassment from such a big Telecom organization. Please help.

          Extremely bad service again, do u people even went through the complaint description ... I DONOT have any Idea mobile service with me & not using either of your services now. Would appreciate if you would have focused on resolving the issue rather then pushing the ball here & there.
          Idea broadband services donot come with any mobile number, only thing it provides is Account number which I already provided above

            Today on 7/05/16 I recharged my no. with 40 rupees.
            Then I checked my account balance that was around 31 rupees.

            After around 1 hour I again checked my balance then I shocked it was only rupees 0.25 left on my account.

            At that time I called customer care to know the reason behind it But he only said that you used internet that's why your balance was deducted
            Which was very shocking to me because i had not used internet after data balance was low.

            And I don't know how to deal with this situation because the customer care told me "not to call at this no. again. .. "

            I want refund ;-( please help !

              Idea cellualr is india's worst connection, they are already famous for thr network problm, but they are also committed in providing bad customer support... As i m using a post paid connection, this company has charged me for international roaming services.. Which i hv already deactivtd long time back.. I had requested several times to the company representatives by sending various mail and also phone calls but they still continuing adding false charges in my bill, this is so annoying..😡😡😡so pissed offf..

                Regret to inform that i am totally unsatisfied with idea service.

                I am one of the oldest customer using service almost 8yrs, i am not happy with the way customer care colleagues treated the other day.

                My name is mangirish mohan naik, working with m/s. Ceebinas airport services pvt ltd as a duty officer.

                I have 03 connections with i. E
                [protected] - govt. Plan with 3g (Rs.100 - 200mb) &
                [protected] - govt. Plan with 2g (Rs.154 - 01gb).
                [protected] - govt. Plan without internet.

                Yesterday suddenly first two outgoing was blocked without any message or intimation and on enquiring came to now that my unbilled amount exceeds my limits rs.3600 & rs.2043 respectively, but on asking justification customer care guys were unable to justify.

                Afterwards, in the afternoon i got a call that i have used data more than my allowable limits, but how is it possible when i am regularly getting pop-ups regarding data usage and also as i am using idea service for quite a long period, i know how much data i am using (Limits).

                I have not used the data on which idea have charged me and i am not agreed. It mean in a day i have used data of rs.5600 almost. How rediculas and obviously any one will loose temper in such situation.

                You might be knowing that there are some cases where service providers have charged customer blindly extra additional charges by chetaing them. It mean if they will charge e. G. Rs.10000 next time should i agree or will any one agree, definitely not.

                You can check my records, my bill payments are regularly without fail. It might be some error or mistake from idea side.

                I request you to please waive off the charges idea have charged on data used and unblock my out going calls, i will pay my regular bill i. E. Rs.487 ([protected]) & rs.320 ([protected]) but frankly not going to pay any additional charges which are unnecessarily charged on my both the numbers at any cost.

                If not so, sorry to say i will go for another service provider for all three numbers, which indeed i don't want to.

                Again requesting you to please waive-off my data charges as i am not going to pay for which i have not used the service.

                  My card is of Maharashtra region.Issue with card is I lost my sim I want same number so I call customer service centre .They told me that any idea care center charege some money .so I go through this but they told me that u r card is not available here u have to go to here and there .I already visited 3 care center. Is it hard to get u r own number .so kindly look into my matter.

                    I am having a post paid connection of idea cellularand the company has charged me vas charges for two months i.E.Feb, 2016 and march 2016 in my bill without any reason as i had not made any request for for vas services.I had requested several times to the company representatives by sending various mails and also on phone with customer care. But no response from the company.


                    My refund is rs.344/- from the company which they had charged without any reason.

                      Hi, i am mayur using idea postpaid since last year . My no is [protected] . Last month i change my plan 549 to i plan 299 . In which i selected 8 packs which contain 400 local minute and 1 gb 2g data . After i finished with my free data i got msg frm idea company that to huge savings on internet get booster packs worth rupees of 50, 75 and 100 . I use them as i needed and took another booster pack within pack . But i got surprize when the bill of 6875 rupees given to me . Then i asked to customer care abt such huge amount they told me that " booster pack is not for i plan holder thats why u got such big amount and u have to confirm before booster pack activation " my question is" if it is not for i plan holder then why u sent me the msg to activate the booster pack ?????
                      Later they give me discount of 4500 and told me to pay 2300 appox !!!
                      Now in the current month i activate the 2g booster pack of 2gb data worth rupees 199 appox 10 days ago . As soon as i activated booster pack they msg unbilled amount of 2000 rs in just 2 minutes . That mean i will again get huge bill at my upcoming billing date
                      ( my humble request to idea plz dont snacth our money on the name of data pro ration charge as we are ur loyal customer .. Plzzzzz put attention in our matter )

                        Sir/madam
                        As we are using a corporate account from last 3 years in name of m/s jai durga properties, near pnb, landran kharar road, mohali (Pb.)- 140307 of idea cellular ltd. In which we are using three mobile numbers i.E

                        Out of which the monthly idea bill plan of +[protected] is rs. 999/- (Rupees nine hundred ninety nine only). And on 22.04.2016 i gave a request to change this monthly plan from rs. 999/- (Rupees nine hundred ninety nine only) to rs. 125/- (Rupees one twenty five only).
                        I gave this request on a letter head of m/s jai durga properties along with the stamp and authorized signatory of the firm to mrs. Sonu and mrs. Gurjit at phase 7, sas nagar, mohali (Pb.).

                        But on[protected] when i confirmed from customer care about the idea plan of +[protected], they told me that they had not receive any request for the change of monthly bill plan and the plan continue to be of rs. 999/- (Rupees nine hundred ninety nine only).

                        On the next day when i visited i.E on 05.05.2016 to the idea office at phase 7, sas nagar, mohali and asked mrs. Sonu and mrs gurjit about my request, they didnt have any answer. They didnt even know where my documents are placed on and they started complaining each other but after searching for half an hour they found it in mrs. Sonu's diary and then she said by mistake she forgot to forward this request to the next level. And then they told me to come on next billing date i.E 23.05.2016 to change the idea plan and they give me back my letterhead. When i ask them that i will post a complaint against you they didnt give me their official contact numbers and didnt give me anything in writing that for which reason they didnt forwaded my request and they also didnt inform me anything.

                        As if there are cctv cameras in the office, the company can easily get proof from there that i gave request on 22.04.2016, and on 05.05.2016 they give me back my letterhead which got found from mrs. Sonu's diary and from my call record you can also get proof that they didnt inform me anything.

                        So due to this very poor, negligence, and frustated service i want to request the idea cellular ltd. To take some strict actions against these two employees named mrs. Sonu and mrs gurjit. And please change my monthly idea bill plan of +[protected] from rs. 999/- to rs 125/- from 22.04.2016.

                          This vas service has activated automatically on my mob no. [protected] and i have received activation msg after that i called customer call and complaint against unnecessary service. Customer care executive has advised me that this complaint to be filed after bill generate. I called the customer care for many time but they are not success to filed my complaint for removing unnecessary / extra chare of rs. 180 against midnight movies vas charges. So please i request you to correct / less rs. 180 from my current idea bill. If you are unable to revised my bill amount so i will be complaint the consumer court also against your unnecessary vas automatically activation without my permission. So please revised or adjust or less rs. 180 from my current bill on the urgent basis before my due dates. My due date is 08.05.2016

                            I was activate my idea prepaid connection to postpaid connection
                            So as i was want first bill by paper bill which cost is 50 rs.

                            So i was agree with them
                            And
                            My bill genration date is 25th
                            So i was get two messages from idea
                            1st message for bill genrated
                            2nd message for bill dispatched
                            But still i did not get any paper bill

                            So i was call idea care and i was get answer that system down call after 2 hours
                            I was tried to many times but still there is no one whos know where is my bill
                            Or even whats bill delivery status
                            They was told me that in 7 days u will get paper bill after bill generation
                            But today is 9th day and tomorrow will be 10th
                            And still not get any paper bill

                            And idea store i also visited but they refuse to take complaints
                            Whats going on?

                            As per resolution idea company sending me duplicate bill which they generate today

                            But i want to know where is my original bill which was generated on 25th date
                            And i was also get messaged that your bill is dispatched so where is that paper bill

                            So as i dont want duplicate bill
                            And i was get to bill in 7 days thats i did not get i will not paying any amount of bill

                            This same i also talked to idea company
                            And they are giving me warning that i[censored] will not pay bill your connection will be deactivated

                            So you do work like this ?
                            You not delivered bill to me in 7 days so why i pay you money
                            I[censored] late for bill delivery then thats idea company problem
                            So i m not going to pay any bill amount


                            If idea company will force me to pay bill
                            I will case on it

                            What a joke

                            I got messaged from idea company that your bill is delivered to you at billed address
                            And saying to pay the bill

                            When i did not get any paper bill at my home
                            Or no one collect it from my home members


                            So how is it possible to that bill is delivered ??
                            As i talked with your person
                            Your company sending me duplicate bill which has been created today (6th may)

                            But i never request for duplicate bill

                            I want to know where is my orignal bill
                            Which has been generated on 25th date and has been dispatched
                            Then why i did not get bill in 7 days
                            Even i wait 2 days more but nothings happen

                            Today 10th day
                            But still no get delivery


                            So now i will not pay amount of bill which still not delivered to me
                            And this same thing i talked with idea person
                            And he is agree with my word
                            So now i am not going to pay amount of this bill

                            I still not get any paper bill and idea company forecing me to pay the money !!!

                            Why i pay the money while i still not get any paper bill ??

                            Company saying to pay bill before due date Otherwise i have to pay 50rs more charge for late payment


                            But why idea company forceing me to pay bill

                            While i did not get any paper bill
                            I m not paying because i did not get paper bill
                            If i late to payment then its idea company problem because they do not give me delivery of bill

                            Then why idea company forecing me to pay money before due and why they take charge of due while i did not get bill?????


                            If we delayed in pay to bill you will charge to customer 50rs

                            And you are still not give me paper bill
                            So for late bill delivery why there is no charge for u
                            Why you dont give any rewards or something for your customers ??

                                How can you activate a pack without knowing to the customer. what is Mydala and they charged me 35 per week. i received the below message.

                                Your Mydala deals has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 35.00 for 1 week. renewal charge is 35.[protected]@week as applicable. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223.

                                I sent an SMS for deactivation but they sent me another SMS.

                                Dear customer, below services are active on your idea mobile
                                1: Mydala deals SMS 1, 2, 3, etc to 155223 to deactivate the service.

                                Stop this nonsence and deactivate this service. I want every penny back. Mine is a postpaid connection and i am not sure how much they are charging me daily. Stop this or else i will not pay the bill from here on wards and reach to consumer forum for activating services without customers knowledge.

                                    I am fed up for the idea customers service because they no nothing about there job they are no help to me on this issue regarding inbuild idea power flash message service in there sim card as I talked about it so many times with the customer care they have been saying its a cell phone setting problem when there is none, like any other services provider like Vodafone, Airtel, they have inbuild option within the sim application to stop and start the flash msg service, but I I say before its so disgusting service I ever have seen in the mobile field they are not expecting that this idea power is written in the flash msg top everytime it gets on your screen they say its a mobile manufacturer problem when there is not with any other sim card what wrong with you guyz just find the solution of this problem or else we will make you find one by the rule of law.

                                      Same concern today only i e.[protected] i recharged my number two times by 11 rs in which we get 30 mb each.But only after using it for 5-10 mins n the mb left only is 10 n after that only 2mb .I am really pissed off with this idea company please solve this issue now only and i want mb back on mh number which is [protected].And this company is making fool of their customers.Earlier mh dad was also using idea his number is [protected], and due to this issue he port number to airtel which is amazing, no network or any deduction issue is there.I want mb back, my net pack back

                                        I had idea postpaid number which is ported out last month but the last bill usage is showing 0. and Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration is 1302 rs only for data.The bill plan was only rs.249 per month and they are charging 1508 rs for 6 days Pro-ration.Very disgusting.also the credit limit is 1300 so how it can go over it??
