Idea Cellular — non conversion of 2G to 3G

I'm having post paid sim of Idea [protected] since 2012& on 13 th june15 the customer service was requested for conversion of 3G service;but the executive told for request on 15th june25.The customer executive on 15th told for both charges of 2& 3G as the request should be before.kindly do needful at the earliest
