Dear team,
As I am very much disappointed with your services in fact I am looking for a new connection now. Since it’s been more than 4 years I am using this no. ([protected]) which is a corporate no. and it was working very smoothly and there was no issues initially.
However, things are being very difficult for me to survive as no customer service is helping me out.
If you people are interested in helping please read the following complaints which are as follows:-
1. I activated one plan of 175 rs/ month for consecutive 3 months which is 3g plan wherein I got 1 gb every month. Unfortunately it got vanished within 1 week as I used it in very limited occasions. On behalf of this service I called in customer service so they told they cannot help as one has to mail for it. If had never expected such a disgusting reply. And it cannot happen that I have been only browsing normal websites and watsapp wherein there was no downloading done, still 1024Mb got used and I don’t know where it has gone. When I told this thing to customer care they said please mail as we cannot help.
2. Then, in second occasion I activated one more plan which was a booster plan of 200rs with 1gb for 15days.again initially it was working fine, yesterday was in a meeting with doctor and I was just browsing the goibibo, you can’t believe that just checking 2 flight timings 550.12mb data got consumed and I was like throwing my phone on floor itself.
3. Before this I was facing problem for network with was again not resolved and the best part is being a corporate customer of your and the prominent one using 3G is not actually 3G as it always shows E sign and to get H sign I have to move here in there to receive signals.
I want all my plans to be reimbursed and I will only pay according to my plan apart from data usage and didn’t used it properly because before using it it got vanished.
I will only pay 200 something for my plan in my next bill because this is not network problem or mobile set problem or my usage problem, this is something that making fool by forceful and unusual deductions without any information in customers knowledge.
Authorities, whom so ever I have kept in this mail please help me out of this as idea is not helping me out of this pathetic situation. They are always in refusal mode to customer.
