My old sim disconnected and i put the new idea sim in my 4g slot. I am getting signals but i cant connect to anyone or the assistant for help regarding activation of my new sim card .       Hi,
      I am very disappointed with idea cellular service.
      I have a postpaid number [protected].
      Yesterday suddenly i received an email that your services are barred. I had no billing issues.
      When i called to customer service. That told me to pay complete unbilled amount which is around 3700 then your services will start.
      I paid that amount still my number not started working.
      I called them multiple times regarding the issue.
      Today morning they forced me to pay another 1000 rupees to start the service. No one is ready to take the complain. And not providing any support. Supervisor is not available as per them.
      I have paid 4650 in total which is triple the amount of bill. Yet my number is not started working.
      I am very disappointed. Please help me.

        I received an sms from idea regarding some cricket news and immediately received another sms regarding deduction of rs 3 for the same service. On contacting the consumer care of idea, the executive told me that a ussd number has been dialed from my cell to avail the service, but the issue with the statement is that the moment i received the said sms, i was playing a video game on my cell and it is simply impossible that a complicated ussd number could be dialed at that moment. On discussing that issue with the executive, he initially insisted that the ussd number has been dialed from my side and there is no error with their system, later he said he would forward my call to the senior executive, after waiting for 15 mins, i wasn't attended by any so-called senior executive and the call got disconnected automatically. This same scenario happened 4 times till they finally blocked my number and i was no longer able to contact the customer care executives.

        This is a cheap trick done by the cellular service providers to earn money, due to the petty nature of the deductions a normal consumer won't pay enough attention to these problems. But on a pan india scale, this can be a huge scam to loot the consumers!!!

        - Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
        - Click on Idea Flash option
        - Tap on Activation
        - Click on Deactivate

          My SBI Credit Card (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3212) has been misused by a fraudulent team today between 1:14 PM – 1:35 PM.

            I am not getting sufficient network connection in my office location from past 2 months, thought it might be temporary but is creating daily troubles for me. My family, friends and business partners are unable to reach out to my number in one go and everyday i hear this complaint from one or the other person which is quite frustrating. Also the outgoing calls doesn't get connected in one go from my phone and most of the time the call gets dropped in between the conversation which is not acceptable. I have paid all my bills before time and in return require justice with the service provided by idea cellular.

              Hi, i was using idea postpaid connection 3 years back when i was in maharashtra & changed my operator after shifting from maharashtra. After one year i am receiveing the mail from idea asking for some balance payment due.. As i have already cleared all the due with my idea & there is no due then why idea is harassing me & my family by sending these emails. Infact again i am using idea sim two postpaid conection at some new location. Please help in closing this.

              Under instructions and on behalf of my client idea cellular limited, a telecom company registered under the companies act and having its corporate office at idea cellular limited, worli, mumbai – 400098 and one of its circle office at idea cellular ltd, sharada center, 11/1 erandwane, karve road pune - 411004, we hereby serve upon you the following legal notice.
              My client is engaged in the business of providing cellular mobile telephone services inter - alia in the maharashtra circle service area by virtue of license granted by department of telecommunication, ministry of communication and government of india.
              My clients state that you have subscribed for a mobile phone connection and it was sanctioned to you on your submission of customer application form and other related forms/documents ("caf" hereinafter) to my client and the aforesaid mobile phone connection and account no[protected] was allotted to you. You have availed and enjoyed best of the service/s provided by my client after activation of the said mobile phone connection.
              As per the terms of the subscription, you were under an obligation inter - alia to make payments of the periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of the said bills from my client, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. As a result a sum of rs1572is due and payable by you to my client, as on date. Due to the failure on your part in payment of the said due amount, my client had suffered financial loss and was compelled to suspend/disconnect your aforesaid mobile phone connection.

                And 1.4 gb per day

                I am only getting 250 mins per day or 1000 mins per week while it was advertised unlimited call.

                Data it was 1.4 gb per day but i am only getting around 200 mb per day.

                I stared using this service from 5th and till 9th i have only used 2.5gb. Thats how i came to know i am not getting full 1.4 gb but it's cheating. And started charging me for remaining usage

                  I had submitted my application for duplicate sim on 6th april. It has been 4 days yet my sim has not yet started. The customer care is completely useless. All i am told is please wait. People in the customer care team do not know how to speak. I was also charged 200 bucks for the duplicate sim.
                  I have been calling for past 3 days and the people in the customer desk ha e nothing useful to say. All they keep repeating is it is in progress. No other service providers have taken so long to start the duplicate sim. The call was also transferred to the supervisor (Manjula) and she is also as useless as the rest of the crowd.

                  Kindly start my services asap.

                      My phone number [protected] has incoming stopped.

                      I am not able to recieve any incoming calls and idea customer care is not giving any proper solutions.

                      The error heard while calling me is —
                      — "the number you have dialled is incorrect". Nobody is able i to call me, all they hear is my number is incorrect. Even when correct number is dialled. Has my phone number changed magically!!!

                      Pls help.

                            I was using docomo and had ported to idea recently and found that idea is the worst network operator that i have ever took. I regret myself for wasting money on this. The 4g internet is slow that 2g is far better than this. For me to send a whatsapp msg it takes abt 2 minutes. So slow it is. Calls wont get connected soo easily.. If it connects the voice won't be clear and there wl be a complete breakage of voice.. Normal msgs take a day or 2 to reach.. I m soo irritated with this idea..

                                Im getting like this 30 to 40 messages per day..I have done so many procedures followed by customer care..even though im receiving it. Because of this im keeping my mobile in silent mode in night time. Because im receiving message for every 10 to 15 minutes even im not using it..
