I keep receiving calls from unknown numbers repeatedly everyday who keep offering cheap idea tariffs. This has been going on for the last 6 months. Today, they called me thrice in 4 minutes. And then 3 times more.
The numbers are:

And several other unknown numbers.
This is sheer harassment.

My name is sandeep ganguli & i'm holding a idea kolkata postpaid connection for more than 7 years now. My connection number is [protected].

Today i called to the customer [protected]@ 13:10 to place a request to deliver a 4g sim as i'm not getting time during working days to visit your idea store & sunday store is closed. As the sim is not upgraded in to 4g hence unable to use internet when required.

I enquired for any idea store near city center, durgapur. West bengal. Customer care executive reply that, there is no idea store is available in durgapur, west bengal also not respond on my query about port out as i'm not getting the service, later i asked to transfer the call to senior & the executive put my call on hold, after resume he replied that senior is busy & not able to attend my call also took a callback request (Within 1 hour) but no such call received from seniors end as per the commitment.

Is this kind of service we are committing with customers, i don't know what response i will get after writing this email but trust one thing i have understood that now it's a high time & need to rethink about the further continuation with idea cellular.

Many times earlier as well complaint for internet related issue & never solved those problems, even for month on month i paid my bill but my internet usage was zero. Carry the other operator connection for internet use as i am not getting that service from idea cellular.

My humble request, please look into this issue and take the necessary action.

I was using reliance number from last 6 years. Company closed last year. So i ported my sim number with idea. It gone sucessfully on nov.17. Sim never catched network.
Then i visited idea office. They told sim is active. But not on ur name. Nd its active since i ported. They cheated me. They steel my number. I need back my number. Please help me to deal with this.

Dear sir,
My name is pankhil parikh. And i was using idea post paid service till 3months back. When i switch to mnp they ask me to pay additional amount than bill and committed to refund the balance amount after mnp. I did the same.
after that they said wait for 90 days for refund.
now after 90days they are denying to refund my amount saying it is less than rs.25. I told them you have not informed me this earlier.
i note down complains many times and daily sending them mails. They are not taking any action and closing complains giving xyz reason.
they told me to transfer my amount on another number i also furnish the same again they cheat and close the complain without transfering my amount.

My amount is small may be rs.12-13 but these idea company has a culture to snatch this amounts from all their mnp accounts this may lead a huge amount in lacs and crores. I wish to stop their this practice.

Also their customer care number mentioned in email 12345 is wrong. They are hiding to provide correct numbers also.

Please help me to give justice to me and all other members who are not paid for their deposit / credit amounts lying with idea company.

I misplaced my sim, and applied for a new one - submitted all the documents required. I got the sim, which did not activate for 2 days. Idea guys were saying their system is hoeing in progress.
Reapplied and got another sim, which is also not activating since 2 days...
What is the problem.
Such bad service. I had misplaced my vodafone sim and the new one was activated within 1 hour!
Plz look into the matter at the earliest, or else we’ll have to leave idea!

I recharged with 175 for 1GB 3G data. As it was showing in My idea app. After recharged i did not received my benefits. So i called customer care. The customer care executives lied that data has been benefited but that was not the case.

I want refund of that amount. As i have not received any data benefit as it was mentioned in My Idea App.

Last day i was getting a flash message regarding 520 mb net offer. After clicking on it a pop was shown activate and deactivate. After clicked on deactivate my ph got switched off and after that it was not working.

As it is very upset to port from vodafone to idea and there is lack of service in idea problems are in incoming calls as well outgoing call as well internet speed is in bytes so
There is a problem in incoming calls
There is also problem in outgoing call
Can company help me out of this

Need your help as my sim no was block by idea cellular company.

I was booked the plan of 200+gst charges. But plan was updated as 300+ gst.

Due to this low offer i have port my no from tata docomo to idea.

My bill was genrated of total rs of 300+. When ask for the no details was shared.

I was assured there will not any additional charges applied in bill.

When asked it was confirm as this your rental charges.

From last month i am disputing for the same and my outgoing was blocked without my concern. Currently they have also block my incoming call and send the bill of total 700.

This is way they are customer care.

Please help for resolution

The internet connection in nagaland specifically in kohima is very bad. The only time when it's somewhat good during 12 am in the morning. During the day, it's so useless. Please provide us good and stable internet connection. It's so disappointing and irritating to use such an unstable connection. I request you to look into the matter at the earliest so that you don't lose customers from acquiring your services.

Hello, i was using idea post paid connection in which they were providing 600 minutes in rs. 149 plan but after some time i had sent porting request and they have increased minutes from 600 to 900 in same plan. After some time due to network issue again i had send porting request and port my number in jio successfully. But they send wrong bill to me. I have tried many time to discuss this concern but they were not accepting and due to this concern the services of my number were stopped.

Then again i have to clear all due as per them and my services resume.

I was using Idea broadband in 2016 and continued to use it only till Feb 2017. After that I informed the customer care representative that I am shifting out of Pune and please disconnect the service. Now I get a mail from Idea that my billed amount is RS 2695.
I have not used the services and informed the customer care team still I am being given notice and asked to pay extra amount for something that I didn't even use.

I have received more than 50 calls on my mobile number from various females asking for some Rajesh who owes idea money, apparently. My number [protected] used to be a prepaid idea number in Delhi, which has been ported over to another service provider in Tamilnadu since over two years ago. Trying to explain this to so many call centre employees who refuse to take my number off some list some ### has compiled for idea is most irritating. Recently I have started insisting on the caller identifying themselves including their office address and name of supervisor, and they hang up.
