Hi,
I've started receiving mails with this subject recently. Not sure what about these notices are thought of posting complaint herewith, as i've disconnected the service back in Dec 2008 after clearing dues in person at Pune.
Also i tried calling the legal representative mention in the email below, however his number does not exist, what a pathetic service, even representative or calling nos are not active - Atul /[protected]

Currently i am not in India and will be travelling for work until June 2018, will provide you the screenshot once i am back. Currently no one has access to those documents hence cant provide you the details now.
But this is really disgusting and unprofessional that after so many years of clearing all dues you are sending a legal notice without any email communication.
