I have requested to change my connection from postpaid to prepaid. I am living in mandaleshwar mp. Here, there is no idea store, i request you to change my connection on phone but no one is giving me support and i am getting rs700 bill every month.

It was clearly stated on amazon that i would get 1.4 gb/day for 84 days. In maharashtra pune manikabaug idea service center they take 500rs for 84 days recharge but they only recharge 459rs. Then why they take extra 40rs without knowing me.
