Only incoming calls are working on IDEA mobile. Outgoing calls are not working.
it is an MP SIM used in Karnataka. [protected]
when the user reached bangalore on april 13 it was working. but then it stopped working from the next day. and it is not working till date.
user has recharged the mobile and there is sufficient balance.

    मैने आइडिया पोस्‍टपेड कनेक्‍शन जनवरी 2018 में लिया था जिसका नम्‍बर [protected] है। लेकिन उपयोग न होने के कारण मैंनेे इसे बंद करवाने के लिए आडिया केयर (मुनिरका नई दिल्‍ली-67) में बात की। जहाॅॅ पर हर बार एक नया बहाना बनाकर हीला-हवाली की जा रही है।अब तक मैं 5 चक्‍कर लगा चुका हूॅ पर अभी भी कभी सर्वर डाउन, कस्‍टरमर केयर लाइन काम न करना, 90 दिनों की कम समयवाधि का कनेक्श्‍ान, नए बिल का जनरेट होना आदि बहाने बनाकर जान-बूूूझकर बिल में बढोतरी करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है जो कि नियमों का उल्‍लघंन है। कृपया इस विषय पर ध्‍यानवलोकन कर समस्‍या का निवारण करने का प्रयास करें नही तो अन्‍य विकल्‍पों पर विचार किया जा सकता है।

    I denied to do so then she started using abusive word on call and disconnected.

      Dear sir i am using my number [protected] since last 10 year. Now i posted it in idea near about last 6 months. Last two month i spent in mumbai and forget to paid bill of two months now i came to aligarh and want to deposit bill amount then they said that number is permanently disconnect..
      It is a big loss to me and my business because this number is every where in my accounts and other places now i asked idea to give my no back they said it was tata property we can not give it back tata tele will give it.. Tata tells said it is ported in other telecom we can't.. How will give it to me otherwise it will make me big loss.

        I have port my sim from jio to idea and it converted successfully on 4th april 2018. Then i recharged with 199 pack 4g daily 1gb and some mins free calling. Name is 4g but getting less than 2g speed i. E 1.2kbps-maximum 10kbps. I have complained repeatedly, but they are giving valueless soln. I am facing same issue everywhere in pune. Plaese help me out.

        I am still facing the same issue.No resolution.You are simply manipulating customers.Why you wasted my 199 rupees without giving service. Single page is not opening.Third class network, third class service.Shame on idea.### service.You know exactly the last date of the data pack, but don't know how to give GOOD SERVICE to your customers.

        I have been charged Rs. 500 for so called Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration # which is illogical... I can use my data in whatever days I wish, why you have to charge this ?

          Idea sales team called me with an offer of 4g services with a lucrative bill plan of rs. 299 /month with 26 gb of data with 4g speed along with unlimited free local std and roaming calling. However, their services are still 3g and bill plan activated was of rs.389 /month and data of 20 gb /month which is a fraudulent activity. Upon calling to idea customer care i got to know that i cannot get 4g services for several weeks. Also i have been given time of more than a week to get the issue sorted related to sales team of idea cellular services.

          That is the reason I am compelled to go to consumer court. I have a question from the operator, if a shopper is selling their products by telling lies or with fake information then doesn't customer has right to return the product?
          Same way I am a consumer and I have been cheated by your sales team to port in to Idea's network, which makes a fraudulent deal and I have all rights to break the deal. Hence I am going to submit a complaint letter with a form and fee in consumer court tomorrow or on Monday.

              I had already cleared all my dues after passing out from pune to a person who handed our entire batch the sim. And in return he gave us the receipt and now after 5 long years idea says we have pending bills.. I dont know why this company is after our life and sending unnecessary intimatations why dont you guys check it with your staff internally...

                  Hi, i was using idea postpaid maharashtra connection till dec 2017 after which i ported it to idea prepaid haryana connection after clearing out all bills.

                  After 4 months, i am receiving the mail from idea asking for some balance payment due.. As i have already cleared all the due with my idea & there is no due then why idea is harassing me & my family by sending these emails.
                  I also check my idea app and called idea haryana and both tell that no dues are pending from my side.
                  Infact again i am using idea sim 1 postpaid connection at new location. Please help in closing this at the earliest.

                  Under instructions and on behalf of my client idea cellular limited, a telecom company registered under the companies act and having its corporate office at idea cellular limited, worli, mumbai – 400098 and one of its circle office at idea cellular ltd, sharada center, 11/1 erandwane, karve road pune - 411004, we hereby serve upon you the following legal notice.

                  My client is engaged in the business of providing cellular mobile telephone services inter - alia in the maharashtra circle service area by virtue of license granted by department of telecommunication, ministry of communication and government of india.

                  My clients state that you have subscribed for a mobile phone connection and it was sanctioned to you on your submission of customer application form and other related forms/documents ("caf" hereinafter) to my client and the aforesaid mobile phone connection and account no[protected] was allotted to you. You have availed and enjoyed best of the service/s provided by my client after activation of the said mobile phone connection.

                  As per the terms of the subscription, you were under an obligation inter - alia to make payments of the periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you.                   In addition to the mail acknowledgement by Idea on the Port request, I have other proofs as well that I have cleared all the dues and have nothing pending.
                  Also, in the past I have asked Idea Customer service multiple times to provide me any evidence of pending dues, but you have failed to provide me any evidence for the pending dues.
                  How am I supposed to make payment without any proof!!
                  Moreover when Idea app itself tells me that I have nothing due and also I have confirmation of bill payment from Idea at the time of porting my Mobile # from Idea Postpaid to Idea Prepaid.

                      I am receiving various email about the demand legal notice from idea cellular as below. I had been using earlier idea cellular postpaid number and i had paid the due amounts when i had terminated all the services for all the dues.

                      Can you please check that why i do get this email. I think it is fraud and haven't been contacting the registered number. Please let me know after checking on your front.

                      Dear madam/ sir,

                      In re: notice for recovery of outstanding dues rs.1185/- in respect of account no.[protected]” and mob. No.[protected].

                      Under instructions and on behalf of my client idea cellular limited, a telecom company registered under the companies act and having its corporate office at idea cellular limited, worli, mumbai – 400098 and one of its circle office at idea cellular ltd, sharada center, 11/1 erandwane, karve road pune - 411004, we hereby serve upon you the following legal notice.

                      My client is engaged in the business of providing cellular mobile telephone services inter - alia in the maharashtra circle service area by virtue of license granted by department of telecommunication, ministry of communication and government of india.

                      My clients state that you have subscribed for a mobile phone connection and it was sanctioned to you on your submission of customer application form and other related forms/documents ("caf" hereinafter) to my client and the aforesaid mobile phone connection and account no[protected] was allotted to you. You have availed and enjoyed best of the service/s provided by my client after activation of the said mobile phone connection.

                      As per the terms of the subscription, you were under an obligation inter - alia to make payments of the periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of the said bills from my client, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. As a result a sum of rs1185/-is due and payable by you to my client, as on date. Due to the failure on your part in payment of the said due amount, my client had suffered financial loss and was compelled to suspend/disconnect your aforesaid mobile phone connection.

                      I, therefore, call upon you on behalf my client to pay the said outstanding amount as mentioned above within the three (3) days of the receipt of this notice failing which i have definite instructions from my client to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you at your absolute costs, risk and consequences.                         I have been a customer of idea prepaid for almost 4 years. This is regarding the issue with my recent recharge. I did a recharge of rs. 459 via amazon pay on 12 april. It was clearly stated on amazon that i would get 1.4 gb/day for 84 days. Now can you apply a little common sense and tell me why would you mention the extra 400mb data per day on amazon pay if that is only available on my idea app? I have called customer care 4 times for this matter. First three times, they said my recharge was not activated as my earlier recharge was still active and i will get my extra 400mb/day benefits after 16 april after the activation of recharge. Now after my previous recharge ended, i noticed i was still getting 1gb per day. I called customer care again and now they tell me it was only available on my idea app. Now this is completely ridiculous and hypocritical. Just tell me why would you even mention the extra data on amazon pay if it was only available on my idea app. Your own employee told me that my benefits were 1.4gb/day even if i recharged via amazon pay. Now they are saying the opposite. So hypocritical of you people. Just to get in competition with jio, you are looting your customers by showing the false information. I understand your company may be in loss or something due to jio. But at least don't make a fraud with your customers if you cannot serve them. As soon as my recharge ends, i am shifting from idea. I know you get lot of emails and you may not even reply. But see now at least one customer is awake. It will hopefully give rise to other customers realizing this fraud and eventually they will also leave idea. For today, you lost a valuable customer and if this continues you will lose more tomorrow.

                            It is needless to mention either we should switch to some other network in view such undesirable situations where we are not able to recharge due to idea site issue

                                Sir., Ihave already complained at your end My complaint ID isID 1916559., I have paid rs 352/ towards the bill of IDEA [protected] on January 30 thro'SBI Credit card.Since the idea showroom persons told the amount was not received I have again paid Rs352 /tho' IOB Net banking on the same day, From the bank statements it came to know that both amount (352+352) was credited to idea cellular account.Iwant to refund the excess amount and wrote the authoriters by email on the following dates:March 1, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 21, 22, 23, 27, 30 and April 6, 7, 9, 12, 14, and 17, They asked me the bank statements after complaining in your fourm.Ihave sent the both bank statements to them .They asked me the opening password for SBI statement as they have not possible to open the statement. Ihave sent the password to them.AFTERthat no response from them .After complaining to your fourm again they asked the bank statement again.Again I sent.AGAIN they asked the SBI statement opening password Again I sent on 14April 2018 BUT no reply as on to day.They send only computer generated apology letter asking sorry for the inconveniance and thanks for writing to them every time.Hence I request you to solve the problem at earliest

                                      I am nishant, one of your old customer. My contact number is this [protected] which i have permanently disconnected. Because i had found fraud case from your idea team member done. I got the call from your idea team for new connection but clearly, i said that i do not want any new connection. But i want to check/test your idea network because i am facing network problem in all location. So, i want to check your network and then i will port my sim in your idea sim. She was ready for my terms and condition.
                                      I got call from ms. Rupali ([protected]) said ok you can get idea sim for testing. When i got the sim after then she stopped to attend the call, her colleague attended my called she is name ms. Vaishali. When i shared my problem with her. She said she will confirm with her senior then she will call me, but i did not get any call from her side. Next day i called her, but she also stopped to attend the call. One day i had called her, and she gave phone to her head to speak that time once again i shared my problem with her she started shouting. Why are you calling again and again? We have a lot of work. She did not ready to listen. She is undisciplined, rudy, disruptive person that kind of people working in your company. How she spoke with customer. Who does not know how to speak with customer. First of all, she’s colleague shared wrong information to customer then head is speaking annoyingly with customer. I never spoke rudely and abused but she spoke undisciplined manner. So please take action on that lady. I am really disappointed with your services. If you required further information.

                                        Hello sir or mam, my self rachana pramod jadhav. I m live in pune. This years january i m getting call from idea dsa for nirvana plan i m listen the plan and getting intersted to port my uninor number to idea its a [protected].

                                        After kyc formalyties my number is port and i m happy. But after a week i m getting another call from idea the women is calling poonam or pallavi i cant remember her name right now, she ask me i m win a golden number from idea its under in nirvana plan.

                                        This plan is in charges off 162 rs. Bcoz i"ll port my number uninor to idea and under this plan i m getting a 25 gb data for a three months and incoming /outgoing/roming is free for a three months for me. After three months i cant used this number but i[censored] want to continue this number u just send a request n u r continue ths number.

                                        That time i want a ideas another number so i sayed yes for this plan. Then she send a guy for a kyc formalyties whos name is sohel. This guy collect my documents and after kyc i m using the golden number [protected] from idea.

                                        But after i m using that number i got a 699s bill so thats why i m call that girls number is [protected] i getting a a information is this number is not in services. When i got my golden number i m also call this number after geting my numbers information bcoz after kyc formalytis i got mail from idea the plan is nirvana plan and its charges is 399 so thats why i m call that girl but after three days the number is not in service?

                                        Now i realise the call is fake call and that girl is misseling with me i dont know how i m become a verry verry stupide from u r company. Yesterday and today i got a call from idea for my bill payment and that another girl is ask me i[censored] want to continue my both number i m geting discount from idea. Now they r send me 1289 rs bill of both number.

                                        Ofcourse i pay my [protected]s bill but i cant pay my [protected] this numbers bill pay by that girl who is miss seling with me or that dsa who is suport that girl bcoz most offely time the dsas tl/tm is involved in this miss seling

                                        I dont know u r intersted my complaint or not but if your company involved that all things i also complaint in conusmer dept. Plz chek that girl and recover my bill from her bcoz i cant pay that bill

                                        If i m using a wrong word i m extermly sorry.
