BALANCE DEDUCTION BY IDEA (MOBILE NUMBER [protected]) Respected Sir, I want to inform you that I am new customer of IDEA of mobile number [protected], I get 82 rupees and 50 MB internet when I buy the SIM. But when I use internet then 60 RUPEES deducted from my main balance on 21 September 2014. This deduction is wrong because I checked my internet balance after deduction then it is still some MB left. Then I call to customer care they told me that THIS CHARGE IS DEDUCTED BECAUSE you use INTERNET, then I explain the full case but still that he was not refund that. And saying that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND” which irritates me but still that I didn’t lose my temperament. Now, I kindly requested you to please solve this complain, take action against him and told him to refund my balance. I am highly THANKFUL to you. THANKS.       My prepaid Idea number is [protected]. An amount of Rs. 6/- has been deducted from my balance on 17.9.14 and Rs. 6/- on 18.9.14 forcefully. Three SMS has been sent to my mobile from no. 55517 for which Rs. 9/- has been deducted. IT PROVES THAT AMOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED BY IDEA FOR INCOMING SMS. One call has been made by the Idea network on 14400001 for which Rs. 3/- has been charged from my account.

        I have been with Idea for a while now. Phone Number: [protected], Name: Srikaran. I am on the Idea 3G Champion 499 plan, revised to 525 from last month. Part of the plan is 1 GB of free 3G Internet. My billing cycle is from the 19th to the 18th. On 2nd Sep, I realized that I have exhausted my 1 GB free usage and for the remaining month, I wanted extra data. So, I placed an online request to activate the 3G Pack for 600 MB for 200 rupees assuming that I can use that until the 18th and should suffice. I got the bill this morning and was shocked to see the amount. I called up customer service to find why I was charged extra and was even more shocked with what I found out. Apprently since I placed a request for extra 600 MB, my free internet usage of 1 GB (part of my plan) was removed and I only had 600 MB for the last month and that too the 600 MB was prorated from the 2nd to the 18th and I am now charged for all the extra usage. I was also told that since new pack is activated, I lose the 1 GB free usage and still have to pay the 525 plan amount and wil be charged 200 extra for the 600 MB pack that was activated. I asked the customer service executive to remove that pack right away and put me back on the 1 GB free as part of my plan and he said he could not take the request and can't help. This is complete cheating on part of Idea and I honestly never expected this from a company that boasts of a great pedigree. Please resolve my bill issue right away. I should only be charged my plan amount + the roaming charges + the 200 extra for the 600 MB pack. Also remove the extra pack added as I only needed it for the last month due to usage and put me back on my original plan that has the 1GB free usage. I also wanted Call conference activated and the customer service cannot handle it and I have to now run to the Idea showroom to handle it, which is completely nonsense if you think about it, I placed two requests for this already online and they have just been closed blindly without doing anything about it. Too many complaints already and hope all of them get resolved right away.

        I tried reaching the customer service again on 198 to complain about this just now and was pleasantly surprised that the customer service executive thought that it was a waste of her valuable time and put me on hold for a min and then promptly disconnected the call. I am now not sure if this us Customer Service / Support that is being provided or just a way to keep fooling the customers.

          It is to bring in your knowledge that I(RAMAN KR.GUPTA) has surrendered the two postpaid connenctions of the aforesaid company but I had not got my security deposit money for Rs.1000/=(one thousand), Rs.500/=each paid for connections nos. [protected] & [protected] at the time of taking connection on dated 17/07/2012 vide receipt nos. 113495 & 113496. Also for the above matter I had visited several times to the above companies reg. office located in Varanasi, Sigra, Below SBI BANK, FATHMAN Road, but not got the proper reply and I had also E-mailed to "[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com" on dated 13/09/2014 for the above matter but not received any reply till date, So I, once again request you to kindly acknowledge the aforesaid matter and refund my aforesaid deposit without delaying more. Jab ki mainey koi service nahi lagai hai aur coustomer care par baat karne par unka ek hi reply hota hai ki hamare yaha se koi service activate nahi hui aur jab ki mainey koi service activate nahi ki hai last time idea se phone aaya tha ki aagey se aap ko koi problam nahi hogi phir is baar yeh service activate kar di gai hai mere mobile par yadi mere problam ka aap hal nahi kartey hai to mujhe majburan consumer court main jaba padeda mujhe yakeen hai ki aap mujhe positive response dengey aur meri mail ka reply karnegey main aap ke reply ka 3 din wait kar raha hu yadi santosh janak answer nahi mila to main consumer court main case dal dunga.Aur court ka sara expensess Idea company ko pay karna hoga.                 My Idea no. is [protected]. On 18.9.2014 an amount of Rs. 10/- has been deducted from my prepaid balance, I contact with your customer center on 198 at 21.42 hrs of 18.9.2014 he stated that there is a technical fault and it will take 4 hrs. to give me the reason to deduct the amount. Therefore I sent an e-mail on ccare.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com at about 21.00 hrs of 18.9.2014 but no reply has been received. Today after again contact with customer center it was told to me that 3 SMS has been done from my mobile. At the time of checking the outbox it was found that 3 SMS were received in "inbox" of my mobile. There is no SMS in "outbox" or "draft". It is therefore requested that my amount may be refunded immediately.

                Your reply is far away from the truth. I have made a representation to the appellate authority today, wherein I have clarified all the details. There is no SMS and outgoing calls in the record of my mobile. You have to refund my Rs. 12/- immediately.

Respected Sir, In reference to above subject I want to submit here as under. 1).That I was having corporate mobile no:-[protected] of Idea Network 2).That I use this number near about one year and paid all bills in time. 3).That my credit limit given by idea mobile was Rs 1300. 4).That this is the rule of the company when ever the credit limit is over Rs 1300.They have to barred the mobile number. But this is on record they have not done it. But the company charged Rs 7700 for 3 months. 5).That as per credit limit of 1300 per month I deposit Rs =3500 for three months. 6).That I was called on dated :-16/09/2014 From mobile no:- [protected], [protected] by Idea recovery Department that we want to serve you Legal notice for balance Rs 4200.and on Dated:-18/09/2014 I was abused by some lady from Idea Recovery Department and At the same time she abused and use rubbish language against me on the numbers which I daily use to call to my friends and relatives mobile numbers are ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].                       I had a pre paid Idea sim card for the last 3 years . The Idea company customer care pressurised me gave me and post paid card. I was paying very high bills on the same. Hence I want to convert to pre paid. For which I had to spend a lot and visit the Show room n number of times. Which is about 15 km from my residence. I was asked to give the ID proof. I have given by mistake my old residence proof. I donot know that when I already having the same no for the past 3 years and the Post pay Bill were sent to my residence.                           Hi, I am using idea service on my KTK number for past two years, on 1st august I called up customer care to activate the 3G pack of 300 MB and 100 rs. I already have 299 Rs Post paid plan on my number. on 12th of august I de-activated the data pack as didn't want that anymore, it was activated intentionally for a week only as I had to travel out.but when on 1st September when I got the bill I was surprised or I would say I was completely shocked to see 1388 rs, when I saw bill details then I found something strange in that there were 38 rs were charged for 100 Rs pack and 753 rs were charged extra for data usage. I immediately called customer case to get the understanding of bill criteria then something new comes up CALLED PRODATA USAGE and representatives from Idea were trying to convince by saying ONE HAND WE ARE SAVING YOUR 60 RS FROM DATAPACK. I literally wanted to abuse, they fool guys are not understanding who will going to pay 750 Rs additional if he has to save 60 rs, after that I have approached in past two weeks I guess 10-15 times to get the things resolved, I spoke with Team lead, floor coordinator every one keep on saying will call you back in 24 hours, till today hardly I got one call or two on that even they are saying it will take more time, but daily I am getting 2-3 calls, messages, email to pay the bill, it seems tomorrow or day after tomorrow my out going calls will be blocked.apart from that I would like to mention Customer care is completely not supportive.Now why should I pay the bill without resolution.I am completely fed up of these things and feeling like in once I should change my all idea numbers personal & home to some other network provider.                           I was an Idea customer and had faced similar issues and changed my number and opted another network. Idea is a company full of crooks. Specially the customer care people they keep on lying on your face bloody mother [censored]ers the moment you ask for explanations they will not respond but at the moment they know that your bill is pending you will receive full attention from them. Suggest you to change the network or they will keep doing the same.
                          Hi, I am using idea service on my KTK number for past two years, on 1st august I called up customer care to activate the 3G pack of 300 MB and 100 rs. I already have 299 Rs Post paid plan on my number. on 12th of august I de-activated the data pack as didn't want that anymore, it was activated intentionally for a week only as I had to travel out.but when on 1st September when I got the bill I was surprised or I would say I was completely shocked to see 1388 rs, when I saw bill details then I found something strange in that there were 38 rs were charged for 100 Rs pack and 753 rs were charged extra for data usage. I immediately called customer case to get the understanding of bill criteria then something new comes up CALLED PRODATA USAGE and representatives from Idea were trying to convince by saying ONE HAND WE ARE SAVING YOUR 60 RS FROM DATAPACK. I literally wanted to abuse, they fool guys are not understanding who will going to pay 750 Rs additional if he has to save 60 rs, after that I have approached in past two weeks I guess 10-15 times to get the things resolved, I spoke with Team lead, floor coordinator every one keep on saying will call you back in 24 hours, till today hardly I got one call or two on that even they are saying it will take more time, but daily I am getting 2-3 calls, messages, email to pay the bill, it seems tomorrow or day after tomorrow my out going calls will be blocked.apart from that I would like to mention Customer care is completely not supportive.Now why should I pay the bill without resolution.I am completely fed up of these things and feeling like in once I should change my all idea numbers personal & home to some other network provider. But I am NOT going to pay the bill until I get the satisfactory resolution. Thanks Manish ([protected])

                          of liars, goons and crooks. The customer service of Idea cellular is worst in India it seems changing your network from Idea

                          only can change your life as life sucks with Idea. You will never get any response from Idea customer service agents as they are

                          dumbest person but the moment your bill is pending these dumb people get active and keep on calling you like you are the

                          only living person on the planet. These people keep on threatening you to pay the bill and harass you like anything. My

                          suggestion will be to switch to another network.

                          After waiting for so long I didn't get any response from your end, but today I got around 10-15 calls to pay the bills, my outgoing calls messages has been barred. But of that strange thing is that in Idea database automatically updated that I am ready to pay the bill, i don't know how?

                          Such a poor, very poor service was not expected at all. Reference which you sent i got the closure mail of it within few our without having any call with me.

                          In the last I am feeling like I lost and you win because I cant handle these things anymore.

                          As per today's conversation Customer rep. Again promised me that tomorrow I will the resolution, let see what happens tomorrow.

                          Thanks to (floor supervisor) and (lead) to keep on promising that you will call me back in 24hrs(2 weeks before), 48 hrs(last week) till today i am waiting that you will call me back with a positive resolution because calling on customer care and leaving a message for you and setting up a call back with you Guyz was not successfull.

                          If you can share kindly share the escalation matrix positively, I would like to escalate it next level as well.it's been 22 days today every day same thing I can't tolerate.

Yadhav from Delhi stating that he is from consumer court department request me to come to Delhi court on 09/19/2014. When I asked him about the reason why he said that, "Dilip, You used a Idea Cellular Limited post paid service (+91 [protected] )where the outstanding amount of Rs.997 was not paid". He asked me whether I got any notice regarding the service. I told him no. Later, I told him that it does not matter whether I used it no but what is the proof that Idea services followed up me on this? He said he will check & call back. Please find the Idea number as : +91 [protected] My complaint is, How can Idea Cellular Limited can file a case until there was no follow up or how come they can proceed further without prior information to customer? Why did Idea Cellular Limited did not send me any intimation on this through email or telephone or any soft copy? More over what were the Idea cellular Limited doing for these many years when the payment was not done? I request the consumer court to check this one & do the needful.                             This update is all about an regarding the follow up done on this case. Initially there was a girl called me from Idea& stated she is from head office & yesterday there was a guy who named as Vineth from head office. The guy was so rude & stated that he cannot spend more time & more man power to get the details for the number which has been used more than 4 years. I asked him to call me by tomorrow but, his reply was that ” Sorry sir, I don’t have any more reason to call you if you need any help please call on this number”. I never expected this kind of a service provided. I need some superior to call me on the time mentioned on the previous filed case & resolved it ASAP. This is absolutely ridiculous.

                            Am tired of talking to you people, there is no one to tell me what was the reason for the follow up not done on this case when the payment was not done. I need a complete history about the number & come out with a best solution for me to do and i need a big wavier on this just because of the ridiculous speech & service given by Vineth from Idea who spoke to me yesterday regarding the problem which I was facing. Please find the number where he called from +91 [protected].He said its shift mobile number. If there was not necessary actions taken by the Idea against Vineth, Am going to file another case against Vineth regarding the sarcastic answers given by him. This conversation will be considered as failed to provide the necessary details regarding the problem I was facing. If there is no proper follow up done anymore on the time I have mentioned. Then I will be filing a case against Idea Cellular Limited Vineth with the call recording voice clips & sending a copy to Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Hon'ble Minister Department of Telecom.

                              Hello Sir, Cell No - [protected]. I've sent emails to customer care to close my no in May/June - 14. Number was discontinued. But after 2 months in Jul, i received threatening call saying that I have to appear in court as i didnt paid bills for June/Jul...bill amount Rs 1920. I rushed to Idea center, submitted a request to close my number with ID proof and paid bill (TR-MH[protected] on 23rd Jul 14. Now on 18, Sep 14, I'm again receiving calls to pay outstanding amount. This is going cyclic. Now I dont have any options other than raising my voice to you. Please guide. Next option for me would be media or consumer court. Regards, Ashish Khade

                              Hello Sir, My contact no is - [protected].I have received disconnection confirmation on 16 Sep, 2014 with Communication Id C1-[protected].Again I received a bill of Rs. 1495 on 21 Sept, 2014. Bills are getting generated, even after request submission was done on 23 July, 2014. I'm still receiving threatening calls from idea legal department to pay outstanding amount else they would apply fine of more than 10 thousand rupees which needs to paid in court.Last call received was on 19th Oct 2014 from number - [protected] at 2.24pm.Customer care center informed me that there is no outstanding amount on me and number is discontinued. I'm getting this status from Idea center as well where I had put my closure request (S. B. Communication Rahatni, Pune). But I don't understand the reason for getting bills generated every month since then.I'm suffering from mental depression and is under stress. Please advise and do the needful as soon as possible.                               Hello Team, I received a call from [protected] to pay my bill and used threatening language to pay bill. I have all the email sent for bill discrepancies on my number [protected], but no reply as there were additional charges. I have been using this number for 5 - 6 years and why would I not want to pay bill. Please correct my Sept bill and my loss over the disconnection then i will pay the rest. But please do not threaten then i will have to do police complain.

                                Dear Sir, I have lodged several complaints on customer care desk ID CI-[protected] and mobikwik asoka regarding my payment for mobile no-[protected] on 4/9/2014 through my HDFC credit card against their payment authorisation ID 050059. But intead of getting the payment from Mobikwik, Idea has disconnected my out going facility and sent bill for subsiquent month with all charges.I am not going to pay this bill because i lost my business due to out going facility disconnected by Idea even though payment made by my side on 4/9/2014. I am visiting to Idea Gallery at Airoli for lodging the complaint but they are not ready to etertain with me. Once agian requesting you please look into my payment and start my out going facility. I did recharge on 1st sept for 103 to get 300mb and as i wanted more data. I recharge with 25 to get data balance but idea made my previous pack balance as zero. I called customer care but it was useles.. I talked to team leader but he was fool. They are giving advt of NO ULLU BANAO but they are cheating me. They said i[censored] recharge with data balance previous balance will be zero.but they have not informed me in advance . How i assume that by simple top up. They will make my balance zero/?? I wrote email but they too useles as i heard apology on day light cheating.

                                        Theses people has called me nearly 30- 50 times asking me to port my number to Idea from 3- 4 different executives, after all that I have sent twice the document still they had a problem then finally I resent all the matter spoken to concern person twice then atlast people for verification has come and now I havnt recieved the sim yet. My port time has expired too.. They have wasted my valuable time and I need a justification.
