Idea Cellular — Recharge not done and money is not refunded | |||||
I had done an Online Recharge of Rs. 120/- done on 16th Nov 2015 for my mobile no [protected] through my debit card. The funds were debited from my bank a/c but the recharge did not reflect in my mobile a/c. The transaction id is EICD[protected] (Copy attached). I have called the call center twice and was assured that the money would be credited to my bank a/c in 3 working days. I have send 2 emails id which remain unanswered. If i do not get my money back in next 3 days i am going to sue idea cellular for harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have alrady written to the above email ids but did not receive any response. No one from idea has even tried to contact me. Refund my money back or get ready for action from TRAI.
I had done an Online Recharge of Rs. 101/- done on 1st July 2017 for my mobile no [protected] through net banking. The funds were debited from my bank a/c but the recharge did not reflect in my mobile a/c. The transaction id is 532380 .every time i called the call centre the phone is enaged.
Kindly send the money back or do the recharge as soon as possible.
