8 days back I ported my number from Aircel to Idea. I opted for Idea because in my hostel idea connectivity is nicer than any other service provider.
But now I'm in a very deep situation. The ported number is my most important number and anywhere and everywhere this number only there.

But now it's not getting activated and I'm missing most important things. From 2-3 days I'm trying to call 59095 but it's not connecting. Please activate the number as fast as possible. Now I'm regretting porting to Idea. My friend ported to Voda and within 5 days it got activated.

But I can't even call to 59095. It's not even getting connected. My ported number is [protected]. Kindly mail me at [protected]@gmail.com for contact.

      On 28th february 2018 i had recharged my idea cellular number ([protected] prepaid connection) with amount of rs.199 (Data pack offering 1.4 gb per day for 28 days) using the official website of idea cellular. I had made the payment through the mode of internet banking but the transaction got failed and the amount was deducted from my bank account (Sbi engineering college branch lucknow). So i contacted customer care of idea cellular but they told me that there was no transaction history on mobile number ([protected] reference id [protected]) so i contacted sbi and they gave me ticket number ([protected]) and on 6th march 2018 they resolved and settled the payment of rs.199 (Bank reference id igaczvrjn1). So i again contacted customer care of idea cellular but they have given me an unsatisfactory response. Kindly take a action in this matter. Thank you i have enclosed screenshot regarding the problem.

      My mobile no. Is [protected]. Today, 73 Rs has been deducted from my account saying Thanks for downloading animation nazara. I haven't downloaded anything. I called customer care and they said it will be some ad and I have clicked. I haven't click anything. I know its often with idea deducting from customers for this stupid nazara lie. Need refund!

        I have ported my sim from idea to airtel as i not liking the services. At the time of transfer i have paid my all outstanding bills.

        I have received a call from idea where a lady was misbehaving and using bad languages and slangs.

        Adding to it she gave almost 20 calls even when i explained her everything.

          . I have mentioned many times to the higher authorities of idea about this. Yesterday one network officer visited my home. He only note the signal strength and quality. Nothing to be done for improving the signal. I think he was trying to fool me. I thought that the officer will do something in tower and it will improve the signal strength. But i am cheated and very disappointed sir. I have cheated many times sir. I have no use.. Unable to use in indoor. The nearest tower located only 600meters from my home. I kindly request you sir if possible please help me.

            I requested bill plan change from 499 to 149 around 5 months back. I submitted the application and responded to verification of idea cellular. But idea team has not changed my plan. 2 months back i again contacted them for bill plan change and they assured that bill plan will be changed immediately. Till now bill plan is not changed and they are charging me 499+tax per month. Due to higher bills, i did not pay the bill and idea cellular has barred my number even though its their problem. When i called customer care, even they were unable to do anything and they asked me to email my problem. Ridiculous service from idea.

              Respected sir/m'am,

              Myself murtuza tajir and i am holding a icici coral credit card. On mar 7th 2018 i received a call from [protected] and they claimed that they are calling from payback. They told me that i am entitled for rs. 9500 cashback as my reward points have expired. They had all details of my credit card including the cvv number and insisted me that i should undergo the process where they will do 4 transaction and on successful completion i will get the refund back as well as the cashback of rs. 9500. After the 3 successful transaction, they were not able to do the fourth one and started asking for other credit card details.

              Which is where i felt that there is something fishy here and i parallely called icici customer care from another number and they confirmed that this is a fraud call. I immediately blocked my card and raised a complain to cyber police.

              Please help and resolve this dispute asap as i am in no position to make this payment. Icici bank is forcing me to make the payments.

                I converted my no from 3G to 4G. From that time onwards I'm not able to receive sms from any network. My device supports 4G. My another Sim which is 4G works perfectly. Please help me to solve my problem as early as possible. It's linked with my online transactions. So resolve this problem as early as possible.

                  Thank you for downloading animation from nazara.

                  What should i do to get it back and to know what is the real reason for this.
                  I have not downloaded any sort of file related to nazara in my phone. What the hell is wrong with idea to get me paid for a service i have not used

                    Please update my sim status.
                    its still deactivated but as per following TRAI regulatory guidelines, please find my comments[protected]
                    (i) The mobile connections of prepaid consumers shall not be deactivated for any period of non-usage less than 90 days;
                    [protected]"Sim deactivated within 25 to 30 days without any notice"

                    (ii) For the purpose o[censored]sage, a voice call/ video call (incoming or outgoing) or an outgoing SMS or a data usage or usage of Value Added Services, or payment of rental (in case of post paid connection) etc. shall definitely fall in the scope of activity, the service provider may prescribe any other activity as well;
                    [protected][protected]"I have sent international msg on 10 feb and its deducted 25rs from idea providers "

                    (iii) There shall be no deactivation if the balance in prepaid consumer account is
                    Rs.20/- or more;
                    [protected][protected]"more than 100rs balance present in sim"

                    (iv) An ‘Automatic Number Retention Scheme’ shall be implemented for prepaid
                    consumers on payment of reasonable charges;

                    Please update current status and activate my sim number as soon as possible.

                      My idea plan is : ultimate_349_2017_4ghs (Post paid). I supposed to get around 425 final bill after adding gst. I am not availing any other vas other then hello tune. But these idea folks are adding some hidden changes on top of my final bill which is 425 rs. I started enquire why these hidden charges, and these cheaters (Idea folks) are responding like there are some vas services are enabled to me though i have not requested to enable such services other then hello tune. When i give justification to these hidden charges then they given some wavier, and after some time they started charging the hidden charges. But i started paying only 425 rs only though bill added with 100 rs to 200 rs hidden charges. After that idea folks are started calling to make full payment, and i keep explaining them i have not going to pay as i have requested any other vas services. But still they keep adding extra charges.

                      Hi Lavina, my idea number is : [protected] only. if you are trying to call this number during 7 PM to 10 PM this number would be not reachable due to very bad idea network in my home.

                      You are telling me that my idea number [protected] is not reflecting me though I actively using it, and paying monthly bill along with your hidden charges. So, WHAT A JOKE na, you are telling this number is not reflecting. In that case, can you return my bill payment money which am paying to you since last 3 years on monthly basis. ( i mean, if my number is not reflating why the SIM is active and why the bill are coming to me every month 24th ).

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        For the past three years i'm using your net work. Swapped from other network to yours but my account from the beginning says it's corporate i didn't mind though as my bill payment was done automatically from my account. Recently for four months in paying it through idea outlet. When enquired about details personnel said it's a corporate account and it could not be changed until a noc is provided, i could not provide a noc as i didn't submit any official documents but your system says though i want to continue with idea but as prepaid so please do the necessary asap.

                          I received a bill from idea claiming i have to pay 1111.86/- rs!!!
                          I am in the plan 349rs / month in the bill!!! They wrongly overcharged me for the excess usage of data though i have no such data usage and cut off the data well before the limit.

                          Ultimately they charged rs. 1861.00/- from me that includes late fee charges.

                          First the bill is wrongly overcharged and then that includes late fee too and without any warning they claim to take the matter to court.

                          Every time i ask this question to extremely uneducated (I mean people who know nothing absolutely clueless) idea representative they failed to come up with sensible reason.

                          I have got various such calls asking me to pay the bill in the name of lawyer!!!

                          Further, i got a call from a man claiming lawyer from idea!!! Threatened me to put me to jail and also got a call from lady claiming that she is from delhi lok aadalat.

                          Idea think they can get away with frauds by mere threatening and hiding behind anonymous mask.

                            I am writing this to inform you that i am not using my idea postpaid sim since from last 6 months but then alsi i m getting bill. Stop sending msseges for bill payment, you please kindly check the problem otherwise i am ready to deactivate the number. If i have not used it i will not pay for it.

                            That sim is in off mode from last 6 months kindly please check ur records we are not using the sim, so please it's a request stop sending bills, i[censored] have any proof that we are using the sim send it mail me I need response.
                            Such a disappointment from your side.

                            I have never downloaded anything of that sort nor do i know what nazara is.

                            Please refund my balance of 100rs.

                                The following type of message is being displayed on the screen of my mobile very frequently (Every minute) for the past 3 months.
                                Dial *150*49# to get gb 3g/4g for 2 days at just rs.49. You are currently using internet at default rate of rs. 4/mb.

                                This is causing lot of inconvenience to me.

                                Moreover the following sms message is received by me on 10. Mar.2018:

                                Chrg:, main_cost rs 4.440, dur:185 sec, bal_left:, main rs 250.582.

                                I have not used the mobile either for calls or sending message or mobile data services. But rs.4.440 is charged. This is not correct.
                                I have informed the above to the idea customer care at hyderabad and shown to idea customer care center at eluru but no use. They could not resolve the issue.
                                Therefore it is requested that not to send such type of message/s and not to charge me for no fault on my part.

                                I already followed the suggested solution to stop / block the idea flash messages but of no use and the problem is continuing. What is the reason? Really it is causing lot of irritation. Why you are unable to control this at your Server level? I want real and practical solution to the problem and not your evading replies.

                                  I got a message last night that thank you for downloading animation from nazara. But i never download animation ever on my mobile and my balance deducted. As i don't have enough time to call customer care and sit in the queue for my turn and explain my query to the customer care executive.

                                    I have recharged no [protected] with rs 509. Money is deducted from my account but phone is still not recharged. Please look into the issue on urgent basis. It is very unprofessional that you are deducting money from persons account but not recharging the phone. Your customer care no says you dialled wrong number when i select the option for chat with representative. This is happening for last 1 week

                                        I mr. Navnath chandgude. I am using the idea prepaid service on [protected] number. Previously the same number was vodafone post paid network and i pay the all bill then i am port the number in idea in 03 december 2017.
                                        From december 2017 onwards it is working in idea service. But 28 february onwards they hold the my incoming & out going service.
                                        Daily i visited to idea gallary from 01 march onwards but problem not yet solved. I had already provided the last paid bill of vodafone receipt along no dues of payment stamp.
