[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — related to my plan

Dear sir/mam Myself Pradeep Kumar and my idea no is [protected] I m using the idea service since 8 years and very old customer of idea but from the last month i decided to port out from the idea service provider immediately because idea has changed my plan without any information i was using the champ175 plan from last 1 year but suddenly they change my plan into 225 rs pm then i call the customer care for this issue they said sir m giving u the best plan of rs 199/- in this plan u can use 600 local and national minutes free but when i called the national calls they generate my charges then again i called to customer care for this issue they said sir in this plan only local calls free not national this type of wrong commitment has fed up me. So kindly request you please resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise release my no for port out immediately or give my existing plan 175 champ as soon as possible.
