Sir I make wrong recharge of 199 on idea no. [protected] and I want to cancel this recharge which is done on Paytm app so please help me... my paytm wallet no is [protected]. So help me as early as possible.

      I wish to complain about my idea sim with mobile no. [protected] and sim no :[protected]h3 that i purchased on april 2017.
      Past 20 days likely from 2nd april, idea network has been disabled for my number. I also contact to customer care but not getting any response due to corona pandemic my all essential works (Bank, office, emis payment) are pending due to this.
      Please resolve this issue as soon as possible, if you need anything please let me know or contact to me below alternate number.

        Sir i am using idea postpaid number [protected] with a nirwana plan.
        I got free amazon prime membership from april '18 to march '19.
        I had put down the auto renew option still i was charged Rs. 999 for amazon prime subscription in my bill dated 1apr 2020. I cancelled the membership of amazon prime on 26th march. Still i was charged with the renewal amount.
        Plz refund back my money or adjust in the bill.
        However after renewal too, i was not able to avail the services of prime membership so
        Plz do the needful as soon as possible.

          On 19/04/2020 i recharged for Rs.249 pack through My Idea app. The money was deducted from the bank but later i got a message saying that the payment was failed and asked me to retry so i recharged again and the amount was dedicated again but the recharge isn't reflected on my account and the amount hasn't been returned to the bank either. Now i lost Rs 498 in total for nothing.

            I am not getting any signal on my idea number from last 4 weeks, not able to make call and use internet. I complained through emails, through chat on my idea app and also contacted customer executives through calll but no resolution so far.
            It's complete blackout for my sim to make calls and use data. No proper response from the customer support.
            Also when i send port message to port to other network, i am always getting invalid upc request error.

              My idea sim no is recharge with unlimited pack. Till yesterday i was able to place calls but it was getting disconnected. But today 21.04.2020 while making a call i'm receiving a msg saying "your idea number is temporarily withdrawn"
              In this lockdown it's highly difficult to survive without cellular communication. Also i m having minimum balance of more than rs 20 + unlimited pack of rs 129. Without any pre-warning temporarily disconnecting any sim card is highly disappointing. Please help me with getting over this asap.

                I don’t have any service on my idea postpaid sim - [protected] for more than 2 weeks, and then I receive a bill which I won’t be paying, please fix my issue asap.

                Because of the lockdown I can’t even visit a Idea store.

                  I got message from 51998 number. One message charge 8 rupees on my number so many times. I am not interested your service. So deactivate service in my number ([protected]). It is happened so many times... &Today dtd.20.4.2020 also

                  So many Times I Send Messege As STOP SMS To 593350 By Service Provider Suggestion.. But Still That Messeges And Service Or Not Stopped From 51998...!

                  Immideatly Stop That Service & Deactivate That Service From 51998...!

                  Otherwise will opt for other service provider Or I Will Approach Consumaer Forum

                    I did the 129 ₹ recharged mo.no.
                    [protected] via phone pay app on dated 19april at.02.07 pm.
                    Transaction ID. N[protected] amount debited from my account but still recharge not done. What is the problem..., If recharge not successful then amount will be credited in my account by the idea cellular ltd.

                        I did Recharge of 399 on My Idea App... Money got deducted from my bank account but Recharge isn't showing up in Account and Recharge history isn't reflecting the Recharge either... I tried Customer Care Several times but my call is declined every time... It's been more than 17 hours and there's still no update regarding Recharge Faliure... I also tried emailing them but the email also bounced off every time saying the company's e-mail box is full so they can't take anymore e-mail

                          I recharged using the my idea app and for payment within i used google pay. I recieved the message that the amount it deducted and the transcation was complete yet my recharge wasn't done. I am highly disappointed as i needed a recharge urgently. I used your customer care numbers are well but they were of no use. I payed the amount of 349 (399 pack with coupon of rs. 50) for my mobile number.
                          The transcation was done on 20th april at 1:10am and ref no ref no[protected]

                                In my mother's phone unnecessary hindi joke at rs 3.
                                We didn't need anything like this and we don't activate anything.
                                Why are you doing this nonsense in this quarantine time.
                                There is no recharge shops
                                And your thefting my money.
                                Idea the thief network.
                                Refund my amount.
                                No matter how much it is.
                                The matter is it's a crime especially in quarantine time..

                                  I've called customer care executive and he's talking roodly like he don't care what i'm trying to explain him about my complaint i said i am having problems with my sim card if i call someone idea is forwarding my call to another offers portal and he just told me idea is not doing that i don't know i said what are you trying to say that i am lying and he said i don't know i've asked much questions and he's answer is only i don't know so i want only info. How can i port my sim card to another company and does it affects on my running unlimited plan

                                    Hello team,

                                    My sim [protected] is from maharashtra, my sim card shows "no service".
                                    I tried all these things
                                    1. Manual select network
                                    2. Two to three times restart the phone
                                    3. Pull sim out and place it again
                                    4. Tried to insert sim to brother's device, still it is not showing any network.

                                    But same result is there.
                                    Please help me to sort out this.
                                    As i have only one sim with me so i couldn't call to anyone.

                                      I am using this number since 2010. Many times i have request you to kindly improve your network quaily and sorry to say that till date it has"nt improve.

                                      Next complaint is about the monthly charges... I have choosen a plan rs.150/ p. M but since two three months it has been increased without my concern.

                                      Pls.. Rectify the bill and then i will make the payment.
                                      I have tried your customer care number many times but unable to contact.
