Idea signal fully irritate me in lockdown time...only 3g is available to my sim...my mom also use idea sim.she has a 4g speed but my network gets the 3g...plzzz check the problem its fully irritate to me ...plzz check in today .. other wise I change to another sim...plzzz check the problem as soon as possible...

My sim card is showing no service from last 2 days. In this lockdown period it is pretty difficult for me to survive without sim as i am living alone and i have only sim i.e. idea.([protected])

Please resolve this query ASAP...

Sir mai idea sim user hun lagbhag 4 saal se maine 6/4/2020 ko 399 ka recharge karwaya tha lekin 15 20 din se network me bahut jyda prblm aw na to call teek se lgg rahe hai or na hi internet use kr pa raha hu 3 baar complain krke k baad bhi koi action nhi liya gaya hai ager koi hal nhi ho skta to muje mere paise vapis divaye jaye apki bahut bahut dhanwadi rahuga

Now a days, operators have been crediting talktime as secondary balance. Means if we don't use it before expiry of the pack, then entire balance would be wiped off.. Thats their new strategy to earn money.

How can they do that?

Earlier they had been deducted balance if we don't recharge after expiry. But now they are being stealing openly..

I have recharge online Amounted Rs 399 and 16 for my sister's mobile number :

[protected] from Net banking (HDFC bank) dated 24th April 2020

Money is deducted from my account but Recharge not done.(Today is 27th April 2020)...

1) Recharge Amount- 599
2) phone no- +91-[protected]
3] connection on name of- utkarsh sorte

This recharge is done on 27/4/2020 via IOB debit card and amount debited from my account and my number is not recharge. I am old idea customer...

I had free amazon prime subscription for 1 year according to my current plan. The subscription had an expiry date of 10 apr.
I sent a subscription cancellation sms on 9 apr and called idea customer care to let them know of the unsubscription as i did not want to renew it. I still got an sms on 10 apr stating that it has been renewed and that charges are applied to my next bill which will generate on 22 apr.

Hello, I recharged my idea no [protected] on 24th Apr 2020, it has successfully reflected, but when I'm trying to call, it is saying I don't have sufficient balance to make a call....

I have done recharge of rupee 49/-, but surprisingly as per recharge terms the balance of rupee 38/- have been crediting to secondary balance. It means the entire balance would be wiped off after sometime. This is mine hard earned money and How can they do that ?. So request you to raise the complain and reverse the my balance amount.

Kindly look in the matter and sort this out.

Hi team,
This is to complain against idea cellular for deducting the balance frequently for mobile number: [protected]. When ever any new recharge is done for this mobile number, all the balance gets exhausted without using anything. I simply get few messages from 53010 with content "you have been charged rs 10." this happens regularly when ever new recharge is done. Tried to contact customer care but never reaches to concerned person....
