I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx".
- Duduction date are following : 18/04/2020, 20/04/2020, 21/04/2020, 22/04/2020, 24/04/2020, 25/04/2020, 26/04/2020.
- Massage from "53010". deducted from this no. "[protected]"
- I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deducted my balance and I didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. It was happens 7 times before. So I called the idea customer care 29/04/2020, and they said that, "I couldn't seen the details in between lockdown because I operating calls from home. You had purchased the game." But I didn't purchased any game. I also check my VAS service hadn't activated. I am using basic keypad phone. No chance of activated through internet.
