Rs-85 was deducted from my main balance

    I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx".
    - Duduction date are following : 18/04/2020, 20/04/2020, 21/04/2020, 22/04/2020, 24/04/2020, 25/04/2020, 26/04/2020.
    - Massage from "53010". deducted from this no. "[protected]"
    - I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deducted my balance and I didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. It was happens 7 times before. So I called the idea customer care 29/04/2020, and they said that, "I couldn't seen the details in between lockdown because I operating calls from home. You had purchased the game." But I didn't purchased any game. I also check my VAS service hadn't activated. I am using basic keypad phone. No chance of activated through internet.
    - My Mobile no is [protected]. Alternate No. [protected]. I want refund my deducted amount.

    I attached photos of all massages from "53010" with date.

        I sent port message to 1900 from my idea number using the format port space existing mobile number. Unable to get the upc number from idea. I talked to idea customer care also. They are simply not answering properly. No bills outstanding nor nothing is to be billed. What to do now?

        The situation is prevailing for the last many days. Iam unable to get a proper reply or solution. I also tried to call the customer care many times but not getting a proper reply. Some times says that it is s system error. But the customer cannot be penalised for the error of the service provider.

          Idea signal fully irritate me in lockdown time...only 3g is available to my sim...my mom also use idea sim.she has a 4g speed but my network gets the 3g...plzzz check the problem its fully irritate to me ...plzz check in today .. other wise I change to another sim...plzzz check the problem as soon as possible

              Sir mai idea sim user hun lagbhag 4 saal se maine 6/4/2020 ko 399 ka recharge karwaya tha lekin 15 20 din se network me bahut jyda prblm aw na to call teek se lgg rahe hai or na hi internet use kr pa raha hu 3 baar complain krke k baad bhi koi action nhi liya gaya hai ager koi hal nhi ho skta to muje mere paise vapis divaye jaye apki bahut bahut dhanwadi rahuga

                Balance getting credited as secondary balance instead of main balance and i cant use that money to do any other things also what if a guy cant do too much amount recharge like 249rs, 149rs etc per month there would be a cost effective method so give that cost effective method or quit your business serving people in most un ethical way. If your company is in debt you itself is the reason for that the simple thing to note is that you didnt try to serve people you are just doing your business if you have done it other way giving satisfication to customers even customers would have been in your part during this mess. Most people will only port to other sim because there is no hope in your company in giving cost effective methods, internet speed, coverage in anything your company is good others are good in even in some areas. Why your company was founded just to do businnes or serve people (Atleast for some part). Thanks

                So my suggestion is to change 49rs plans validity from 28days to 56 days or allow to use it for buying other packs like 1gb data etc deduct some amount from the balance and use it to extend validity again for 28days or so.

                        Dear sir,

                        My sim card is not showing any network for last 2 months
                        I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone

                          Now a days, operators have been crediting talktime as secondary balance. Means if we don't use it before expiry of the pack, then entire balance would be wiped off.. Thats their new strategy to earn money.

                          How can they do that?

                          Earlier they had been deducted balance if we don't recharge after expiry. But now they are being stealing openly..

                                I had free amazon prime subscription for 1 year according to my current plan. The subscription had an expiry date of 10 apr.
                                I sent a subscription cancellation sms on 9 apr and called idea customer care to let them know of the unsubscription as i did not want to renew it. I still got an sms on 10 apr stating that it has been renewed and that charges are applied to my next bill which will generate on 22 apr.
                                When i complained on 10 apr after receiving the renewal message, they said i need to wait till my bill is generated.
                                After my bill was generated, they said that i canceled it in the middle of the billing cycle and hence the charges are valid.

                                7 apr: i got an idea notification sms (Attached)
                                9 apr: i sent an sms to unsubscribe (Attached)
                                9 apr: i called customer service to unsubscribe - the agent informed me it will be done.
                                10 apr: i got idea notification sms that my subscription for amazon prime is renewed and that the charges will be added to my bill (Attached)
                                10 apr: i sent an email to customer service to dispute this incorrect renewal of the subscription (First email in this thread)
                                10 apr: i got a reply from customer service and asked me to wait till the bill generates. (My bill date is 22nd of every month)

                                The charges are incorrect as idea renewed the subscription despite of my request to cancel it.

                                      My prepaid idea sim is not working from 3 days. even I change the sim slots and phone also. When i call the customer care number it shows mobile network unavailable. I tried from other phone to 198, 12345 and customer service but there is no response from them. I have a online classes due to corona lockdown. Therefore I need internet connection. I reacharged a week ago. But the sim network shows into mark(×) from 3days and it is on no service. I tried other methods also like changing in settings and network connectivity but doesn't worked. I requested to the idea team and customer care. please help me how can i solve this and how can i get a network. I suffered very much. I hope u understand.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        This is with reference to the subject that my mobile phone number [protected], sim card is showing no service all of a sudden since today morning and a cross is displayed across the network tower in mobile screen. I have recharged the mobile number with the required amount to keep it active. 2 other idea numbers at my home are working perfectly also my mobile has two sim, one is idea and other one is vodafone, the vodafone number is working perfectly but the idea number is showing error and no service.
                                        I had removed the sim from the phone and had put in another mobile phone to check the issue but still the issue is persisting there too. I have done with the network selection in manual/ automatic mode but not working.
                                        I called up the idea customer care but i could not get a resolution. Now the issue is being
                                        Covid-19 lockdown, it is difficult to move out from home to nearby idea store.
                                        Kindly do the needful to check with the issue and oblige.
