Since idea is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"
After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit idea showroom. Showroom people saying that i have plan with discount so they discontinued that plan too but still not able to generate upc code. I am still getting same issue.
Now where do i go and what do i do in this lockdown and how do i get my number ported from idea to another network and how do i get my upc from idea company, i am fed up and disturbed by this type of poor behavior of idea company, their network and internet does not work at this location of mine: - (Plot number - e-50, upsidc industrial area, tajopur, mau, mau nath bhanjan 275101 near nrl petrol pump, ifci grain warehouse and badhua godown) and idea company are not even port my number to another network and i are not even my upc code. So, please you tell me now where do i go and what do i do in this lockdown and how do i get my number ported from idea to another network and how do i get my upc from idea company. Please help me as soon as possible on my this topic please
