Dear sir/madam, its a request from your respected idea user that the idea network which is a well-known network provider will be going to lose their customers as you are not providing service well. This is a complaint by each idea o[censored]sers. We are not getting good service in rural areas. There are many o[censored]s such users who are facing this problem. i wrote this msg behalf of my some family members. I hope you will help the needy.

We regret the inconvenience caused.this was message on 22 April still the refund has not been received to my account within 7 days. also i have been writing mails ever dae for help no response from customer care side.

I have told them that iam working in a paramilitary force and deployed mostly in remote area where idea network not upto the mark. I have told them this number is important for me as it is registered in my all important account. This number iam using since 2009 and purchased from delhi circle. This number is deactivated since dec 2019,. Can u help me.

This number stopped in the month of october 2019, they told me to come to delhi and visit the idea store, but i came to delhi on 21 march 2020 and subsequently lockdown happen. Hence it requested to solve my issue, please.

I have sim card of idea and airtel. Frequently i am facing a problem of network related. I already complaint to the idea as well as airtel but still i face this problems. Since 2 years i face problem i recharge every month for my number continue in use but my money waste company having profit my recharge i am not able to use you can check and take action.
Main problems are
Call drop
Late call connect
Net not working

Please kindly check my problems related to network and give me reply as early as possible

My idea sim card lost and due to some circumstances i cant able to reactivate it within the reactivation period given by the company
Few months later i reached to the nearest idea customer service center to get it reactivated and they said that 'the sim is inactivated because it was inactive for the last 120 days and we cant reactivate it back '

The sim is inactive now.
At the present date the sim is not reactivated to anyone else till now

So now i wanted to get the same mobile number which is previously registered with my name because it was very important to me

On 25th march 2020, I tried recharging from idea cellular of 599 rs the recharge was not done but the bank money was cut..
Despite of constantly emailing customer care no suitable solution was provided and the customer care kept sending the same message that transaction not shown inspite of sending the bank statement..
I am very disappointed with the service that you ll are providing, cheating people with their money

The ping is always high in online games, the download speeds are 2-3 mbps but ping is high in games. For playing PUBG, Free Fire the ping needs to be under 100ms. But it is always over 200ms. It is very difficult to play in high ping. It needs to be resolved

Very slow internet speed of idea 4g in my area

My idea no is [protected]. Even when I have sufficient balance and unlimited calling and data pack has done...sim says "your account is barred because you have no service" . Customer care number not responding calls .its very irritating pleas help me to sort this problem.

This is to inform you a major issue. This happened from october 2019.
Since my number was cut due to not using it, i went to an idea service center at trivandrum to reopen it. I went there to open a prepaid simcard, but the staffs at the idea service center insisted me to take postpaid connection... I told them many times i came here for prepaid but somehow they made me take the post paid connection. They lied to me that the lowest postpaid connection was 299 and made me take that idea post paid connection. Since then, everymonth i was getting msg that my monthly unpaid amout is 300.. This happened for almost 4 months. So on february 2020 i went the store and written a letter to convert my sim from post to prepaid...

My familly is a struggleing one, so i don't have any option other than that. I went there in the midst of my semester exams.. The idea showroom staffs told me that ill get a call from idea and after that i have to come to the showroom again. (But that never happened i din't get any calls or messages to go to the nearest idea showroom) why i'm writing this is to inform the officials that idea is not having connection range in my area.. Ie komalloor, kattanam, allapey district of kerala. I have written the connection change letter to change my connection from post paid to prepaid on february.. And i paid rupees 1200 to the idea service center. (You have to understand that i haven't used a single gb of data that idea provided sonce there is no minimum range in my area).

So after that this lockdown began i'm quarantine in my home.. But then also i started getting msgs in my number that the monthlychages is rupees 300... And fine extra.. And now it is *700* with the fine.
I'm using idea for the last 6 years and the experience is worst. I'm a student and i'm not able to arrange this money.
This is a clear case of fraud. I need reply from your side immediately. Waiting for you reply. You can contact me in my other number also [protected].

I am not getting network since april 17th. I am unable to make calls and use internet since then. I tried restarting my mobile, reinserting the sim card in different mobile and checked but it did not work. Please look into this issue asap as it is important for me to be connected with my people in these days as i am unable to either make calls or receive the calls.

I have number registered with idea. I requested for porting my number 3 months (Approx.) before. Your customer care executive called me after that message to know about problem and i told him all of my problems with idea out of which dialer tone service is the major problem. Your executive promise me to give me dialer tones service for free but after that they even not called me and forgot about promise they did. On[protected], i did same message for port and after that they called me all same as last time. But this time i told your executive about what i had suffered from and she told me not to worry about that and take my number by saying that she will call me in evening for confirming the free dialer tone service but didn't got even a single call yet. My number is 6 years old but now if you will do these type of things with me i have to take a step to port all my running 4 idea numbers to airtel out of which one is 15 years (Approx.) old. Your service is very very poor and please don't give me the excuse of covid'19 because your service was also very very poor when there was no covid'19. Please reply me asap because my number is unrechaged and if you don't want to fulfill all promises you did then i have to port all my numbers and also have to take a step against you for your fake promises
