2 recharge plans i did or rs 79 and rs 98 have been charged as secondary balance in my sim i gave my friend the only money i had during this epidemic plzzzzz tell me way to use it as main balance

      In spite of the lot of complaints to your showroom as well as customer care for the amount to rupess 3000 to adjustable of as the plan on my number [protected] had not with them till. And each time its so that the amount will be adjusted but it doesn’t happen in the bill

          Unused secondary balance cannot be used for recharge. Idea is providing only secondary balance for active recharge. This is a method of stealing money. How can we spend money with out using service.

            On 11/04/2020 i used idea internet till 3.0pm n then i had switched off my mobile n when i switched on at night on same day at 11.00pm my idea card showed sim card not active n network was not there suddenly.
            This is the second time this happened to me from last one year
            You idea people are cheaters just wanna loot peoples money n now u will say buy diff sim. Worst service compared to others
            I want my card activated n i will not pay even single rupee

                      Please i do need any refund now. Kindly request you to deactivate all the flash services or vas.
                      Do help and just give me a permanent solution of this problem. The deduction of money from the same bank (J&k bank) is still goin on. I really don't want any kind of justification. Give me a favour and stop all this nonsense now please. Attaching a ss with this complaint.

                        I was done recharge of rs.599 as on 10/04/2020 to my number [protected] by UPI to paytm[protected]@paytm but my recharge is not done on phone number
                        [protected] And I was doing second time recharge as on 11/04/20 please resolve my problem asap basis.

                          I got message from 51998 number. One message charge 3 rupees on my number. It has also happened before. I am not interested your service. So please deactivate service in my number ([protected]). It is happened on 10.04.2020 dtd (Which was not know to me at that time) and after it my balance 17 rs was also auto matically deducted i don't know why.

                            I stay in hyderabad, telangana. My sim is also not showing any network since many days. I tried every possible thing but then too no solution.

                            I have done a recharge also today thinking that there is some issue regarding validity but even after doing that the same issue persists.

                            Even calling customer care did not help. What to do?? Help me...

                              Hello sir/mam

                              Here dilip kumar sah mob no.-[protected] and i m your valuable and regular customer of your idea company. I have recently recharged a plan of rs399 for 56days initially my 3g network was good and i m able to use data and call but last 5days i m not able to use data and call when i select 3g mode network.
                              Plz look this matter and try to solve as soon as possible and if possible plz call me at this no. [protected] bcz i tried many time but there is no response.

                                      Sir,
                                      My mobile number has no network from around feb 2020 ending. I have tried each and every solution as shown on internet. I have removed my sim from the slot and placed it again but it is showing me the same results. Even i have selected the networks manually but there were no improvements.
                                      Due to covid 19 lockdown i was unable to connect with the customer care executive.

                                      I had even send them mail on [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com
                                      And on ccare. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com
                                      But it was not delivered to them due to incorrect address
                                      I just want the network of my idea sim which has suddenly disapperared to be in working condition again.
                                      Please find the status of my sim in second slot in the screenshot attached.
                                      Please look into the matter.
