My sim showing emergency call only, no network registration possible over idea network

Today I recharged my phone number [protected] but it's internet speed is too lowdown do something about it otherwise I will leave idea sim 😠😡

I have recharge a mobile no [protected] of 599 plan on idea website.balance of 599 is deducted from my sbi account but rechage is not done so kindly refund the amount of 599 in my saving account no-[protected].

My idea postpaid number is not working

I have an idea prepaid sim card with international roaming activated.
I live in the uk (London) from the past 2 years.

My idea prepaid was working until 1st april 2020 and i received a call on my idea prepaid number from india which worked fine. Suddenly, from 2nd april 2020, the international roaming is stopped. It shows no signal and emergency calls only where it shows network coverage on the phone window.

I tried to register the complaint in the idea customer care as well as their call center but no response. Please help as the prepaid idea card which worked for 2years has stopped working in the uk. Are there any settings changes?

Hi, i have a idea postpaid connection with number [protected]. My sim suddenly lost the connection/range & it's been 3 days since my number is not working.

I've tried all things possible to resolve the issue.
1. Manually selecting network / changing network settings
2. Interchanging sim slots
3. Inserting sim to other phone
4. Restarting the phone etc.

The issue is not resolving.

Please help me to sort out the issue as soon as possible.

Hello i'm the idea postpaid user and with my postpaid plan i got a amazon prime video subscription free for limited time period but after the expiration of a free time period the idea cellular have renewed my amazon prime video subscription without my prior permission, as few days back i got to know about this so i insisted to cancel this subscription but it was of no use. They have added the cost of 1 year subscription in my bill so this is my request to substract this amount from my bill because there was no free consent of mine in this.

I have been using idea for a long time now and it has been giving me problems since then. Even in cities it says no signal, sometimes a call to a friend sitting right next to me says out of coverage area. And in this time of pandemic it says Invalid Number for my parents numbers. They can call me but when i try to recall them it says check the number you have dialled for a number i saved and have been using for years. Fck this i had enough, when this pandemic is over i am switching to Jio and never looking back.

I'm living in n. K. J, katni, madhya pradesh. I recently recharged with my plan 3gb per day. At start, it was doing fine. After some days it is not even connecting to some website. Refreshing also doesn't work. As we all are in quarantine period and i have to do my office work from home. Kindly fix this problem as soon as possible.

I have a idea cellular postpaid sim card ([protected]). The sim is 12+ years old and has been used since then. There was no problem with the service received until recently during my visit to the uk.

I travelled to the uk from dec 19 to jan 2020. During travel, i purchased a 3 day international pack on 4 january 2020. The pack expired on 7 january and a notification was received confirming the same.

After the pack expired idea started charging for international roaming without consent and i received a bill in excess of rs 12, 000 in february.

Now the outgoing service for my number has been blocked but i am still being charged monthly rental.

Idea cellular has become a scam now. They not only call and threaten me to pay the bill but also harass me for not paying the bill. There is no point in paying the bill as i nether asked for activation of international roaming nor used it for during the travel.

I am a retired ex senior govt official and the way idea cs is talking to me is pathetic. If idea cellular does not waive the bill to settle the matter amicably, i will have no choice but to take this matter to media and consumer court. These steps will be taken to ensure other people know how idea is fooling people on a mass scale.

I recharged my id no 249 plan (1.5gb+1.5gb) benefits but the network is so slow
i can only used 500mb becacuse of this 3rd class service.

Since our situation is very bad because of corona virus, i tried to recharge my idea sim with a plan of 249 ruppees using mobikwik app. At first i entered my phone number and my bank account details etc. And it has taken money from my account. But the recharge was pending. I waited for so long but then also nothing happened. So i recharged again and it took my money again. At that time the recharge was success. Then after 5 hours my first recharge also got success. I kindly request you to please refund my second recharge money. My mistaken transaction id :mbk[protected]

I am currently in germany, came here in january 2020.
The last recharge i did was on february 2020.

Suddenly my idea sim stopped showing network here. It was never the case earlier.
Reaching out to customer care is not possible from here.

In "my idea" app, i could see that the expiry date is 12th april 2020.
Could you please check, how i can proceed further.

I am unable to reach out to customer care to explain my problem.

My brother staying at germany and has idea sim card. His sim card was working with full recharge till now. Suddenly it started showing no service/no range. We have tried with selecting manual network and all restart and other options as well. But not sure whether this issue is due to network problem from idea side or any other roaming issue. Could you please check as it is bit urgent as he is staying out of country

My SIM circle is Maharashtra but I am in England now and the SIM is showing no service when connected to Vodafone network here in England {forbidden}.

In starting idea network is too good but slowly slowly the network bandwidth Speed decreasing by you. You 4g network speed is 200kbps and other network 4g speed is minimum 1mbps. We will pay for high speed internet connection or can not provide us. Take an action even i switch to other network. You are break my trust.

Idea start service name VAS started automatic and deduct charge 8 RS and not provide me refund where this service start by them without Informing me
