I have paid for 4g data services, why am i getting 2g data speed.
I would have understand if the speed is slow because of network issues or have bad reception but i have just fine reception,
I live in the middle of indore city and still no speed, why do you claim fastest network if it cant even stream video with 360p.
If anyone read this complain, email me at [protected]@gmail.com to inform me that you have read my complain.
Or i have wasted my time.
I got 3 gb data per day and i cant even use it, so why did i paid for it.
If you cant fix this network speed issue, then please redund my amount.
I will file a case against the network for fraud, you are cheating me, atleast provide services which you are charging for.

      From one month i am calling idea customer care and they are unable to solve my problem, from last one month my phones are switched off due to not network and i am using postpais connection, now they are genrating bill but not genrating upc, and i have called so many time they are denying to gove services, from last one month i am suffering with lot of problem due to no network and lose in business, not able to work from home.
      Now i want to port but they are not generating upc.

      Kindly help me out of this.

        My idea prepaid sim stopped showing network since 1st week of April 2020. I am living in Jersey City NJ (zip: 07306).

        I tried calling many time to customer care number ( from other network option) but no one picking up the calls for hrs.

        Also tweeted couple of days back but still no response.

          This is to inform you that, I was rechrge my idea sim on 14/04/202 at rs 50. But still my accound balance is rs 0. Already i called to ieda customer care regarding this but they dont give me a proper reason.

            Internet speed is too slow. Not even 1mb per second. It's sometimes 1kb per second. So I request you to take correct initiative to clear this problem.

              I done a recharge on my idea app but my money is deducted from paytm but the recharge is not done yet. I call idea customer care but they told that server is not available. I[censored]r server not proper then why u deducted my money. This not proper thing.

                          From 13th April when I used internet in every 15-20 MB data consumed a flash message is come and internet is disconnected for 4-5 second and these messages continuosly coming and internet disconnected continuosly. This is so irritating and frustrating me from last 2- 3 days. Customer care is picking the phone.

                            sim not working no service

                            My idea sim suddenly stopped working 2 days before.i tried all possible ways 1.choosing network manually
                            2.resetting network settings
                            3.phone factory reset
                            4.tried the sim in other phone.
                            But all in vain.Tried calling Customer care but no one picked becoz of lock down.its the only sim iam left with.pls help me....

                                I'm using idea sim from a long time and i live in chennai there my network connection used to be good but when i come to my home town which is visakhapatnam there idea connection is dead slow it shows 4g but internet speed is very dead slow. I recharge it with a 4g balance but the internet connection is very slow that even i could not view my what's app status also or open youtube

                                      About a month ago, i registered a complaint about improper networks of idea cellular when i was at uttrakhand in college, but the problem was unsolved and still its showing that the problem was solved and even though i didn't even receive a call about complaint status and still today's date, the problem is not solved. But now, i have another huge problem regarding the network dis-connectivity and extremely poor internet connection, currently i am in gujarat and i have been facing this issue from around 3 weeks. Please help me to solve the problem or if possible, inform me about your inconvenience to problems of costumers so that next time i will be aware and alert about it, and this problem is also not properly solved, do remind me to consider different network operators other than this because i am extremely unsatisfied with your service.
