Dear sir/madam,
This is with reference to the subject that my mobile phone number [protected], sim card is showing no service all of a sudden since today morning and a cross is displayed across the network tower in mobile screen. I have recharged the mobile number with the required amount to keep it active. 2 other idea numbers at my home are working perfectly also my mobile has two sim, one is idea and other one is vodafone, the vodafone number is working perfectly but the idea number is showing error and no service.
I had removed the sim from the phone and had put in another mobile phone to check the issue but still the issue is persisting there too. I have done with the network selection in manual/ automatic mode but not working.
I called up the idea customer care but i could not get a resolution. Now the issue is being
Covid-19 lockdown, it is difficult to move out from home to nearby idea store.
Kindly do the needful to check with the issue and oblige.

I recharged my plan yesterday (599₹ 84 days) but as soon as i recharged the network disappeared and hasn't shown up since. I have tried all the ways to solve my problem like restart, flight mode, etc. But all in vain.

And most importantly there is tower built upon my house but i only don't have range.

Plzz fix this issue as i have already wasted my 3 gb of data which would have been used to see at least 1 season of any web series. And i am also be wasting 1.5 per day henceforth i[censored] don't fix this. This is frustrating me in this quarantine period.

Hello, I recharged my idea no [protected] on 24th Apr 2020, it has successfully reflected, but when I'm trying to call, it is saying I don't have sufficient balance to make a call.

I have done recharge of rupee 49/-, but surprisingly as per recharge terms the balance of rupee 38/- have been crediting to secondary balance. It means the entire balance would be wiped off after sometime. This is mine hard earned money and How can they do that ?. So request you to raise the complain and reverse the my balance amount.

Kindly look in the matter and sort this out.

Hi team,
This is to complain against idea cellular for deducting the balance frequently for mobile number: [protected]. When ever any new recharge is done for this mobile number, all the balance gets exhausted without using anything. I simply get few messages from 53010 with content "you have been charged rs 10." this happens regularly when ever new recharge is done. Tried to contact customer care but never reaches to concerned person. This number is not even present in any smartphone. This number is just for dialing and receiving call. Why idea is deducting all these amounts? Need a resolution to this and all the deducted amounts should be refunded. We are afraid of even recharging this number. We don't want anything to be deducted further too.

21st April 2020 my sim network automatically has gone and not to back last 4 days and when i call in telecom customer care than reply your sim card activate. I guess my sim card hacked.

My number is showing only no service and emergency calls only how to rectify it pls help us im having obly one sim due to lockdown im having work from home and my phone is not working please give us rrplu

I have recharged other's mobile phone through my idea app of data plan of rs 399 but recharge not done and payment deducted from my bank account.

So because of this problem i have recharged again of data plan of rs 399 which is succesful and recharged done today so i request you to please refund my rs 399

I am unable to make or receive calls and sms
Idea app shows i have validity till 20 may.

I have active plan of 149rs which i did om 21 april and from 22nd ia ma unable to make calls.

I have recharged RS-599/- on my phone number through online to the Idea Cellular Company before 3 days ago. Money is deducted from the account but recharge is not activated. Please activate my recharge or return my money as soon as possible.

I am facing a problem of bad signal or network last 3-4months and I am complaining it before also but it can't be solve. Many of my work effected by network and I also not get voice clear.if you have time them solve my problem. Otherwise I port it in other network..

I recharged on 24th april 2020 with a plan of 50rps for talktime of 39. But this plan was not activated.

How can u call from a number n deduct balance amount by activating any plan.. u activitated sport pack... cheating consumer...what ethics r these

My idea number is not working showing emergency call only. I had recharged it previous day before number getting off of one month please solve my problem. I can't do any calls from that idea number. My alternate number is [protected]. My this number which is not working is being used regular and i need it urgently activated as soon as possible because i m not able to receive any important call please help me in solving this issue fast.

Now Recently i am using other network
As per compare to other network your internet speed is very slow. I am very disappointment From Your Network. So please solve my problem urgently or confirm how to Port my Sim.

Dear idea cellular,
I am using idea postpaid number since last 10 years and now my number is showing that it is inactive/suspended.
Two to three days before when i was trying to login in idea cellular app through otp number for paying bills online, the msg displayed on screen that your no. Is inactive/suspended.
The number which is i have taken 10 years back it is of *police plan, and i have given this number on various places such as gas agencies, banks, lic, police cp office, pan card, dth service, government offices and many more places where the number is required as official owner no.*

And also i have given this number to my relatives, friends, family, my office.

I have another no. Also from jio company but i use this idea no. Everywhere where it is required as official registering no.

I can't get any any idea cellular gallery also due to covid 19 corona lockdown since from the lockdown has been started.
So please this is my humble request to you that please activate my inactive/suspended no. As soon as possible.
I work in police department that's why i have so much work / calling messaging from this idea postpaid no.
