We face some highly unstable network issues from last one year...Internet is not working properly in our area..peoples are switched idea network due to this type of issues please clear this as soon as possible...

Few days ago my cellphone got stolen in hyderabad. That cell phone has [protected] number.
I intend to keep this number ([protected])
I would kindly request you to please issue a new sim card to my family member (Asavari gurav/narkar) for the number [protected] as i am in abroad and make sure the old sim card will be locked to avoid misuse.

I am sending these emails for last 2 months but customer care in solapur is not helping us at all. They are even denying police fir. I am located in united states, these # are asking me to come to india to pick the card. So i sent emails, i sent my family with all documentation, i have talked to them over video conference. But they are not helping. This is my last request if you do not help, i am filing legal action against you. It is illegal that someone who stole my phone may be using my number right now. If that phone number is used in any crime you will be completely responsible for you irresponsible behavior. I am sending copy of this email to local police station in solapur. It is up to you if you want to take right actions or not. I here by request you one last time please block the stolen sim card and activate the new issued card.

Whenever I wants to call it donot connect, its the last time, I am recharging idea sim, i will switch it to any other company, where i can really call anyone. worst company, apeal with people to not be part of such useless company

From last one week idea sim network is showing in our available, I did all my best fixing but still it's not working, kindly resolve this problem as much as early possible, emergency

I m trying their all outlets are closed due to lockdown but they are not helping online also not on even thru customer care

Hello, I m Dhruvrajsinh Jadav I am suffering from very slow speed in 4G DATA pack from last two months. Pls help me to increase 4G network data

My sim is delhi and my sim card shows "no service".
I tried all these things
1. Manual select network not show
2. Two to three times restart the phone
3. Pull sim out and place it again

But same result is there.
Please help me to sort out this.

I have recharged my idea prepaid connection ([protected])on[protected] for Rs. 599. But it was failed nevertheless They deducted money from My account and they said they will refund it within 7 banking working days. As of today I did not receive my money back. I already done many complaints with their customer team. But no result

Dear team,

Now a more than 6 months, operators have been crediting talktime as secondary balance. Means if we don't use it before expiry of the pack, then entire balance would be wiped off.. Thats their new strategy to earn money.?

How can they do that?

Earlier they had been deducted balance if we don't recharge after expiry. But now they are being stealing openly..

My idea postpaid number [protected] suddenly stopped at 7.30pm on 7/4/2020, showing no network .due to non availability of network and data my work is bedly effected so please resolve the problem earliest .

From the number 51998 I have received that text message that rupees 10 have been deducted from my account this direction of Mani what's without my knowledge and consent I want my money back

My idea number which i was using from past 3 years suddenly shows no service/emergency calls only.
I removed the sim from slot and placed in another phone and the result was same and i also placed another working sim in my phone to check either the issue was with my phone or sim and the other sim which was from idea was working in my phone in both slots. I did everything but unable to know the exact reason of sim unavailability.
My sim belongs to andhra and currently i am working in mysore and there is no possibility of contacting the customer care office due to covid-19.
For your information my phone did not fall/no water did not went inside. It was working fine untill now.

I tried to call customer care but i did not get the valid answer from them. Kindly look into this issue

This is to inform you that my main balance has been deducted twice for rs. 21 in the name of activation for games portal with site HTTP://carbun8.in/mobgames/.i have made no such request at any portal or from idea site or app. This is unknowing deduction on the part of idea from my main prepaid balance. This has been done my them on recurring basis and this is the 2nd time my balance has been deducted. I have also tried to deactivate via sms for vas but it doea not work and shows no vas is activated on this no. Kindly reverse these charges to my main balance.

I am using idea vodafone service, but two times they cut my mobile balance, first 22 march 21 rupees and again cut 21 rupees 8 april 2020,

22 march 2020 i called to customer care she said you used your phone to play game, but i didn't play any game via idea service

So, i request you return my balance

I am idea telecommunications user . I did not play any game, but two times he cut my balances first 22 march 21 Rupees and second today 21 Rupees total 42 Rupees unfortunately when I call customer care but she did not solve my problem.

So I request you to return my balances.

I have first recharged my idea prepaid no.-[protected] with 249 for unlimited calls+ 100 sms/day + double data 1.5+ 1.5 gb dated - april 7, 2020. But the transaction failed for the first time. I waited for some time then i tried again doing same recharge and it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same, after few second the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for same data pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of 249 any how it would be really appriciable. Thanking you in anticipation
