[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Surrender of Post Paid Connection

Hi, My phone number is [protected] that is a postpaid number for Idea cellular Karnataka and as my services is transferred to Jharkhand i need to surrender the connection but when contacted to idea customer care they told me that i need to surrender from the same state from where i have purchased the connection that is Karnataka but i don't understand why they are not taking my connection surrender request in Jharkhand. Kindly take action on this and resolve my issue. Ph :- [protected]
