      Hi I got SMS that I Bollywood alerts activated on mobile. I never send any request to activate it. If you think I activated such alert then Send me details of such request activation from me. 2nd if I have activated Bollywood alerts from myside then can you explain why I have not received any Bollywood alerts on mobile as service was activate and you charged for it. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]---- I sent above note to Idea customer care but they didn't provide me information on it. I want charges of Rs75 should be revert back to me which is charged in June 2015 Bill. Thank you Tushar [protected]

        Dear Sir/ Mam, I have already inform you to billing complaint of mobile no [protected] add-on of [protected]. the bill of call on 7-june2015 amount of rs. 1512 and call time 168 minutes continuously on 055365 without any interruption and 28 june2015 amt of rs 1665 and call time 184 minutes continuously on 055365 without any interruption. how it could be possible to talk a person more than 3 hours without breaking the connection. if you have a solution for this bill related problem so please resolve it and remove the bill amount of VAS services for above mentioned dates and calls I hope favorable response from your side otherwise i will go to consumer forum for the same.

          Dear sir,

          We are a company (HYDROCHEM EXPERT) working in jaipur. we called idea for 20 CUG connections and 2 numbers for MNP(plan was 1599 per month) on 14aug2015. Your Executive Hemant kumar saini came to our office with a Lady executive Garima. They Collected our documents and gave numbers in 4 days. but one number[protected], [protected] that was for MNP was not processed yet. And Miss Garima Told Me that sir there was some problem from Hemant's store. She is innocent and told us truth. But mr. hemant misbehaved with us and his calls were false everytime.
          1. first time he said your bill is pending in airtel. but i asked him sir this is common sense how is it possible that bill is pending in prepaid sim.
          2. second time he said airtel is not approving MNP request. Can i ask Why?? he said no answer... and we can't do anything
          3. when we called Miss Garima.. she told us everything truely.. but when she called Mr. hemant.. he was misbehaving with her also and saying that if you are wrong than don't admit it in front of client. put all blame on any other. this the style of business. in his words"business ase hi hota h, client ko mat btao ki hamari galati h"
          4. and this guy is so practical sir.. he said us... sir we are working on it and all the fault is from airtel's side.

          Sir i am asking you simply, is this working style of idea? if yes, then i will switch all my CUG and personel connections to any other operator. Take action immediately or i am going with in two days.

          hope you will take it seriously, and you will tell mr. hemant that clients are giving you business don't do harassment.
          the final thing is sir, if it will be repeated by idea, i will go in consumer court for mental harassment and tortured by Mr. hemant and delayed services due to which i have to bear a huge money loss.

          Note:- Miss Garima is so innocent and working so good for idea. we are giving 5 star to her work and dedication.

              I am using prepaid idea no [protected], they show that there is a Rs 249 giving 1 Gb data & 30days validity in 3g recharge menu of self care . but when I recharge the above recharge of Rs 249 they give only 752 mb data 26 days validity. On 198 they commit that you will get balance after 90 min. But I didn't get. They are continually telling lie & doing fraud.

                Hi, This is regarding the Idea Dongle which I purchased on "20th Oct 2014". 1. It has been working since the but for the last 1 month it is not even opening the home of Idea. 2. Hence I checked with Idea service center. They verified the SIM card is active and function by inserting the SIM in mobile and see if it is showing signals or not. And the same was showing. 3. So they have told me to connect with ZTE service center as this dongle has hardware of ZTE. Issue: I am unable to find a store where I can repair this dongle. This is very frustrating there as there are no service centers in Gurgaon and no one replies properly on the customer care numbers: [protected] and [protected]. Please have a look into this.                   As of now I bought a new SIM and submitted a completely NEW set of documents and the NEW SIM too didn't get activated.

                  Yes I submitted every damn form there was to submit.

                  If you want to make this right you better activate my old SIM or the NEW SIM([protected]) both of which have the right documents submitted.

                  I don't think I will ever buy an IDEA SIM ever. Seriously, the worst experience I have ever had. Vodafone's service is a gazillion times better than yours!

                  This is purely a waste of my time and money.

                    Earlier i was having nbs3g499 plan,
                    In that i got 1. 5 gb, i consumed around 500 mb extra,
                    So i supposed to pay extra for 500 mb

                    Then after asking customer care regarding different plan so that i can reduce my bill
                    So they told me activate i plan
                    And thats why
                    I changed to 599 iplan on 9th july
                    They didnt tell me about any extra charges and all
                    Now i have charged for proration charge i. E rs. 843
                    I dont know why idea had charged so extra
                    While changing subscription plan
                    I asked customer care for all the charges and fees
                    They told me different thing thats why i have changed
                    And now i am seeing very high bill

                        Hi, I have purchased a Idea Sim from "My idea Store, G Floor, Mangaljyot Complex, Near Jodhpur Cross Road, Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015" at 20th July 2015. But till now my sim has not been activated, due to this 3 time I went to store by auto but still they have not got activated my sim. When I contacted to custmer care, I came to know, they have not send my document to Idea. I also called them several times, but they are not picking my phone also. Sir without activation of any service by me, this bill included feather charges rs 900. Sir again i clear that i am not using any additional service.                                 I am very disappointed with the service that idea give to their customers I posted complaint on 20/07 however I got a call once regarding the the same issue that guy told I'll send this issue to concerned team they'll call you tomorrow...All I got this msg...

                                they don't understand the importance of the customer. they think whatever wrong thing happens is customers fault. because their service is upto to mark.


                                I have been charged twice because of IVR issue. no one would want to activate same service twice. I wish I could learn them a lesson. because I know that it was not my fault.

                                  Recently one service pack is activated on my mobile & idea deduct 45 Rupees from my prepaid account [protected]. When I call to idea customer care & said what happened, they said to me "We cant refund you for this & if you did not understand then we have to cut this call" Before this they also deduct 3 Rupees for service pack...

                                    Hi. I am using idea Netsetter 3g ([protected]) for the last 3 years in delhi. But last month my data when was about to finish, I received a flash message "to get additional 35 mb dial ***, 11 rs will be deducted from ur account". I did the same. The balance was 0 but after that reduced to -11/-. It was ok that due to negative balance I wasn't able to make and receive calls but not even on 121, 198 and 12345? So I recharged with 50 or 100 rupees multiple times from ideacellular.com and paytm.com even from the retailer shop and scratch card voucher coupon for 30 rs but everytime the recharge failed. for online transactions, amount got refunded to my account without recharge. Called customer care more than 10 times in the last 10 days on 198 with my postpaid idea number ([protected]) but they always say it will be resolved and they close the complaint without the solution. Idea! Please see my issue and resolve it asap. Still unable to recharge my main balance and still unable ro make / receive calls. On other forums idea said. It has been resolved but it is not. I tried recharging with 50 rs again today just now. But it failed again. Money refunded again. Idea please check and let me know. Thanks Vikas Tiwari [protected]

                                      It has been more than 2 weeks that we are facing our internet issue and till date we have not received a resolution for the issue. Hence, we were left with no option rather than seeking help from this forum. We have opted for the PUN800 plan which comprises of 30 GB data at 2Mbps speed and there-after 512kbps unlimited. Since the second day of installation, we have faced issues in our connectivity. But the recent issue has been persisting for more than 2 weeks now and still we have not received any resolution. Issue: Our internet is not getting connected and if its get connected, the connection keeps on fluctuating and the speed that we receive is well below the range that has been mentioned. We receive speeds of 400kbps-600kbps and it keeps on fluctuating and the connection also times out. We have provided screenshots for your reference. We also checked if our internet usage has exceeded 30GB and its well inside the range (approximately 10-12GB consumed and 18-20 GB remaining). We can provide the usage history on request. We have raised multiple complaints with customer care and whenever we call to ask the status, we are handed down with a new complain number. Mentioning a few for reference (TCT[protected], TCT[protected], TCT[protected], TCT[protected], TCT[protected]). After raising so many follow ups, we received a call from a technician last week. As we work on weekdays, we asked if it would be convenient for him to come in the evening or on the weekend, to which he readily agreed. But he never turned up. Whenever, we called him on the weekend, he would say he would come within an hour and eventually at 3pm, he mentioned another person would come if we call him. When we called the other person, he didn't answer our calls, and on calling the technician again, he too stopped responding to our calls. Thus spoiling our whole weekend and still our problem did not get resolved. Now, when we called the technician on the weekday, he agreed for the visit. When visited, he mentioned that the problem is with the access point and nothing wrong with our internal connection. He also mentioned that another technician would visit us the next day and would resolve the issue. The day after another technician visited our house and said, he is not aware of what the issue is and again blamed the Idea Wifi connectivity is the issue. He mentioned that the access point signal is fluctuating and not sure as to what needs to be done. He said, he would report this to the higher management and would get the issue resolved by tomorrow by changing the access point. It has been 4 days now, and we have not even received a call yet regarding the status of our complaint. Now, no one is even responding to our calls. As a result of this, we have to work late hours in office, we are not able to connect with our relatives out of state, we are not able to prepare for our company exams etc. We expect an immediate resolution to our problem, uninterrupted internet connection, refund for the days we faced problems in our connection. Kindly help us with a resolution for the issue. We have not mentioned names of technicians and their phone numbers so as to protect their identity, but can provide them on requirement.                                       I would like to begin with thanking your team for at least looking into my issue. But my issue has only been looked at and neither has my issue been resolved nor have I got a resolution/reason for the issue.
                                      I had received a call from an Idea person and I had an engineer visit our house to resolve the issue. I have mentioned about my interaction with both of them below.

                                      Engineer Visit:
                                      - Last Sunday, I had an engineer visit our house to check our issue. Earlier we had a separate box for our connection (which was the promise made to us if we took the 6 month connection by the sales executive who visited our house). But now, the engineer visited our house and plugged in our connection into a common separate box and took our box away.
                                      - We had no choice but to accept what the engineer said as we were out of connection for more than 2 weeks.
                                      - On Sunday July 26, 2015, our issue seemed to be resolved and we had our connection up with a decent speed.
                                      But starting Tuesday July 28, 2015, our issue has started again. For the first few of days i.e. Tuesday (July 28, 2015), Wednesday (July 29, 2015) and Thursday (July 30, 2015), we just observed the speed fluctuating, and thought that some maintenance work would be going on.
                                      But the situation has worsened after that. Now our plan as mentioned above in my original post is PUN800 where-in I am eligible for 35GB at 2Mbps and thereafter 512 kbps. But I am receiving a speed of approximately 200-400kbps which is even less than 512 kbps and this too keeps on fluctuating. We tried contacting the technician, but he had mentioned that we need to message him instead of calling and so I have messaged him, but I have not received any reply from him.

                                      Call From Idea:
                                      - I had received a call from Idea on Friday noon (July 31, 2015) in regards to the complaint I raised. I had mentioned to her that my internet issue is not yet resolved and I am still facing fluctuating speeds and the connection is breaking off. To which, she asked me for my customer id, so as to monitor my speed. I being at office during that time, could not give her the customer number as I didn’t have the number handy. The idea person said, she would call me later for the same and since then I have not received any call and my complaint has not been addressed.

                                      I have attached a few screenshots for reference and have saved screenshots of all days and at different intervals to show that my internet connection is not working.

                                      Along with the above issues mentioned in my original complaint, kindly add the below issue too to my list.
                                      Windows 10 Upgrade:
                                      - I hope you all are aware that every registered Windows 7 and Windows 8 user is eligible for a free upgrade to Windows 10 for a limited time. As I am a registered user, I have received the invite for the free upgrade. But due to the slow and fluctuating internet connection, I am unable to get my upgrade done. The Windows 10 Operating system costs around $119 (which as per today’s dollar rate of Rs. 63.85 costs around Rs. 7598.15 ). Can anyone let me know if I would be getting the operating system upgrade paid by Idea WiFi in case I loose the opportunity for the free upgrade??

                                      Online Banking:
                                      - I tried to purchase one online item, but the connection always failed at the payment site and hence I could not buy the item and now the item is out of sale.

                                      There are several more instances of issues which I am facing because of my broadband connection not working.

                                      I hope, someone would look at my issue and give me a permanent solution as I believe that you all would agree that paying for a monthly connection and getting a working connection for only a couple of days is not fair for any customer.

                                      Looking for a positive and permanent fix to my issue.

                                      An Update!!!

                                      An engineer visited our house after I dropped him a message on his mobile as per his requirement.
                                      As mentioned above in all the complaints, I have been receiving fluctuating Internet speeds. We mentioned the time also to the engineer and he said that he can only check the connection now and can't send the information that I have saved for them as its not in the format that they requested for.

                                      The Internet was working a bit better that time and so he sent the information with the working speed to his team. He mentioned that he would check the same in the evening and once visited by him, he too noticed the fluctuating speeds of Internet.

                                      When asked if he has reported the issue to the management, he said he has informed the management and the customer care for the same, but there is no action yet taken from their side. They are still monitoring the speeds of the connection.

                                      When I speak to the customer care/sales person, they say its the problem with my connection only and the remaining customers are not facing any issues. Being a customer, why should I be worried about the speeds of other connections? I am only worried about my connection and this kind of statement is not expected from the customer care or the sales team.

                                      Also, we have got some neighbours who are using Idea connection and they too are facing the same issue, which proves that the statement said above is incorrect and false.

                                      The technician mentioned that he needs the speed test screenshots in a specific format using the "tracert" command. Hence have collected the data in the same format. Also attaching them here for reference along with the speed test.

                                      Again a new month has started and 7 days are over and I am still waiting for a resolution for my connection.

                                      I cannot believe that to solve a consumer complaint, it takes more than 2 months, when the SLA promised is between 24-48 hours.
                                      This surely proves the importance that the IDEA team is giving to a customer complaint / issues.

                                      Still waiting for a resolution from the IDEA team.

                                        Hi, I have taken a new postpaid idea connection number [protected]. I made all the advance payments as well as filled out the form on 20th of this month and i was told that the new connection will be active within 72 hours. My number has still not been activated and it's been a whole week. Your customer care representatives don't resolve any problems. They don't even answer the phone. This issue has caused me a lot of trouble. I am incurring heavy roaming charges on my other number due to delay in my new idea connection's activation. I have made more than 50 calls to your representatives and nobody has helped me out. Is this how Idea treats it's customers?!? I am sick and tired of all this and i need my number to be activated urgently or return me the money and I'll surrender this number and take up another connection from some other service provider.                                         I have just now received a message stating that my request for a new number has been cancelled. the numbers from which your agents called me up have been switched off since the past three four days. who do i contact?! There is nobody who is helping me out to resolve this issue. I have paid my activation fee as well as verified the documents. It's been a week now and it's causing me a lot of trouble. I have also written to the appelate authority but nobody has replied yet. Please give me an email address where i can send you all the details regarding this matter.
