Idea Cellular — Unethical billing practice | |||
My Cell no: [protected] Plan: Idea Post paid. My internet was cut-off due to data overuse above 1Gb that also from 27th June to 6th July 2015...! just 10 days...! Happened 1st time so called call centre for details which they said will have to wait till my bill for this month is generated by 27th of July. So no internet usage till my bill gets prepared...! Who's mistake: mine...i said no issue since i mostly use wi-fi in my office & at my home too...so no major issue. Now my phone calling is suspended... Dear IIN-wale Idea, can i know: 01. is it my mistake to go for SWADESHI network provider by portability from Vodafone to you 2 yrs back ? purely on nationalist feeling... 02. have i made a mistake for opting Post-paid service to avoid such situation due to regular recharges etc... 03. is it really stupid to ask for usage details ? Please activate my calling and correct my bill amount. I never received bill more than 500/month. or at least let me know to surrender my all 4 number's with Idea or again port-back to Vodafone. Sorry to say but due to MY need... i had paid the said amount of 1300/- to activate my calling since its my need and totally frustrated to do so for unknown mistake.
Thanks for contacting, but i intend to convert my post-paid to prepaid connection to avoid such things again & hopefully will port-back to Vodafone soon.
Still waiting for 27th of this month to get my calling & data details...
Hope its understandable for me.
Its really a stupid thing to tell clients to wait & keep their calling on hold till billing for that cycle is done, which is on 27Th of every month.
It's a big mistake & mental agony to have such service in these age of DIGITAL INDIA...lol
If IDEA really cares for their customer's please do send me details of my usge on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com at earliest.
It will be a favor/UPKAAR on customer like me.
