[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Unsolved queries

Hi, I have lost my balance rs. 20 for unnecessary deduction. When I spoke to customer care they said no we won't refund your balance., you go and do complaint anywhere, but unnecessary deduction would not be refunded, I think the idea company becoming a fraud one by cheating over their customer. That too the behaviour from customers care is very rude,
