Sir my Name is Dineesh. Iam using idea cellular my number is [protected].now my Sim is Blocked its showing PUK number. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I call all idea customer service no one picking up the phone. I don't know what happened.

My idea no is [protected] i have network issue last 6 hours there no network in my idea sim please resolve soon as soon possible in my area another one have network on his sim but in my sim there wasn't have any type single network so i request you to resolve the issue shortly because i trouble lots of problem because this number is linked with many thing like adhar card pan card banks account email colleges social media and many others

I am facing internet speed issue, after paying the amount and still I am not able to access internet as per 4G speed. This is like continues since last many months and whenever I tried to contact customer services it's says representative are busy please call back. Please fix internet speed issue on urgent basis.

I am trying to generate the upc from my idea number by sending port to 1900 but i am getting reply from 1901 that "upc cannot be generated as mobile number is not configured. Please contact your service provider for further assistance".

I am trying to port from idea but unable to generate upc code required for this. Everytime i request i am getting "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact your service provider.".

I have contacted idea customer support multiple times but there is no resolution at all. They first said there is no issue and then said there is technical issue which will take time to resolve. I can see there is multiple consumera affected and they are making this false promises for months.

I want to submit this complaint to trai as they restricting their users from port which is illegal as per my knowledge.

I am attaching sms i received and looking for resolution.

I’m trying to port out from idea from past 10 days due to bad network and every time getting below error.

I raised concern to service provider but they couldn’t assist me and they closed my complaint as well without any resolution.

I’m really having a difficult time dealing with idea.

This month i try idea pack for better speed. I recharge 4g pack but on my dual 4g slots phone. But i show only 3g or 2g connection of my idea sim from very popular and big city. Idea is scam with me. I call in customer care but they don't care for me. Very poor network. Please give me my recharge money. I recharge last week. Otherwise give me better network connectivity. Scammer 😠😠😠

M idea postpaid bill has a new item called "premium sms" which i dont know what is for and how they charged without my knowledge of subscribing something like that. When i called the customer care, they told that they are unable to explain about ut.i Dont now why idea is doing something fraud like this without informing the customer about this.

My sim [protected] barred for saying not having documentation
but all my docs were verified and if docs were incomplete why company activated sim at first instant?

before activation docs were not verified? then why sim activated and why suddenly closed?

its wastage of time of consumers and after taking money such thing is not good

also from where I get refund?

For my number[protected] i gone, yesterday at 8 pm they said shop is closed but they can it was hardly 4 min late and they can check in mobile

Today 1 pm i gone, they said number closed due to non usage, while my number is barred for other reasons

They refused to check my status afterwards

For what reason idea is giving such moros service centres?

I have amount load with internet banking rs5000 i idea main balence. But i so many time contact idea customer care my idea mobile to reacharge with idea main balence to reacharge. Since then i written complaints (Numbers mentioned above) but every time i talk to customer care they will always to wait 72 hours.

Sir, my idea cellular number is [protected] is now has become inactive since the incoming and outgoing calling facilities have been stopped by idea which has created a trouble for me as k cant call anyone and recieve anyone's call on my number. I ask you to please resolve this problem. This problem has created a chaos to me since i cant attend anyones call and people who are calling to me have to suffer because lf idea's poor service

My idea mobile: [protected]. I made a recharge 499/- money deducted from my account but recharge balance not credited into my mobile. I have contacted customer care they have told that within 30 minutes issue will be solved. Its been more than 2 hours but the issue is not solved yet. Need an immediate response. Amount is deducted from my bank account but the recharge balance is not done.

My mobile number is [protected] and i am a user of idea service in delhi/ncr circle.
As i am facing so many issues with idea networks and has raised many complaints to idea as well. Last time when i tried porting idea customer center guys told me to wait for 1 week the signals will get better and it happened 2 months back.
Now when i am trying to port the network again it says "upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact service provider". I have attached screenshot as well.
I have been idea customer from last 2 years and how can it say this when i told them i want to port.
I tried with customer care, no resolution.
This is really frustrating as currently, i am in a situation like when i am going to idea they are saying wait for some time and when i am trying to port it says not registered and this all happening when i am struggling for calls to receive and dial.
I have been using this number from the last 8 years so can't ever change.
Last option i am left with is consumer compaints portal. Hope this will help me.

I have registered complaints against my data speed is very slow from 3 may 2019 to till date. But the idea company don't work on that. U can't believe my data speed is less than 50kbps. They said that because of more peoples are using idea in a small coverage area that's why my net speed is very slow. But they don't any action against it. Is it my fault that in that area where i live there is more people for that i didn't get net speed???

What is the possible reason that this is happening?? I had thought the process was supposed to be painless.

My call facility was stopped temporarily on 06.01.2020 for pending dues of rs 305 with my previous server vodafone. I cleared the dues on 06.01.2020 at vodafone store in pathanamthita by cash payment and submitted the proof of payment at idea office. Calls not unbarred. I have spent so much time and energy regarding this matter this past two days.

In my area the signal is so week that only in particular places in our houses does idea work to some extent...but its frustrating that even at the times those places also it doesnt work...I did contact the customer care and they told me that they will come ans fix it...but sadly till now no one has come.Please do something
