Idea Cellular — upc code can't be generated

I am trying to generate the upc from my idea number by sending port to 1900 but i am getting reply from 1901 that "upc cannot be generated as mobile number is not configured. Please contact your service provider for further assistance".

I have already being struggling with bad service by idea on quality of network availability and also addressing customer request.

Hello when anyone is trying to call to my number it is telling that voice services on these number are temporarily blocked.what can i do for these to make it activte.

My idea sim, outgoing calls has not been going through for a month. tried calling customer care, but it's not working.
SMS service also isn't working.
