This is regarding the wrong bill which is generated by idea, below are the details of my user account.

Mobile number -- [protected]
Account number[protected]
Bill date ---- 10-apr-2016
Billing amount ---- 1540.03
Due date---- 25-apr-2016
Registered mail id --- [protected]@gmail.com


They have charged me rs. 1143.00 extra for the call which i have never ever made from my cell, and then idea adjusted this amount as a usage & vas charges component in bill and a random number 055181 is mentioned in bill on which i have made a call.

Call duration for this call is around 126 minutes,

1. When i dial 055181 i hear the voice please check the number you have dialed.

2. When number is not correct and even single second call is not possible then how it is possible that duration of call is 126 minutes.


Why should i pay these charges, kindly check the matter as early as possible and the amount be adjust in next bill.

I am using idea network for past 3-4 years nd have not faced this problem uptil now but recently my mobile's network is being lost time and again and I have to resart the phome inorder to regain the signal. All of a sudden network is lost and is only retained by restarting the phone. I would like to have a solution as soon as possible
I have been facing a huge problem of poor connectivity for the past 6 months & now call drops over the last few months. It is impossible to speak with any one while sitting inside our house resulting in huge embarrassment & difficulty.
Pathetic Service by Idea cellular- Facing poor connectivity & call drops problems.

    After the recent launch of 4G in ODISHA Idea Cellular strike off the 2G UNLIMITED DATA PACK of Rs 199.

    All other states of INDIA has atleast one UNLIMITED 2G DATA pack.

    PLEASE REINTRODUCE THE UNLIMITED 2G(without 4G) DATA PACK of Rs 199 FOR THE STATE OF ODISHA ALSO.

    Idea Cellular did unfair for Odisha State.

        I requested for change in my post paid plan on 18 mar 2016 and got it changed on same day.
        But bill generated on 20 mar 2016 is showing extra rs 700 charges of data pro ration.
        If such amount was to be paid then why it was not cleared to me at time of plan change.

        I request to give waiver of this extra charge as im willing to pay the remainder bill.
        I have been regular customer for past 2 years.
        Request to waive the same.

          Hi,

          I have written below mail to idea customer care :
          I have been charged around 1971 for 3g usage of 3gb data. I'm currently holding the iplan999 wherein i have selected 24*135mb of data for the last month. I have changed this twice to increase the 3g data and lower the call minutes. I have changed this plan on 18th of march and 28th of march respectively. The bill generated shows that i have been charged for this 3g data, so could you please tell me why this has happened i already spoke with customer care and i'm not agreed on the point which is said. If i have changed the packs so that should be calculated on the prorate basis and not the new plan should be activated.

          Please look into this and let me know the respites early as possible because charging almost 2000rs for 3gb data is not acceptable.

          The total volume of gprs over usage reflecting on the page number 17 is 485430kb, so that the charge of rs.1941.760/- has been applied at the rate of 4p/10kb and wherein eligible freebies are 485430 kb.

          Taking into consideration the above, we wish to clarify that the charges levied are in accordance to the usage done from your mobile number and we are unable to provide any reversal for the same.


          This kind of charges are not acceptable at any cost.

          I have received the call from Idea but they are not ready to accept the reversal and as discussed they said that we are going to close this complaint.

          I have been using this number from last 8-10 years and I have never faced such kind of problems and now I'm not ready to pay the amount which is charged so I would request you for waiver of this charge and than I will port to some other service providers.

          And just FYI, I have attached the FAQs which I have checked online and there is no where mentioned about the charges that will be applied.

              I am a customer from Hyd. Every day a receive a call form one customer service representative asking me to pay my bills of 5, 000/- which does not reflecting in my account at all, and all my bill so far is clear and i don't understand why she calls me everyday and asks me to pay. hence i have stopped answering her calls.
              Today after long tine i answered her call and she abuses me over the phone for not answering her calls. This lady is very rude and uses abusive language to make payments which doesn't exist.

              This is making me shift from Idea to other services. Please help!

                Which i had requested for deactivation before the date of bill generation ie 23rd February and was confirmed by the employee at idea store .
                Rs200 is added which is not tolerable without using the internet evwn for a single rupee and after deactivation .

                  I've been promised by idea that they will give me 500 Mb 2G data for free for 3 months. They have said that I'll receive my data within 48 hrs(I.e. With in 6 march) I didn't received that, then after I filed my complaints to costumer care they said me that my complaint would be resolved within 9 march but then I received call from them and they said me that I'm not gonna receive any benefit. I've been totally cheated by them . Looking forward towards early action . Thank you 😊

                    I dinesh chand my mobile number [protected]. I had visited at 10:30am on 01/ 04/ 2016 om teleservices power house mode near bank of baroda behror alwar rajasthan and submit application / one id proof & one photo graph for postpaid connection migration to prepaid. Then they require total outstanding bill payment.When same time i have online payment of my outstanding bill + next six days charges 425 rupees charges of as per plan migration. But showroom in charge require 50 rupees extra charges of sim card charges when same time i call 198 and talk with mrs. Turvender kor from idea care. And confirm. This charges is wrong and also talk with showroom in charge to idea care of mrs turvender kor is talking this charges wrongly and this migration services cost of free and try to understanding to ideashowroom incharge. He is not agree & mis behaviour or finally charge require 50 rupees. Same time i give 50 rupees but not give any receipt of amount. And application acknowledgement. And approximately half and hour mis behaviour with me regarding for receipt of amount.I have again call 198 idea care mrs pooja and confirm this changes correct or not she is reply migration sim charges cost of free & and again i will offer to talk with showroom in charge but not agree.
                    So please urgent solve this problem. Till date 09/ 04/ 2016not start but migration intimation mail received before five days. But till date not any call & solution & not start my number.

                        I have already contacted costumer care and appellate desk but not satisfied ! Following are the details !

                        I have lost main account balance while using internet from my mobile !

                        I have data balance of 5mb data now also but when i have disconnected
                        Internet main account balance of rs: 42.40 /- deducted !

                        Credit the wrong deducted balance as it reflect badness among idea
                        Users from friend to friends and dislike idea for this type of wrong
                        Deductions !
                        Finally christina anthony(Appellate officers desk) is not helping costumers with care !
                        Immediately penalize christina anthony(Appellate officers desk ) and refund the balance deducted and additional benefits if any !

                            Hi,

                            I have an idea number [protected]. I had sent a complaint regarding the change of my post paid plan from 399 to 449 on 3rd april by email but no action was taken. Idea had themselves changed the plan and later said as per your request your plan has been changed which shows how you are trying to steal from the customers. After getting no response on my earlier complaint, i decided to change my number from idea postpaid to idea prepaid.

                            Firstly your dealer asked rs.100 for a rs.10 sim and for porting the number from postpaid to prepaid. When i asked for a receipt he clearly refused when i asked him to show me if idea had fixed such charges he simply said if you want to convert your number you need to pay this amount. Idea is looting customers by increasing plans without asking customers, their dealers are scamming customers with a straight face. Having no option i paid 100 rs and gave the request for the same on 5th april.

                            On 6th april i received a mail stating that "your request for postpaid to prepaid migration for mob.No. [protected] has been processed successfully through communication id c1-[protected].” it has been two days my number has still not been activated in prepaid and the sim i was provided does not register on idea network and when i try calling my number it says please check the number you have dialled.

                            The dealer is now saying your number may remain closed for 6 days its up to the company when they process and activate it. I am sure you understand how important a person’s mobile number my clients are unable to reach me. I am an advocate and this loss is high for me. I request you to activate this number as soon as possible or i will have to file a legal complaint against idea and the dealer in consumer court for your poor services and cheating customers.

                            I received no calls from Idea today and therefore I went to the Idea dealer but he did not provide any information. My alternate number is [protected] you can also reach me at [protected]. My number [protected] is still not activated and it's really irritating now. It has been not working since 6th April evening. I have patiently waited for 3 days but still nothing no information as to when my number will be activated. I cleared all my past dues gave all the documents for conversion to prepaid it is the height of poor service at Idea's end. Worst of all you don't even communicate with the customer. If you could not reach me why did you not send a message or an email so that I could contact you. Please activate my number as soon as possible as you have already caused too many problems for me already.
                            Idea is not doing anything now they have just deactivated the number. bloody cheaters how do you think you will prosper with such business tactics... misguiding and lying to the customers..

[protected].And i paid due amount of rs 1699 by internet banking.And communication id for this transaction is 95196517.And reference number eici[protected].And i clearly told them to closed this number for always.And i recorded this communication.She told me to just pay the bill and email the payment reference number and just say that you don, t want this number to continue.So after paying the bill i mailed it to [protected]@gmail.com.Now after this time on 8th april 2016 i got a call from some one telling that you have to call mr vishal mehta an advocate from delhi because there is been a case pending against you.So i did call mr vishal he told me that there is a payment of rs 554 so you have to pay or you will have to come down to delhi and police will take 3 days of police remand to you.So i sadi will go to consumer forum for this.So kindly give me justice; my name is

                                Hi my name is habeeb from bangalore, My number is [protected] i have always issue with internet and network issue with Idea services . when ever i call for 198 or 121 they are not responding me properly . giving all the wrong information if we ask more clarification they are adding Vas services or disconnecting the calls, kindly prove me the bangalore consumer court number or address. Now its time to show off the company what is Customer power..
                                Idea company should be complete get closed
                                its fake company always cheating to customers, why consumer court is not taking the action weather they have taken a bribe from the company ?
                                if they are not able to handle then leave to public hand and see what public teach them the real lesson

                                  I have ported my BSNL number to Idea prepaid. I have got signal on the new Idea sim but I am not able to do tele-verification by dialing 59059, everytime it says "Not able to connect, please try after sometime". I have tried multiple times and it says the same thing. I tried talking to Customer Care but they just keep trying, you will get connected.

                                  As per our telephonic conversation, since my current ported number is in roaming, it is not possible to confirm sim activation presently. I would activate the sim once it comes back to home network i.e. MH circle.

                                    I am using connection with Account No :[protected], same was activated on 23-Jan-2015, Plan was 3300 Advance for 1 year and after that 250 + Tax Per month for 1 GB activated, According same IDEA must provide service up to 22-Jan-16 but they stopped same by 31-Dec and activated 750 per month plan, I requested to reverse the same and provide a revise bill but not a single reply received in written from IDEA, Just told " we will check n revert". IDEA stopped to provide net service and sending bill for every month...which I refused to pay and agreed to pay what ever I used...not for that month in which service not avail...Now they write a mail they r not sure how much money will be reverse and for discontinue wd IDEA first pay balance outstanding amount of 1692.82 INR.

                                      I have been visiting idea office for the last 3 months for migration of sim from postpaid to prepaid. But the idea office head is not registering and responding on it.
                                      His name is sanjeev guruwara (Idea office, jagdalpur).
                                      Strict action should be taken for his careless and casual attitude..

                                        Idea celluar distruping last 2days again they are sending sms mid night time they distruping relaxation already i raised complaint first time again they will started distruping mid night time i registered do not distrup services also but how to send sms i don't no last time i give a complaint one she called me and she say your number is activated do not distrup services how you get our company sms i say once you see attached photo ok sir i forword mail to our conson department

                                        Please I requested idea cellur don't distrup me in mid times OK my wife is say me today idea customercare called me I say to I am not given a complaint my hasbend is give complaint because they are in do job they have getting complaints in true SMS they are in sharp 11:30 PM everyday day he is relaxed after 11:30 pm that's why he is distruoped for your SMS any of emergency send a SMS that's time so he is looked that SMS I don't no that time also send SMS idea ccare please I requested again give relaxation to my hasbend they have already lot of tenctions in case of any accident from your side I am not accepting I go true law this is last warning from my side please don't do again same issue I am not compromise this next time
