On 14 april 2016 Rs 60, deducted from balance for fun star music being its not been subscribed by me.As I receive the msg I unsubscribed it and contact customer care they said ant won't refund .Thats pathetic situation being without any subscription amt deductd and service subscribed unknowngly.I want to refund the amt deductd with the service ....

We refer to subject just now Rs 3/- deducted from my Account. I called to 198 they(Vishnu) said to due to dial of *111#. But this is fake... I m not dialled any above number.. Your company doing this fraud.. Please solve matter immediatly.. I demanded complaint no.he not served this.. Improve customer satisafction.. Very bad experiance.....

I paid (450 rs) month of february bill by idea cellular on 25th march 2016. But there is no update in the bill.
And sim card is not working from yesterday. Its very horrible that they are not even solving issue.
I have provided screenshot of transaction id, transaction number and date, bank details to idea customer care many times.
But they are not solving my issue and blocked my sim card

On date march8, 2016 gprs uses charged to me is false, as per massage intimation given by company i have not done any extra uses.

Also 3g (Mbps speed) uses is never more than 20kbps, a poor 2g (Kbps speed).

Entire a month i have never done that much data usage that they charge.

Idea cellular generates false uses on bill.

So many times i have logged a complain...

We have a Postpaid connection with below no - [protected].
I haven't called any service number which is charging more than 1600 rs and it is showing in bill and idea Customer care persons are saying it correct and forcing to submit the bill amount 2350 Rs for the Month March.

My avg bill is around 500 Rs and March month bill is 2350 Rs which is totally wrong....
