Without even touch my phone. On 28-Mar 4:26 PM I received 2 SMS, one for Idea Joke service "MBJ" and another from balance deduction from number 51998.

I have complained to Idea costumer service and they have registered my complaint but not resolved.
Complaint id: 1-[protected].
Bluelima service is activated without my permission and reduces 35/-Rs from my main account so refund my balance plz

    With due respect I would like to inform you that I am a valued and old customer ( since launched in west bengal) of Idea who use idea network and feel proud for idea network. my idea number is [protected]. This number is very important to me. If you check my account activity then you will know all. I did not have any complain against idea network since 2 -3 years that is why I always maintained my balance above Rs.1000/- but now a days Idea network deducting my balance without any reason and my consent and it is the matter of regret that it is continuing and none of your customer listening my words with sympathy.So i am worried to keep more balance and I am thinking to leave Idea network if no step taken by Idea network. I am tired for this suffering and really tired to contact idea customer care as i get less time from my work. obviously idea customer care executive has poor education and experience. Don't know how they are managing their customer. It may cause that people are porting their idea number to another network. I am describing whole matters below.

    on 6th march 2016 at 5.10 pm i received 2 sms from 55955. 2 sms are given below:
    sms 1 :- Thanks for giving your consent . you have been charged 3 Rs. for a day. Now, dial any number and indulge in unlimited fun!

    sms 2 :- Dear customer, you have been charged Rs.3.00 and your current balance is 202.83

    I called customer care but no help from them. So I sent a sms on to 155223 to stop VAS if any activated. got reply that you are currently not subscribed to any VAS service.

    on 27th march 2016 at 5.01 pm again i received same 2 sms like above.
    Again I sent sms to 155223 to stop active (if any) VAS but same reply has been received that no VAS is activated on your number.

    On 28th march 2016 at 10.28 pm I called 198 to lodge a complain against it. Mr. Maitra picked my call. I can't remember his name. He denied to lodge any complain. He started to argue me and his behavior is really bad. Idea keeps all conversation records with customer for training purpose. so you can check it. He denied that any amount has not been deducted from my account on 27th march for that sms i have received. Most interesting thing is, he explained me that the sentence of sms "you have been charged 3 Rs. ..." means you will be charged 3 Rs. if you activate it but now you have been not charged!!! I surprised and asked him sir do you know proper English ? Tense? Grammar?
    Sir, you can easily guess how wise Mr. Maitra is...

    Today I tried to call 198 to lodge complain but call is not connecting. May be Mr. Maitra locked my number last night to enter my call there. So I called 12345. Sushmita Dey picked my call and told her details and asked her to lodge a complain. She denied and told me that I will not get any refund and the amount has been charged cause I have downloaded some services ( don't know what is it). I told her that I did not download any services and I am using simple mobile where I am unable to download any even I did not connect internet ( actually I don't have time to do so). But she never cares me. you may check call conversation records.

    Hope you understand my problem. I described you all. My request to you that please process my refund of Rs.6/- ( 3 + 3) and please be sure that any VAS or such services shall not be implemented on my number in future. Also I am requesting to you that please take proper step against those customer care executives who are illiterate and does not know how to behavior with valued customer.Feeling so much embarrassment as a valued customer of idea.

    If I get any confirmation regarding my complain then I will continue my relation with Idea network.

    With due respect I would like to inform you that yesterday I sent you an email regarding unauthorized deduction of balance and nuisance. Today I am going to complain you another misbehavior and harassment by idea network.

    Yesterday(29/03/2016) night I sent a sms at 11.03 pm : PORT [protected] (my idea number) to 1900. Received successful delivery report and Re. 1/- deducted from my balance.
    But I received reply from idea : your IMEI is invalid. I shocked.
    Then I changed my sim slot and sent same sms again at 11.15 pm but received same reply even i got successful delivery report and Re. 1/- deducted from my account as well as.

    What is happening with idea and me?
    Today (30/03/2016) I called 12345 and talk with Mr. Rajvallab at 10.29 am and described him all. He told me that he is unable to check account. Then i asked him to lodge a complain against it cause why I am not getting my CPC number even I got successful delivery report and sms charges deducted from my account. He denied to take any complain.

    Yesterday already I informed you that I am unable to call 198 where idea has complain services. Someone blocked my call to 198 but till date I have called only once on 198 which I already described you in my previous mail. Now you decide what should i do. I am thinking to raise a big complain and take legal step. But before I do anything, I must wait for your reply.

    I am requesting you to take proper step ASAP to solve my all problems which I described in this mail and previous mail. Thank you in anticipation.

    I would like to inform you that last night I found some interesting by dialing *121# . I dialed *121# > 4 (self care) > 1 ( My A/c) > 4 ( Adjustment) and I got replied via USSD :: Dear Subscriber, your last deduction was of Rs. 3.0 as a rent for WB[protected]PRET003T on[protected]. what is it? I think its the reference number of my deduction of Rs. 3.0 which was deducted on 27/03/2016 fro which I already complained you. Still I am unable to understand for which service I have been charged and I am worried that I might be unauthorised charged again in near future. Time is passing but still no step has been taken. Hope I described you all and able to make you understand. Thank you
    Idea proved that Idea is crap network ever I have seen.
    Rashmi called me from idea and asked me in details. I replied her what left for details. did she check my posts, i described all in my posts. Then she replied that I was charged for right cause I have downloaded some content ( don't know which content cause she did not told me). I told her that madam, i have never downloaded anything cause its my basic mobile and i have samsung smartphone to download anything with free of cost. But she does not believe me. The matter is, customer does not have any tool to deduct money and no tool to proof all. So basically customer gets bali ka bakhra. IDEA HAS MOST COMPLAIN AGAINST UNAUTHORISED CHARGES IN INDIA. I think they should beg customers directly instead o[censored]nauthorised charges. We indian are good hearted, surely we will give them some beg

      This is regarding for wrong commitment form your adviser.I got a call on monday(21st march) from this number [protected] and executive name is pooja in afternoon regrading for my bill payment of my number [protected].My pending bill is rs 1310. She said me i will get waiver-off of 300 rs if i make payment instant of rs 1010 and said i will get waiver-off confirmation with in 4 hour and i paid 1010 rs from my credit card. But i do not receive and confirmation from you end.On next day i am getting a call from adviser again and again regarding for the bill payment.Yesterday i also get the call for pending rs 300. After that i call on toll-free number 12345 and executive saying me i am not getting any waiver-off and their is not any request register for waiver-off.I sent a mail on [protected]@idea.Adityabirla.com.. But i am not getting response from their end. Please give me solution asap.

        Dear sir

        My mobile number is [protected]. I was using this number from approximate 3 years with vodafone kolkata without any problem. But i port this number to idea up west in january 2016.
        Now the problem is when i dial this mobile number from my bsnl landline phone the message say please add 0 before dialing. When i dial same number with zero in the beginning message say please check the number you have dialed.

        This problem is in home network and also in roaming.

        I complaint about this to customer care many times but they send the message after 1 day that the issue is resolved but no issue is resolved.

        Kindly look into the matter because idea staff is not able to resolve the issue.

          Dear Sir/Madam, I am very sorry to bring forth the unruly and rude behavior of the Idea cellular employee who shared his name as Shaikh during tecalling. This is in reference to my complaint in regard to the incorrect billing for my post paid number [protected] for the services never subscribed or used.
          I had lodged a complaint with the idea cellular telecalling dept. wherein my complaint was accepted and was assured that the case shall be resolved in 4days time i.e by 19th february 2016 and was asked to pay the bill for the amount which I had no dispute. the total bill amount was of Rs.2500 approx.. of which I duly paid Rs.1670...(approx). But once again this person by the name Shaikh called up and asked foe the issue for non payment, again I explained the whole issue to this person but he was very rude in his behavior and told that nothing will be done and I will have to pay if i want to resume my idea services. I tried my best to explain but he was very arrogant in his behavior and went to an extent to do whatever i can do and go and complaint to the highest of the authorities and even told that I am the Boss. all the complaints come to him only to resolve. He cited that the pending amount is of september 2015 and the same was raised in the bill of feb2016, , , which is very strange...for me. Why non payment of services was not raised earlier to me and how come all the services continued as it is. I have been an Idea user for years but I am sorry to write here that Aditya Birla Group and Mr Kumar Birla has no quality people and its really a shame to have such people on board who do not respect the concern raised by clients... Once again there is another bill raised which is again disputed and the idea care center executive is not able to justify for the incorrect billing. Let me once again mention here that I had never asked for or subscribed for any services for which I was billed. Request you to resolve and oblige.

                My idea cellular post paid belong to karnataka [mob - [protected]]. 18th and 19th march 2016 i was in tamilnadu and oddisa. The lates bill i have receive which includes 60 rs extra as internet usages in oddia and tamilnadu. I have postpaid plan which includes 1gb 3g data and then unlimited 2g data. When i have talked to customer care executive they gave reason the in oddisa and tamilnadu they dont have their services and they use 3rd party services [from vodafone]. Hence you have to pay that amount.
                The customer care team also told me that
                1. Before going you should check and then use internet.
                2. You should manually select idea instead of vodafone.
                3. We are taking request for waiver c1-[protected]. And after one day they closed the request with reason "correct amount charged".
                What a awesome idea to make a money sirg.

So, you give me for 4G 1GB 10 days validity please expect validity date because you not give me 4G network and I not use 1 GB so please expect validity date and please resolved 4G network problem.                       You have increase my rent without intimation. There has been no communication from your side regarding rent increment. Without informing customer how you can increase my rent and prepare bill accordingly. This is fraud. I want my money back else will have to port my number to vodafone. In total we have four connection in my family. We will port all four connection. We dont want to be with such company who increase bill just for its own sake without informing customer.

                        I upgraded to a new idea 4g sim. mobile number [protected]. my issues started as i started using idea 4g. i bought a data plan of Rs.246, 1GB 3G+ 1GB 4G, and i consumed 1 gb 3g data without any problem and no data was deducted even if the network switched to edge. but when i was left with only 1 gb 4g data, balance from main account was deducted. So, i called 198 to log a complaint and explained the whole situation, he gave below explanation, "this particular recharge will apply only when network is in 4g. If network drops to 3G or 2G due to non availability of 4G, the data pack doesn't apply. You will be charged separately for 3G usage.
                        This is some stupid policy of idea. How will i know 4G is available now unless i enable the data? As an end user I can't keep monitoring if network is in 4G or has suddenly dropped to 3G and then rush to de-activate data. So this whole plan looks flawed.

                        I'm looking for refund of the balance deducted or i'm just porting my connection to some other good carrier out there with some good 4g policy of giving customers a value for their money, not just deducting balance for network drops. or idea should consider 3g and 4g under the same data pack.
                        I'll be waiting for 1 day to get a reply from idea about a refund or i will just port my carrier.

                        Iam using idea with [protected] yesterday i upgraded from 2G to 4G from then on wards my balance deducting unnecessarily without any call, message and data using . I dont know why it was happened . Requesting to you that refund my amount with solution . I expecting that to potable to any other network.

                        Dear sir, I have upgraded my 3g sim to 4g. I have recharged my number with 2gb 4g data. As long as the consumption of data is on 4g Network, it gets deducted from my data pack and when the network drops to 3g or 2g, it gets deducted from my main balance. I have contacted the customer care, the only solution he could provide is to change my settings to 3g when the network drops from 4g to 3g.it is difficult to monitor my network now and then while browsing. I kindly request you to refund the money that got deducted from my main bal due to network issues. I look forward to your reply regarding the problem.

                          I'm Maharashtra Idea Postpaid Customer Since Past Few Months


                          On 17-March-2016 my Phone was Lost and I Immediately Called the Idea Toll Free from Friend's sim to Barre my No.

                          Executive Told me I Can Renew My SIM by walking to Nearest Idea Store I will Immediately be Provided with SIM and Get activated in 2 Hours.

                          And Next Day When I went to Idea Store in LONAVALA they told me to come when the Bill is generated, which was on 21st after four days.

                          I was not satisfied but still I waited and at 21-March Night Received my Bill and on Next day I Went to store and The Executive Lady Told me to First pay the Bill to continue with My sim, I asked them to process at least and Verify my Documents so to Renew the SIM, I will Pay Online by Evening but they Denied, Bill Just Generated Yesterday and How can I pay that much Amount Immediately?
                          Due to Holi I Needed to go to My Hometown in Gujarat Same day
                          Due to Different State I'm not able to Process through Gujarat's Idea Store so I Have Only Option to Process From Idea Maharashtra

                          Another Issue

                          My Monthly Bill also comes Very High
                          More they Charge each time
                          No Attractive offers
                          Nothing

                          When I Request for Port they Calls and Tries to tricks with the bill plans and offers
                          When I apply Those Offers and Finds those Offers were Lies

                          -Last to Last month my Bill Plan Was 199-Roam-Free Plan

                          The customer Care Executive Told me I will Get very good Benefits in Roaming (As I go to Roaming Area:-Gujarat every Month) As well as Will Get 100 SMS Per Month

                          Found I was charged Very Much More then Every Time
                          For Incoming also For Outgoing While Roaming

                          Also I got Charged for Every Message have not got Free SMSs

                          I Changes My bill Cycle Every month Due to high Charges and Taxes
                          but It Always Comes more then 700
                          Where as My Usage Never Crosses more then 300 when I was in Prepaid

                          They Says You will Never Get any Problem With IDEA Postpaid and Will be Premium Customer Always With Postpaid
                          It have been more then days and I'm Without SIM

                          THIS IS THERE PREMIUM SERVICE THIS IS FOR WHICH THEY SAY YOU WON'T GET ANY PROBLEM WITH IDEA\


                          This Month Bill Which just got Generated Yesterday for 829 something

                          I Won't Pay the Bill UNTIL I GET MY SIM RENEWED

                              Respected Sir,

                              I have recharged 2GB 3G data for Rs. 279 on 24.03.2016, 9:58 a.m. from idea app. I have received 2GB data. When i have checked my balance data in evening 6:00 p.m.i have found that only 1400 MB pending in my data balance. I have found that company has deducted my 600 MB. I have checked my usage from my mobile application, i have found that i have used only 196 MB.

                              So company has wrongly deducted my data. For same subject i have raise a complaint in Idea. I have received a call from Idea on 26.03.2016. Customer executive said me that you have used data.

                              I have told them that i dont have these type o[censored]se but they said that you have used and we cant refund.

                              So humble request you that kindly look in to matter and solve it.

                                Dear Sir, Please help as i was using an Idea Postpaid number [protected] which i had migrated into prepaid i visitied Idea store situated in ghandhi nagar moradabad where i met Shikha i gave her my id and photo and clear all outstanding she gave me one prepaid sim and told me number will be diactivated for 2 days and new prepaid number will be activated but 5 days past prepaid number is still not activated yet and number is deactivaed as i am facing lots of problem as this was my main number. Please Help

                                  Hi,

                                  I am very important customer of idea cellular and i have 7 postpaid numbers from idea in the firm name of mywaays.

                                  I had 5 plans of 499 rs and 2 was of 125 rs and i got the bill of 6187 rs and for me the bill charges were wrong. Since then i am visisting the idea office of panipat for the billing statement but i have not got any statement yet.

                                  This is really frustating for me and in the begining of the month i went to the office to change 2 more plans of 499 into 125 rs plans but when checked online it is still showing that the plans are not changed yet.

                                  Service of this idea people in my city.

                                  I think i have paid 2000 rs extra and i need my statement and similarly as per my request the plans are not changed too.

                                  This is the complaint i am registering to the confumer firm to get some better justification.

                                      Sir, this is to inform u that i was using a vodafone connection and one day i got a call from idea and they asked me about the plan of my prepaid number to which i replied as per the situation then they told me the plan which currently idea was offering in which he promised me that iwill get 30 paise per minute local calls and 35 paise per minute std calls throught the life of the sim which i find a bit economical as compared to my current vodafone plan at that time and he tried to lure me and after his continuous calls i was confident that call is coming from idea and he demanded that i have to pay 100 RS for the sim and plus i will get Rs. 100 talktime and finally i decided to switch to idea with my current number which was a vodafone number and to be confident i confirmed the plan again and again and even i stressed on the word that this reduced call rate will be applicable to me throughout the life of the sim he said yes it will be applicable even when the executive come to me for delivering of the sim card i also confirmed the plan from him also assured me of getting the reduced call rates throught the life, but its very shameful to inform you that for the first three months i got the benefit of reduced talk time but after 3 months my call rates increased to normal rates as applicable to general customers which leads to very disappointment for me and i was very angry at that time because i never wanted to leave vodafone but i left it because of the plan told to me by the idea and now i again wanted to switch back to idea so i first decided to bring it to your notice so that you should check the malpractices prevelant in the market by the idea executives and i also seek justice on this issue from the idea.
                                      So i hope for positive response from your side so that there will be no need for me to seek justice in other upper authorities.
