Idea Cellular — Wrong billing & data details are not showing in my hand set | |||||
I am having post paid idea sim No. [protected]. I have activted a new plan on 10/3/2016 because i need more data. As per new plan ie. Rs. 900/month (easy share) i have to get 5GB free internet data usage per month. But data usage alerts is not showing in my handset. every time it shows you are having zero data balance. Many times i visted the idea office situated at Raj Nagar Nagpur, Maharashtra. and also discuss this matter with the office owner Mr. Abdul Samad to rectify the data issue. Every time they will giving the assurance that your problem will be solved shortly. But till today my problem was not rectified. Now they send me the bill according to the new plan. and they disconnect my services. They are telling me to pay the first and then we rectify your problem.
