My plan was of 249 Rs a postpaid plan under Indian CA scheme however just via a message intimation the paln was changed to 349. just a normal message i real;y doubt how many have read it, further 90 rs charged as VIP games complain made many times for that customer care assured that same will be unsubcribed however same in being charged since 4 months, further any plan added for GPRS my internet plan is totally free and included in total amount still such charges are being raised. worst service and customer care dont even have the authority to proceed the complain i guess they are just sitting to help company to loot more from public by explaining in a better way i was idea customer since last 7 years really now realized how bad it image have become

    Hello,

    I have recharged 259 data plan for 3g/4g on 10th april 2016, and immediately i got below sms from iy-idea:

    Recharge done(Mrp:259, st:31.67, sbc:1.13, pf:226.2, tt:0),
    Benefits recd:1 gb 4g/3g data validity:28 days balance:325.08

    And another sms from 51985:
    Recharge done, benefit received.

    There was deduction from my main balance while using the internet.
    I used internet for 3 days and consume 150 mb data and deduction of around rs. 150/-.

    I called customer care 3-4 times but they did not had any solution they are saying the this pan has expired, if plan has expired why i got these sms.After long discussion they refer nearest idea care.

    I went to nearest idea care and launch the complaint on 13th of this month with st 1-[protected] id.

    After 24 hrs i got sms that your problem couldn't be resolved.

    Kindly look into the matter and make me provide refund of 259/- and 150/- deducted amount from main balance.

              I applied for postpaid to prepaid connection. On 4th Apr. Your employees said that because bill pendig issue no connection transfer from postpaid to prepaid. I paid total outstanding bill on 6th April And on 11th April the postpaid sin range gone but till date no prepaid SIM connection range shown. And your employees are not reply properly.                 Hello sir/ madam,
                Idea cellular representative call me when I have applied for postpaid to prepaid migration and convince me with discount in bill so that I should not migrate to prepaid. I have refused for the offer and asked him to convert it to prepaid.He accepted the same and inform me it will be done within 24 hrs.It had happened twice in same month.But till this moment my request is not considered instead of that I got message of bill pending.I have proof of bills which I have paid in excess as per pro rata basis. Please help me.

This is shocking for i have been a content user of your service.                   I have been charged for 150 Rs/- for juice up service which I haven't activated today morning 4th July 2016, this happened to me second time in 45 days of time please look into issue and try to refund the amount in next bill.

                  Facing similar issue. Activate service without my concern and now customer care is teaching me that I have clicked a link online. When I asked what proof you have they say you have clicked online We do not know.
                  Hi idea customer care team,
                  I used your Idea mobile postpaid service plan for Mo.No.[protected] from 20th May 2016. I have been charged for 150 Rs/- for juice up service in which I haven't activated. But I got 1st sms from 54300 on 24th June 2016 & there mention in this sms "Your Juice Up has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 150.00/- fro 1 month. Renewal charge is 150.00 @ 1 Month as applicable. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223." First of all I ignore sms but this happened to me second time on date 24 th July 2016. you charge this amount in my bill for the period of 6th June to 5th July 2016. I haven't activated any services like that or this. You activate this services without my concern and now customer care is teaching me that I have clicked a link online. When I asked what proof you have they say you have clicked online We do not know. I can's bear this amount. You charge me bill for the month July-16 of amount Rs.631.36 but I pay my Rs.481 with excluding this amount of Rs.150. Please look into issue and try to refund the amount in next bill.

                    I have paid latest bill and applied for postpaid to prepaid after confirming outstanding as well as pro rata basis for my 2 postpaid numbers twice.Every time I have got message that your bill is pending. Whenever I visited Idea dealer he also checked the same and confirmed about no bill is pending. In spite of all this,

                    Now I have decided to contact consumer court with proofs.

                      I am highly disappointed with the idea postpaid services . I was charged meaninglessly 1300 inr for a month . I refused to pay the bill and asked for details, but none of the customer service agents helped me out. Infact my number was disconnected, due to which i faced i lot of problems .They crossed the limit when i got a bill of 19000 inr and that too just for 20 days .I asked for details and again i got no response . I want you to answer me that if my credit limit for an idea phone number is 2000 then how could you charge me more than that ? Without any reason ?
                      I am so disappointed with idea, i want to file a case against this company .

                        I have recharged my datapack o[censored]nlimted 2g pack of rs.298/- on 01/04/16
                        On 09/04/16 i received a recharge of rs 49/- (This recharge was not done by me as i am already using an unlimited plan so why will i do a fresh recharge in this validity period. This pack was activated mistakenly by someone who was recharging on his no.
                        But unfortunately he entered the wrong no. So the rs 49/- pack benefits were credited in my account which was a loss for me as it lapsed my unlimted pack)
                        I was unaware of data being lapsed and was using the pack as i knew the validity of the pack is 28 days till 28/04/16 and this caused again a loss of 68 rs from my main account balance.When spoken to customer care they told me about the lapse of data and over usage charges are charged.

                        Its not the matter of 298 + 68 = 366 rs loss for me for using a unlimited pack which turned out to me a limited 2g pack with usage to 1.5gb in 10 days.

                        Quite strange the matter is that a third person has the rights whether i can use my net pack and he has the right to lapse my net pack.
                        Despite the net pack being lapsed the validity its showing is 28/04/16 while checking using *125# ussd.

                        Being such a reputed company we don't expect loopholes in your system.
                        It seems that i have the rights of a person who is using a 3g pack of 1200 or 1800 rs.
                        If i do a net pack recharge of barely 20 rs on his account will lapse his netpack balance.
                        What a system ?
                        What assurance do you give me that next time when i do a netpack recharge the pack won't be lapsed.
                        The trust level has decreased and i don't feel to recharge a datapack again.

                        Thank you for showing interest in this matter and consulting with higher authorities I do appreciate. 40% amount has been refunded. (As fault is from 3rd party) Such loopholes of data pack being lapsed should be rectified as Idea provides 4 data pack account so the data must be carry forwarded with different validity.

                        They even don't get into the matter because there is no proper channel for communication and have half knowledge which they are trained off.
                        They are unable to direct and solve new queries and close the matter by saying we have only this much information provided to us and we cannot do anything.

                        That's strange then how can you say we regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                        They are just here to make money out of it without resolving customer issues.

                          Sir i having idea postpaid connection, my monthly plan is idea i plan 999, with tax i receive bill all the month around rs. 1400/- to 1500/- that it. This month i got bill of rs. 3855, in which they added prorated overage charges pack name 2024_hh_3g iplan rs.1845.040. Regarding i don't know anything. I just over usage by not more than 50 mb. How it could happen i don't know.

                            Great message from my bellowed idea cellular post paid connection. (My post paid connection number: [protected])

                            " your mydala deals pack has been activated. Amount charged is rs 35.00 /- for 1week. Renewal charge is rs 35.[protected]@1week as applicable. To deactivate sms stop to 155223."

                            Neither i activated any service or i have given consent to subscribe any of this service. Any way this is not the first time getting cheated by this post paid connection. Last month (March 2016) bill also i got gift from idea as "ditto lite tv" subscription there also i have charged rs: 150 illegally. I raised complaint and done all the communications and finally got confirmation from the customer care department of idea that. You should watch your browsing and we cant refund the money.

                            This month (April 2016) also i have to donate to this big company from my limited salary for this"mydala deals". Even what is that also i don't know. I have connected to the customer care again and he informed me that its been activated and we can do only deactivate it and we cant refund the money because its already charged.

                            Kind request to idea cellular & mydala:- i have understood from the list of vas services provided by idea cellular that "mydala, ditto lite tv, etc" are doing business partners they collect money from the poor customers like these type of cheating tricks and divide money. Better cant you go and send you ppl for charity in bus stop and railway station.. You can earn more than this. Or else you can apply to central for a charity fund.

                            If you don't know how to make profit by true and fair dealings, don't loot poor customers, do something other. Because today you might earn from me but tomorrow i wont we with you to loot me or might be somebody other fools. But you cant run this for a long time.

                            I don't want your reply also for this complaint because i know what is your reply i have experienced last month. This just for my courtesy to the general public.

                              Before i place any call in idea rajasthan, i have to listen an irritating announcement like
                              Ab joden apne doston ko idea se aur payen talktime ya itne lakh jeeetne ka mauka etc etc
                              Before any important call i have to hear this for at least on minute
                              My father is also very obsessed with it
                              Customer care person is very difficult to reach
                              You will have to listen advertisements with thousand times repetition before approaching them or you can cut the call they will not bother
                              In 38 minutes waiting time, a person picked up and said that it's in their system & they can't change it and you will have to listen before a call or cut and try dailing again
                              Will they always be fooling people in such way?
                              No support, just looting money by torturing people

                                I am having post paid idea sim No. [protected]. I have activted a new plan on 10/3/2016 because i need more data. As per new plan ie. Rs. 900/month (easy share) i have to get 5GB free internet data usage per month. But data usage alerts is not showing in my handset. every time it shows you are having zero data balance. Many times i visted the idea office situated at Raj Nagar Nagpur, Maharashtra. and also discuss this matter with the office owner Mr. Abdul Samad to rectify the data issue. Every time they will giving the assurance that your problem will be solved shortly. But till today my problem was not rectified. Now they send me the bill according to the new plan. and they disconnect my services. They are telling me to pay the first and then we rectify your problem.
                                You are requeted to do need ful action in this regards.

                                    But my sim no.[protected] received from the idea showroom in phase 5 of mohali, punjab, is not activated inspite of submitting many proofs of identity and address like (Passport, voter id, e-aadhaar letter, central govt. Institute student id & residential certificate, driving licence, pan card etc.) at the phase 5, phase vii, phase 3b2 my idea showrooms in/around mohali. Kindly solve the issue asap.

                                    I can not pay your bill (Account no.[protected], Billing amt.110.62, Billing dt.[protected]
                                    because of the money (~Rs.500), time (6 hrs) and energy wasted by your incorrect/incomplete information given to me in migrating from Postpaid to Prepaid and making me roam around all the Idea Service centers.

                                    For eg., in a mail you told me to visit the Idea Service centre with POI and POA, which (Passport, Driving Licence, e-Aadhaar letter) upon submision by me were rejected by Idea in activating my Prepaid service. In another mail, you sent me the addresses of service centres which cannot handle the case of Migration from Postpaid to Prepaid. I request you to call me back in this regard. For your kind information, e-aadhaar letter is an official document made available to the citizens of India from the website o[censored]IDAI in case the person lost his/her Aadhaar card.

                                    Hence, I request you to waive off this meagre amount to compensate for the loss incurred to me.
