Hi,
The problem the SIM number is updated wrongly in the system, because of which my SIM is not activated.
When I dial 59059, am getting "Out of service area " error .
Also when I restart my mobile, am getting "SIM NOT PROVISIONED".
What is the procedure to update the SIM number in your system .
Why you people are so careless. Almost 3 days I was in isolation .
Please help to solve it asap.
