I am very frustrating with the service of idea. I complain for non adding of extra benefit which is not added to main balance on 08.12.2014 with no 1-[protected]. Finally I got the benefit on 12.12.2014 on complaining the matter in social consumer forum. On 12.12.2014 at 07.17 pm I received a call from [protected] he inform me that problem is with the idea database sorry for the harassment. He also instructed me that in future It will never happen again. I asked him how I will get offer related information he advised me to call 121 and listen the Ivrs then according to the offer you can recharge you will get the offer. He also advised me to mail [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com before complain in social forum. As per the advice I call 121 follow the instruction 1. skip Ivrs announcement about weekly completion activation : I do not press any key 2. In Ivrs announcement press 1 for talk time and special tariff offer : I press 1 3. In Ivrs announcement press 1 for special offer for me: I press 1 4. In Ivrs announcement press 3 for mega offer for me: I press 3 It clearly mentioned that mention on RS38 I will get 280 local minutes by press 3, again for confirmation repeated the process by pressing 6 as instructed in IVRS. But on 08.10 when I recharge with Rs 38 I got only 5min Idea to other and 5 min Idea to Idea. I call idea customer care but they refuses to take any complain for that after some again 198 is barred for me as previously complain 1-[protected] which is again arised. I totally helpless because this is the second time I am harassed again by not giving the recharge benefited which is mentioned by 121 as customer care is already mentioned me to get the special offer I have to call 121. I do the same but again the same problem I am cheated again. I want to use the offer given by idea but how will be I recharge if I am not getting the recharge benefit. Mr. Saurabh Srivastav sir of appellate authority Email Reference Id E1-[protected] and complain SR no 1-[protected] please take some initiative and look after this matter and also make a serious note on that this is a serious harassment in terms and norms of idea to giving service to consumer. Every time idea cannot blaim it as database problem. You can also listen the conversation of [protected] with me on 12.12.2014 at 07.17 pm, you will get the evidence. If the 198 is barred how can complain for the same. Please initiate the 280 local minutes in my number [protected] as promised or refund the amount. My alternate number is [protected]

    Someone has port my idea number without my permission. How disgusting is it that company gets to change any number without the legal permission of the owner of the SIM card. I want to block that number because its being misused and I it was post paid, so even I have to pay bill usage which is not generated due to me.

      Hi, I would like to request you I don't want to lose this number [protected] under the name sajith raj, kerala and ready to recharge as its shows limited service now, me being an NRI is not able to come down there from UAE to recharge every time.I checked last month it was k with du and capturing it.but now it shows limited service and when i call it says not service.         After my MNP activated and verification, I had recharged my number(+91 [protected]) on 11-12-14 but it didnt recharged on my number..my balance is null...also after regular calling to the customer care, everytime they say their system is in updation ..call after 4 hours...one of your customer care executive even abused me when i asked to talked to some higher authority. Its been more than 48 hours..issued is not resolved...please tell me what should I do. This kind of service was not expected from IDEA.           sir, i rajesh sidana wants to inform you tht my complaint for micro sim has nt solved yet. i have received calls from mr. hari (bhatinda office, nmber [protected]) on 11.12.2014 at 5:49pm, 6:08pm & on 12.12.2014 at 10.45 am, 1:23 pm & today i have called mr. hari 12:49 pm, 4:46 pm, 4:47 pm, 4:49 pm but he has nt took my calls. but my problem is as it is. he has not solve my problem nd now he is not intersted in talking to me.i want to remind you about the above said mater. i will go to consumer court regarding this harrasment since 15 days

                Previous complain On 08.12.2014 on my Idea number [protected] at 04.34 pm and 04.38 pm I received two message from Idea 121 that on recharge of RS 14 you wil get Rs18 the offer is valid for today only. I recharge two times because I got two messages. But extra benefit is not added I only got Rs 11.06 so I called customer care according to that they received my complain with complain number 1-[protected] which should be resolved by 10.12.2014 02.00pm but extra benefit still not added. I call them again on 2.15pm but they are saying a new story that on 08.12.2014 on your number there is no such offer. Which shock me a lot because I received a message due to which I recharge for same. On 09.12.2014 5.50pm again I received same offer message but this time I do not recharge. This is not a matter of just Rs 14 but this is serious misconduct by idea. I have the message for the evidence but now they are denying to give the added amount but this may be idea technical problem but why consumer is the sufferer so I got that offer message and as received message I recharge for the same. They are also given me fake number [protected] which is there nearest idea touch point where I have to go show the message which I have received but that number is also switched off and also no idea touch point at Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur. Kharagpur have such big city which have IIT like institution and at that not a single idea touch point or idea store is situated which is unbeliveable I am to lucky if accidently my idea sim got damaged I have to got kolkata or 40km to got and new idea sim. I want my added amount because they are cheated me by sending juicy offer and after recharging they are denying Please help to get the added amount and in future no such misconduct should be tolerate. alternate number [protected] This complain is resolved by very frustrating experience with customer care in which it is total fault of idea end they are admitted that this is fault by there end during this conversation with the [protected] idea representative at 07:17 pm have refund the amount. As per him the problem is resolved and never repeated in future. When I ask him in future how will I know my special or mega offer. He replied me that I have call 121 and then listen the recharge option then I have to recharge for that amount. Same problem arised again: On 12.12.2014 at 08.10 pm I recharge with Rs 38 to get 280 local mins for 30 days on my Idea number [protected] . I call 121 then select then I 1. Skip the promotional offer of activation of weeky challenge then in ivrs its announces press 1 for select talktime or special tariff offer, I pressed 1 then in ivrs its announces press 1 for to know my special offer, so I pressed 1 then in ivrs its announces press 3 for to know my mega offer, so I pressed 3 by pressing 3 ivrs clearly announces that on Rs 38 I will get 280 local min I listen it multiple time and the same offer is announcing in ivrs everytime by pressing 6 repetedly and carefully. so I am confirmed that on recharging I will get 280 local minutes on rechage of Rs38 as adviced by idea customer care but I only get 5 min Idea to Idea and 5 min idea to other. I totally shocked again I am cheated, I called multiple time to Idea care at 198 for that they are refuses to take any complain because I have no such offer as they replied in previous complain 1-[protected] and they again barred my number to call 198 as previuosly complain 1-[protected]. This is a serious miscounduct because Idea representative call me from number [protected] at 07.17pm and promise me no such issue will be arised in future and he instructed me to call 121 to get the best offer for me. I do the same as instructed by again the same harassment have to faced by me and such iditotic response form customer care. If Idea record every call at customer care they listen the call with [protected] with me and get the evidence. How can I use idea if in every offer they promises but after recharge they refuses to give the benefit. Please forum help me get the right benefit as early as possible. I want to use the service but operator service is pathtic. alternate number [protected]

                    Respected Sir, Today in morning I did Internet pack - Rs.5 15MB. Then afterwards in afternoon on 2:05 pm I did the same pack again at that time, balance in my phone was Rs.65. So therefore only Rs.5 balance should be deducted but my balance is 0. This happened twice with me so I want proper support from idea. Thank You.

                      I am Nilesh Sapar. I am using Idea number [protected]. I stay at below Residence Address and facing 3G network issue there. I have raised 3G network issue complaint thrice at your complaint number 198. Complaint Numbers are - SR# C1-[protected] & SR# C1-[protected] & C1-[protected]. All these are closed WITHOUT any resolution. No satisfactory answer given by the service representative. No option given to speak to Supervisor even though I asked for it. And their intention is only to close the request and no attempt to resolve it. Still coverage concern is there because no action is taken.                       You closed request giving solution as - "We request you to set WCDMA only mode exclusively for Data Session and 2G/Auto mode for Auto."


                      Are you kidding? You are asking me to change the Network mode every time when using data or voice. So when I am using data I shuold select WCDMA and I will not get voice calls?
                      I want to use 3G for 24 hours. So please improve your WCDMA coverage at my residence location to get voice calls also - that is the solution of the problem.

                      Your network team should be smart enough I guess to understand the problem isn't it?

                          I recharged My Idea Mobile connection through Online. from my bank account the amount is debited but no recharge done in my idea connection.So I contacted Idea Cellular Appellate authorities of Kerala.They replied me to attach the bank staitment.Then I send bank staitment . But there is no replay or action from Idea till now. I resend email to follow up .No response. I am attaching my Email conversation with Idea Appellate team and also my bank staitment . I only get a replay to attach bank account statment. Further no response. This is my second complaint regarding the same issue ( First - Complaint Status Update [ID: 975405] ) Kindly do the needful.                             Sir, I am Nageshwar Kumar Sharma my post paid no. is [protected] .From last 6-7 days I could not make calls without dropping and call drops 4-5 times in one minute .My business suffered a lot due to this problem still suffering. I tried calling customer care no. again and again but of no use my problem does not resolved yet and who is going to bear the losses. kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                            I am pankaj my post paid no. is 968999.From last 6-7 days I could not make calls without dropping and call drops 4-5 times in one minute .My business suffered a lot due to this problem still suffering. I tried calling customer care no. again and again but of no use my problem does not resolved yet and who is going to bear the losses. kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

                            As per govt rule you should have to pay the penalties in case of customers call drop< please refer below link for ref

                                On 08.12.2014 on my Idea number [protected] at 04.34 pm and 04.38 pm I received two message from Idea 121 that on recharge of RS 14 you wil get Rs18 the offer is valid for today only. I recharge two times because I got two messages. But extra benefit is not added I only got Rs 11.06 so I called customer care according to that they received my complain with complain number 1-[protected] which should be resolved by 10.12.2014 02.00pm but extra benefit still not added. I call them again on 2.15pm but they are saying a new story that on 08.12.2014 on your number there is no such offer. Which shock me a lot because I received a message due to which I recharge for same. On 09.12.2014 5.50pm again I received same offer message but this time I do not recharge. This is not a matter of just Rs 14 but this is serious misconduct by idea. I have the message for the evidence but now they are denying to give the added amount but this may be idea technical problem but why consumer is the sufferer so I got that offer message and as received message I recharge for the same. They are also given me fake number [protected] which is there nearest idea touch point where I have to go show the message which I have received but that number is also switched off and also no idea touch point at Kharagpur, Paschim Medinipur. Kharagpur have such big city which have IIT like institution and at that not a single idea touch point or idea store is situated which is unbeliveable I am to lucky if accidently my idea sim got damaged I have to got kolkata or 40km to got and new idea sim. I want my added amount because they are cheated me by sending juicy offer and after recharging they are denying Please help to get the added amount and in future no such misconduct should be tolerate. alternate number [protected]

                                The problem is with idea database the problem is temporary solved. They have promised me that this will never happen again. But I don, t think so. I think they have have serious problem or they are doing this intentionally to get the free amount in there account.

                                Sub: Again cheated by not getting benefit of mega offer recharge as instructed by customer care representative by using IVRS 121 in my idea number [protected]

                                Complaint Description:

                                I am very frustrating with the service of idea. I complain for non adding of extra benefit which is not added to main balance on 08.12.2014
                                with no 1-[protected]. Finally I got the benefit on 12.12.2014 on complaining the matter in social consumer forum. On 12.12.2014 at 07.17
                                pm I received a call from [protected] he inform me that problem is with the idea database sorry for the harassment. He also instructed me that in future It will never happen again. I asked him how I will get offer related information he advised me to call 121 and listen the Ivrs then
                                according to the offer you can recharge you will get the offer. He also advised me to mail [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com before complain in social forum. As per the advice I call 121 follow the instruction
                                1. skip Ivrs announcement about weekly completion activation : I do not press any key
                                2. In Ivrs announcement press 1 for talk time and special tariff offer : I press 1
                                3. In Ivrs announcement press 1 for special offer for me: I press 1
                                4. In Ivrs announcement press 3 for mega offer for me: I press 3

                                It clearly mentioned that mention on RS38 I will get 280 local minutes by press 3, again for confirmation repeated the process by pressing 6 as instructed in IVRS. But on 08.10 when I recharge with Rs 38 I got only 5min Idea to other and 5 min Idea to Idea. I call idea customer care but they refuses to take any complain for that after some again 198 is barred for me as previously complain 1-[protected] which is again arised. I totally helpless because this is the second time I am harassed again by not giving the recharge benefited which is mentioned by 121 as customer care is already mentioned me to get the special offer I have to call 121. I do the same but again the same problem I am cheated again. I want to use the offer given by idea but how will be I recharge if I am not getting the recharge benefit. Mr. Saurabh Srivastav sir of appellate authority please take some initiative andlook after this matter and also make a serious note on that this is a serious harassment in terms and norms of idea to giving service to consumer. Every time idea cannot blaim it as database problem. You can also listen the conversation of [protected] with me on 12.12.2014 at 07.17 pm, you will get the evidence. If the 198 is barred how can complain for the same. Please initiate the 280 local minutes in my number [protected] as promised or refund the amount. My alternate number is [protected]

                                  Dear Idea Consumer Service, I am using Idea post paid connection([protected]) from last four years in between i have converted into prepaid but in last month again i have took a new connection on same number. i have received my monthly bill but in this bill lost of bill is generating in GPRS use. Where i have a Vodafone data card for Internet SIM i am using GPRS through Vodafone only. Then why this charges have been added. if i have used the GPRS from idea SIM please share me details. Other wise i have already paid amount.please check my account at idea. My SIM is blocked from last 1 week i am not able to get any personal SMS and calls. my work is getting hampered.                                     Dear sir, I rajesh sidana is ur valuable customer frm last 6, 7 years. but nw days i think i should nt proceeds with u, coz i want to swap new sim of my nmbr [protected] which is on id of rajesh sidana . but ur idea office(raghav telecom) of malout, distt. muktsar refuse to do so. firstly they olwyz asked me to cm tomorrow nw aftr 15 dayz they hv asked me for 500 rs fees fr this purpose when i refuse to do so, they said they will nt swap a new sim when i try to talk to bhatinda office, mr arpit goyal, gv me nmbr of mr. hari, nd mr hari gv me the nmbr of mr. parveen, nd mr parveen gave me the nmbr of mr. amritpal, evry1 is just making fun of dis, i want to ask u wt d bloody hell is dis, i[censored]r customer service center cant solve our prblms den wts d benifit f ol dese centers. i mean hw staf is dis, nobody is ready to gv me the new sim card. i want to complaint abt ol f dese persons who r responsible to make me irritate m giving u the name of persons which is as follows. i think proper action ll be taken against them 1.mr. anil garg 2.mr. amritpal 3. mr. hari 4. mr. arpit goyal 5.mr. parveen plz take a appropriate action against ol f above mentioned persons who r wrking in ur bhatinda center and malout' raghav communication

I have submit the application at Aditya Communications, Kakinada, AndhraPradesh along with the documents Pan card & Voter id. They wrongly entered my name as L.N.Kumar Chikkam instead of L.N.Kiran Chikkam. While at verification calling same was noticed and informed. They suggested to contact the show room.                                         Hello sir I am from Nashik my complaint is about post paid billing My idea numbers are [protected] & [protected] both of them are corporate sim with plan of Rs.125 & 2gb Internet data for 98 rupees for one month. In month of (Aug 2014) for number [protected] I used all 2GB data plan in 15 days so to continue Internet use I asked customer care centre to activet new plan for me so they did it and even give me confirmation mail and message for new activated plan after this I called them twice for confirmation. So as I was able to see that new data plan has been activated I started to use Internet again until next day suddenly my outgoing calls and data service was stopped. As I called idea customer care They said I have used Internet without any data plan and have been charged as per their prodata basis rupees 4333 They asked me to wait until next billing date that is 6th of month Now I have received bill of rupees 5879 And customer care is denying to make any changes to bill Please help and guide me to solve this issue
