Sir Even after taking all the documents idea officials are n ot activated my mobile no.9964.370222.Already 7 days over. Still how many days they want to activate the mobile.If this kind of worst service from idea i never expected. I did wrong thing by opting for Idea network. I ported another number [protected] also to idea network. But either of the mobiles have activated. I want to port once again these mobiles to some other neetwork.if these mobile nos are not going to activate by tomorrow.

    myself gurucharan prajapati have given a request for MNP from loop to idea the The loop porting UPC was FM481618
    i have given the request for porting at 20th November 2014 with 50 rupees charges and told that sim cutter is not available i have to go to goregaon sv road gallery there i went and paid 30 rupees for sim cutting micro sim.
    total i paid 80 rupees
    after seven days i contacted to customer care he told me to wait for one more days and sure the number will port till 29th november i waited for the idea network but unable to find it out. i contacted to the idea gallery at shastri nagar link road, they told me to go at goregaon sv road
    i went there and heared a shocking word that sorry your mobile no [protected] had been churned.
    i ask for alternative either to resubmit the document and etc.
    but the wearied answer came out that sir you may leave now..the person was doing important something with the facebook.

    now will you ex-plain me what is the meaning o[censored]lloooooooo banaying
    your executive itself making us fool and if told them can we contact your team leader they transfered the call to GPRS section.

    soo i am going to cancel and recommend others not to use idea and not to become a foool
    third class service provided by idea was not expected.

    ssoooooo next time se ulloooo mat banao.due to this i have lost my number that was been used by 6 years.

      My self is Bhupendra who has shifted from Mumbai to Delhi recently. As per my Mumbai IDEA (No.[protected])Bill I had paid all dues Rs.2217/- on 26/09/2014 in Idea Gallary, Dilshad Colony. Even as per mail from IDEA Customer Care they were said after payment they would discontinue the said IDEA No. Now in Dec 2014 month I again received the IDEA bill around Rs.3, 100/-against [protected]. After enquiry in IDEA Galary, Dilshad Colony, Delhi their executive told me that they given execuses of technical error was in system. Hence payment was not done in Sept 2014. They have now updated my previous payment Rs.2217/- in Dec 2014 but not ready to waived off balance amount Rs.900/- which is now on current bill. I want to file case against IDEA for unethical services. Why should I make payment Rs.900/- if the mistake is not done from my end.

        I have recharged my account with rs 108 and then rs.248. They have cancled my 500MB and then have only activated my 1000MB. This not a fair one, I need my Mb refeunded. When I called the customer care center regarding to this they have behaved with me in a harsh way. Is this the service you provide, very poor. This not a way to behave. I am writing this from kerala.               I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated in 1 December 2014 from web for my no. [protected]. I received SMS unknowingly "Your Juice Up has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 21.00 /- for 1Week. Renewal charge is Rs 21.[protected]@1Week as applicable. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223." for this it took 21rs.charges per week. I haven't used any service or download anything named Juice up services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used So please deactivate and refund my valuable money. waiting for your prompt reply ...

              I think idea wants this to take it legally. Its also been a big question on the security of my number. I ll be taking it legally now.
              Still idea doesn't even care. This is an amazing exceptional service one would expect.

                my idea no is [protected] i am recharging my no. Since last 4 days for data, every time recharge successful but balance is not credited in my account and amount is getting deducted from my bank account. i have called customer care first they told me to visit idea customer care centre to check handset, and then they told me to do recharge through retailer, finally they disconnected the call with reference that they can not assure the solution of the problem.i have also recharged from the official site of idea and the executive told me that all recharges have done by third party and we are not responsible for your recharge from idea cellular website also. my work is hampering due to this issue since last 4 days and i am not getting any resolution for that. only 2 option are now available for me either i have to port my no. with any other operator or i have to go to lodge complaint to the consumer court.

                    I Swati Kumari has applied for idea WiFi online on 23/10/2014. The POC Mr. Ganesh Visited me and i opted for 599 scheme, he charged me 2019 for 3 months . Later he called me saying that this connection required one more month payment as I am taking connection in a private building having less than 10 flats. So I paid Rs. 673 later (Total : 2692). I've paid the whole amount on cash and submitted the documents he requested. He gave me a receipt for it numbered 23136 . He promised that by 26/10/2014 I'll have the connection. Till now 1/12/2014 more than a week has passed not even a call from any of the technicians. Whenever i call the POC, he is not receiving my call .I even tried calling customer care they said no registration is done yet on my name and mobile number. They asked me to wait . After two days called again the same reply "wait". I'm completely disappointed by this behaviour. I feel like this 2692 rupees has been stolen from me.                     Is there any update on the same? I want net connection at the earliest. Now i feel why I invested money in IDEA wi-fi connection, better if I opt for some other connection.
                    I don't know what is going on? A representative of Idea Sachin ([protected]) called me on 2nd Dec and passed me message that I will get connection by 2nd evening. Then in the evening he again called me with his manager in conference, they assured me that i will get connection on 3rd Dec. But again I am without my connection. I called Sachin again & again but he used to cut my call. After few times he reveives my call & passed me message that their enginners are in my area so they will visit my place but till 6 P.M in the evening no one visted my place. I told him to pass me the number of your enginner, he told me that he is messaging me his number but he didn't.

                    I don't know what they are doing? They are complete fraud.
                    If till Friday I didn't get my connection then I have to file FIR against Ganesh & Sachin against Fraud. Even Idea customer care who called me on 2nd afternoon is not taking any steps on the same.
                    Finally I got User id & password . But still the deposited amount is less than what I had given to POC Ganesh.I paid total Rs.2692 but I got message with my balance as Rs. 2019. Engineer called me & told me that he is coming to my place but again he called me telling that he don't have accessories like wire so he will send some other engineer tommorow. I don't know why he called me if he don't have accessories.

                    Still I am not confident that I will get my connection tomorrow because I am in this loop from 23rd of Nov.

                    Hello IDEA,

                    The same happened for me to as well. POC Ganesh with telephone number : [protected], Viman Nagar, Pune has collected the advance amount of 2061 INR and the required documents from me. He assured me that the connection will be given in 2 days. But it is since more than 5 days there is no news. Even POC Ganesh is not answering to my calls and disconnecting my calls again and again. I believe he is a tout, fake Idea sales agent who is doing such kind of crimes across the Pune city from prospective internet connection seekers. I have given complain to Idea head office and concerned authority. If no action taken then I will take proper legal action and file a FIR with local police against Idea and the fake Idea POC Ganesh so that he wont dare to commit such crime again.

                      Sir, I got a recharge done of Rs. 102 on my mobile, in which I received 300 MB 3G Data and an additional promotional 300 MB Data. I had received this offer through SMS. After 3 days I mistakenly recharge my mobile with Rs. 13 by dialing *150*13#. In which I received SMS of Credit of 65MB 2G Data. Due to this recharge, the main 300 MB 3G Data was Lost but the promotional Data Was intact. I could only use the Promotional 300 MB Data. When I enquired about this with your Customer Care, they told me that my 300 MB Data was Collapsed due to Rs. 13 Recharge and they showed me their helplessness on the matter. I Want to Know that:- Why my 300 MB Data should Collapse if it’s Validity Was Still Remaining?

                        This is something ridiculous thing I have experienced. I was surfing on Internet and suddenly I got a message that your Idea juice up service has been activated and it charged 21 rupees. To refund my 21 rupees I have been calling idea call centre but they are not giving me positive response. One cannot expect such thing from a big cellular company in India.

                          My idea mobile number is [protected]. I purchased a micro SIM for the same number from the Idea office Malleswaram on 18th Nov 2014 by giving all the required documents and collected the acknowledgement. After a week the incoming and outgoing calls are barred for the reason "documents not submitted". I visited the same Malleswaram office from where I purchased the SIM (which 15Km away for me) 3 times. Each time I get the same answer, we have submitted the documents and will send the email and the problem will be rectified within 3hrs. But even after 6 days the problem is not rectified. I even offered them to take the documents once again and rectify the problem. But they are not ready to do that also. Nearby IDEA outlets are not even ready to listen to the problem and simply redirect to the IDEA office where the SIM is purchased. My alternate mobile number is [protected]

                          i already informed the customer support i want to know nearest idea office but they didnt called me back to tell me where it was and now bill is too much uncessarry charged with 2g pack which i havent authorized to, i want bill to be re issued asap and my phone unbarred then only ill keep this network and pay bill honestly

                            Hi Idea team, I recharged my number [protected] with Rs. 248 3G internet recharge through following Idea cellular website: https://care.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/account/online-recharge Website shows the recharge done suucessfully, I have not received the message on my mobile number, details are below: Transaction ID : ASMP[protected] Transaction Time is: 01/12/2014 11:58:18 Amount has been deducted from my account, but recharge has not been done yet. Please have a look at the issue and get it resolved.

                            Please get it resolved on priority, this is not the first time this has happened with me.
                            There is person who called me from a number [protected] and tells me that payment is in pending and asks me for my bank account detail so that payment can be refunded to my account.

                            I asked him to send me an email and I can reply the details on that email, but he refused.

                            How can I share my bank account details with somebody who does not want to disclose his identity?

                            Please have a look at this request on priority, I can share the details with somebody authorized from Idea, but not with anybody.

                              Sir, I am your regular customer and having two add on POST PAID connections [protected] and [protected] for more than last 12 years. I am receiving bill for above cell phones at my present address i.e. 455/11, Blazon Paint Street, Sunet, (near E Block Gurudwara B.R.S. Nagar, Ludhiana where I am residing for more than 20 years. Sir, I have applied for two Add on connection and phone number suggested and two sim given to me by your representative [protected] at IDEA STORE, KOCHAR MARKET, LUDHIANA and told me they will give number 98140 55225 and one number ending with 000125. But message received by me for activation are [protected] and[protected] when I contacted your rep. she said that this number is not possible because a due is pending for 000125 and she will issue [protected] but she did not fulfil her commitment. On 29th nov. I received two messages that your request for above connection is negative due to reason : Ngtv.Address. I again contacted your representative and told that I have above two connection and regularly receiving bills on this address, each and every bill is paid in time by me. How, this address can be negative. They again send some person having cell no:[protected] who contacted me on my cell [protected] on 30.11.2014 and he visited my address on 30th nov. and again I talk him and he said that enqiry has been done and your connection will started withing 24 hours, but I surprised to see two messages again on my cell [protected] ïs negative due to reason:Ngtv. short address. Sir, I request you either activate new connection or tell me reasons for not activation of connection, otherwise I will be left with no Option but to transfer my earlier connections to other cellular company for reason stated above.                                 I was approached by idea who offered me a new post paid sim card with good value for money deals. For the sim card an initial payment of Rs. 300 was collected and I was informed that they would deduct 100 from my monthly bill for the first 3 months. Once the sim was delivered it never got activated for a month. After repeated complaints at idea toll free complaint number, I learnt that the sim registration number had been wrongly entered in the system and I had to get it replaced at the nearest Idea cell. For which I had asked them to de-activate the number since it was not working and I did not want to take the trouble of travelling to Vadapalani from Anna Nagar to get it replaced. I was offered the sim at my doorstep without having wanted it, I had accepted it as I felt a spare connection at a reasonable rate would be helpful. After a month when I had asked them to discontinue the service I was offered a replacement, but I was also billed for the first month when the sim had not been activated at all. This drove me furious and I called them to discontinue service once and for all and that I was disgusted by their pathetic service. Idea has taken so much of my valuable time and has disturbed me in the past few months. I have details of all the mails that have been sent to idea back end regarding my problems and obviously idea should have a record that I haven't made a single call from the number. The number is [protected]. For the amount of time and energy Idea has wasted of mine, I fell infuriated and have no intentions of paying the very wrong bill of Rs.492 for a service I have not availed. Now I have been issued a notice for the same. I feel this is an exact case of a corporate firm accusing a lay person wrongly and creating problems unnecessarily. I demand the refund of my Rs.300 MADE INITIALLY AND COMPENSATION FOR THE MENTAL TORTURE AND WASTING MY TIME & ENERGY. I SHALL GO TO CONSUMER COURT IF NECESSARY WITH ALL THE DETAILS THAT I HAVE.

                                      Dear Sir, My Mobile no is [protected] . I have done 3G Data recharge of 127 Rs (1GB) on 20 nov 2014 and my recharge was done successfully and I have got successful recharge message “RCH done. MRP Rs 127 NEW BAL, Plan : 1 GB, 3G data valid for 30 days”. But when I am using internet data charges are deducted from my talk time balance and 3G data balance remain same. When I am checking my data balance using *125# number it shows “Data Bal in ur accoung 1027.60 MB valid till dec 20 2014”. When i have called Customer Care and they dont know about ISF, Next day I went to idea store to ask regarding and they told ISF means Idea Smart Phone. I don't have a Idea Smart Phone. They are not written ISF meaning nor given terms and condition for it on their web site. I have requested to revert my balance but they denied my request told me it is not possible. Please help me

                                        Hey Idea employees, are your PROFESSIONALS or NOT ???? Do you really know about how to deal with customer. Are you EDUCATED or UNEDUCATED persons I am suffering 5-6 time just because of your cheapness you are applying unexpected and unwanted services on my number or without and any solution my number has been closed what RUBBISH. Are you Running a company or DEPARTMENTAL SHOP ????? First of all few month before from idea employees 4 to 5 time some services are activated from idea company like songs activated, change my SMS packs, change my monthly planes something like that. I was very irritated for this I did complaint against this and I am struggling a lot and suffering a lot for this cheapness. And now he was again activated 3G data pack on my number. I was got sms through idea 3G data pack and gprs service was activated on my number. Immediately I was call at customer care and he was telling me this service was not for chargeable for you I was confirming three times and he was again telling me same as this is not chargeable for you. I was tell OK. Can you imagine this service was activated after 45 to 55 days and they charged of me. I can’t imagine which service they are activated on my cell phone that was unwanted and unexpected and I was already confirmed from customer care that was not chargeable but he CHARGED ME. I was shocked and just thinking they are working in communication Company or Pansari ki dukaan ??????????????????? I am thinking in this company which people are working educated or uneducated and I was register complaint against this But he was closed my number without any reason and without Any processing status. They are giving very irresponsibility And Unprofessional and uneducated behaviour. Telling to everyone Connect with IDEA as your OWN RISK. They are no deserving peoples.
