[Resolved] Idea Mobile — Bill paid, still receiving message for due payment | |||||
I was the owner of number [protected](corporate plan for Tata technologies limited, Pune). In month of Oct 2015 i have closed this number . after bill cycle i received the bill amount of 242, which i have paid to one of the idea store located in UJJAIN, (Arvind Traders, 22 Kamala nehru marg, Freeganj, Ujjain M.P) on 13/11/2015 against the receipt number 3147 as i was travelling so found suitable to pay at this idea store. But still i am receiving messages from idea saying" your idea mobile BA[protected] due amount 242. request you to make the payment to avoid legal action." Though the payment has been done, why it has not been updated in system still??? For further details i contacted on a number received in the same message. The person is asking me to get the contact details of the store in order to verify the same. on the payment slip there is no contact number mentioned. this is the way idea is providing their services, this is not the only issue i am facing. i have been chasing idea from past 4 months for the many other reson like: NMNP(for 2 number), Postpaid to prepaid Sim card non availability at the store, issues which Disconnection of the existing number. Kindly let me know the reason behind not updating the payment details in the system and why i am receiving unnecessary messages and mail regarding the legal action???
why to trouble your customer ?? i have logged complain over customer care number (communication I'd C1-[protected], ) on your mail id (Email Reference Id E1-[protected]) and made a directly on number [protected], but still no resolution from your side.
Is this the way to serve your customer????
