[Resolved] Idea Network — 500 mb internet data given for 15 days validity against 1gb 2g data for 28 days validity

Dear sir, This is to inform that i recharged by retailler idea 1gb, 2g internet pack of rs. 126, for 28 days. This was shown by checking *121# special offer on 14/07/2016 for my contact no [protected]. I have screen shots of this offer. I called to 198 customer care they told me offer will be activated in 4 hours. But benefit not received still. Company gave me only 500 mb for 15 days which is wrong. Dear Provider,

As per your post discussed with your associate but I am not satisfied as I posted with proof of that offer still offer is not provided to me. Its very irresponsible work done by you. you have to provide right information and offer.
Once more activate it to my no otherwise I will go to consumer court against Idea Cellular I have proof and retailer is also evidence who checked it and then activated it.
