Still my query is not resolved.
Several months before i have applied for postpaid connection through an idea dealer [protected]@gmail.com. Presently i am n vodafone postpaid customer. Unfortunately, after certain days i have received a message from idea and vodafone that portability is failed. I asked the idea executive to assist me further. But there were no response from their end.
They are not attending the phone call when i call from my mobile. But when i do from my friends number, they are attending. It seems that they are playing fool with me. They have collected my proof, and an amount of rs.300 for connection and i have also shared the new port number to them.
I tried to inform this to idea customer care, but they were not ready to here my words. They asked me to call to a number ([protected]) to get connected to their postpaid department, but again its connecting to prepaid department.
I explained the queries to them, but they were ready to here me. I asked them to connect to their senior officer. And they acted like connecting and finlly disonnected my call.
Worst customer care team.

I am sorry to draw your kind attention that till date, my above noted issue not yet resolved. As 11 days already being passed out of my 28 days validate of IDEA 3G pack. Now I wanted to know when you going to resolve my issue and when I am able to use my internet?? For your kind information that every day, unnecessary, I have spent lots of money for my daily internet usage.. May I know who will bear the extra cost.
However, I am requesting you all once again kindly resolved my issue by today eod or refund my amount at an earliest. I am feed up with Idea service..
