      The network of idea in my surrounding is doen from yesterday that is the 2nd of july morning 9 am. I am not able to make any calls or receive any due to no network. When i enquired it is not only with me all idea users around were facing the same problem. I am a business person and i do get important call which i am not able to receive from 2 day. If problem persists i will be forced to port to another connection. I am loyal customer to this number for the past 10 years and i dont want to do it. So please do something soon. I will be facing lot of issues or else.

        Hello sir/mam

        I recently changed my 3g combo 399 plan to 399 iplan on 28th of june 2016 which is in between my bill cycle. I was unaware of the fact that i have to pay standard charges of my previous plan if i changed my plan between my bill cycle which is 15 to 15 of every month. I changed my plan online through idea official website and there was no information provided to me about any standard charges and now customer care says that i have to pay standard charges. Its not right at all. Before this, when i bought this connection the idea company executive who met me for information told me that there will be no roaming charges on postpaid connection, idea to idea calling is absolutely free and now idea is charging me for all this. Also no information was provided to me at the time when i changed my plan online. Either idea company Executives provide no information or when they provide us information, that particular imformation seems to wrong. Please close my idea postpaid number as i am completely unhappy with service.

          I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated today 3 julu 2016 from web for my number [protected]. for this it took 130rs.charges per month. After calling to customer care I am not satisfied with his response and also he was very demandble with me without understanding my probelm why actually I got deducted. As I stated that I haven't used any service or download anything named juiceup services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used So please deactivate and refund my valuable money. waiting for your prompt reply ...

            Hi,

            Myself "Tarique Arsiwala" and my postpaid mobile no. is [protected], couple of months back i did portability on this no. from Airtel to Idea (Pre-Paid) and within few days i had converted the same no. in to Idea postpaid through Bhumi Communication - Vasna Ahmedabad and Branch code is 75063. For registration to postpaid i had submitted all my document like my Adhar Card copy and a passport size photograph now after nearby 2 two month when i had received a call from agent regarding bill payment i came to know that my mobile no.is registered by the name of some Ishan Sevak from Baroda.

            My outstanding bill payment is some 4000/- is again high as per my usage and i had not been informed any single time for pending bill, i had even not received any communication regarding pending amount.

            Being a India's one of the best cellular company do someone expect sim card registration on fake ID or done with specific intention, i am also worried that what happen to my document? is it used for issuing fake sim card to one who does not have any identity. As my document was not registered with my card should lodge a FIR because tomorrow if something happen who is going to take a responsibility.

            You can check my detail from how many years this mobile no. is registered on my name and how it is possible that it can change from initial name to some else without any approval/affidavit/legal document. I hope you understand my concern/problem and expect quick response from your end.

                    No resolution was delivered. The customer service rep was eager to close the issue without giving any resolution. My point is that i never preferred or accepted any of these services. Its a looting strategy that is going on. It works this way:
                    A forced pop up Window opens up when you open certain web pages. It contains advertisement of service with a yes or no button. An unsuspecting customer clicks any button, the page takes it as a yes. And he is charged a fee for that service.
                    If you operators are not up to looting, why don't you make the activation of these services over SMS? Like sms y to subscribe or n to say no? You won't do that because that way you can't exploit intelligent customers.
                    My fight will go on as long as you refund entire Rs 225/- that you charged illegally.

                      The worst experience I ever had with other service providers, sales person sold sim card with false promises (3gb 3g per Monty) but actually got only 1.5gb 3g and data cap post usage. Complained many times when I got call from customer service to upgrade my sim to 4g. I didn't paiyed my bil since no one cares about my concern. The worst part is they send me damn notice for not paying my bills. No one takes responsibility of my concern.

                        I recharged my idea no [protected] with Rs 199 through paytm. It did not succeed at first, After waiting for 2 hours I recharged through some other app and it succeeded. After some time paytm also started showing that my recharge was successful. But I didnt receive any message regarding the successful recharge from PAYTM. Could you please refund my Rs 199 as it was recharged twice .

                        I recharged my phone for Rs 222 using Paytm. I did not receive the successfully recharged message for half an hour so I decided to recharge my phone again. I did the recharge for the second time and this time I received a message instantly. After an hour I got another message saying that my recharge was successful. This is very annoying. Paytm has deducted 444 Rs for doing the same recharge. I called the customer care and told them that I want refund for one recharge. They are just saying that they will look into this matter. It has been so many months but I haven't received any reply from their end. I am never going to use Paytm again. I have recently shifted to Bill Bachao app. This app works good for me. I have never faced any problem with this app. The moment I recharge my phone, I get a message that states I have received the balance. The additional features of this app are very helpful.                               I have Requested to disconnect the connection mobile number [protected] but they have not disconnected the connection, simply Raising the Service charges .

                              Given me number of fake information in plan benefits.

                              Very very poor Network.. Its showing always one point only in my native .

                              I have given number of network complaints through mail and phone calls.but no improvement.

                              I waited for many months but no improvement.so I have not pay the bill.so they are scolding me very badly to pay the bill amount.

                              Don't cheat the other people's to complete your Target.
                              I am frankly saying, I am a very emotional type.

                                  On 13th June I am porting my 75 offical no from Idea to some other network, but I got a call from idea officals that please staty with us and we are providing you an offer of call tariff and 3G Data i.e idea to idea 0.20p and other and Std 0.30 P for 90 days and 250 3G data every six months. But non of the offer activated yet . I called 7-9 time for the same, they said our back-end team will call you in next 24 hrs.
                                  Please tell me when this 24 hrs will come and why you make fool to your premium customers, if you can't provide better and qualtiy services and full fill your commitment say no directly. Your network is hampering my business.

                                    I recently port my vodafone number to idea, since i port my vodafone, i had lost my vodafone network and not getting signal in my new idea. So couldn't able to verify new idea sim number. Contacted the customer care center, but their suggestions are helpless. Is there any way that i could do verify my idea number? I did put my new sim card in to different mobile and tried, wait for 24 for hours, restart my mobile, still nothing happen. Did every thing i can what the customer care center person told me to do. My alternative number is [protected]. Please help. Cant avoid that sim due to lot of important contacts

                                      [protected] is my mobile number and Idea has activated juice up service in the same without my confirmation.Also you have billed RS.150 to my account for the unwanted service.Idea is deducting money without our confirmation and I am really fed up.I was an idea customer by all means and now I opt idea service only for internet usage.Kindly refund my money and deactivate the Juice up service.

                                        I have registered my request on 25-june-2016 to convert my postpaid to prepaid at idea store (S. B communication) and communication id - c1-[protected]. Also i cleared all bill which was inr 700 (Payment reference no[protected] and inr 50 for prepaid sim card. They have sent my confirmation sms regarding my request. My billing cycle is 27th of every month that's why i submitted my request before billing cycle date which was 25-june-2016. Still my request has not been proceed due to some amount pending with pro-rated monthly rental amount. They did not told me regrading pending amount while submitting request. Why i pay monthly rental, i have submitted my request before billing cycle.

                                        Also they are saying, i need again submit my request with documents.

                                        I am not going do any process and remain amount paying.

                                        Please look on my request and provide salutation.

                                        Nothing has been done, my issue is still open.
                                        I will send mail to my company to stopping taking Idea services for official work. i will share my experience in operator rating portal to stop your service.

                                        I must say, you are the worst service provider and pathetic in terms of customer services.
