Dear sir,

Some of your executives came to our office and give around 2000
Sim cards for updating 4g that means they give us existing customers details to us for changing to 4g by sending by our courier services till now they did not given single payments to the courier company so kindly make necessary steps immediately. one the executive name is hari balaji and others name are shivakanth and giri who is working in idea at perungudi chennai. zonal office south tamilnadu.

    I did port from airtelt to idea, and finallyt he sim is active, showing network.

    As instructed i keep trying to call 59059 to activatem my sim so that my numberw will be active... but sadly i receive recorded voice message saying they regret that i can not make that call.

    Please guide me what am i supposed to do. i am in a travel thousands of kms away away from home, and now nobody can contact me as this is the only number i carry.

    It's an urgent and serious issue, guys.. please respond soon.

      I am from kerala.i am reacharged 448rs 2gb 3g data for 28 days and iam used only about 500mb and iam also activated the 100 mb 3g data loan. but the by activating the loan iam losted the remaining 1.5 gb data, i am also called the coustemer care and they told me that they will send an request to the idea, it has been paaed 1day now i didnot recive my losted data and iam soo bad for this idea service, can any body help mee for this... plzzzzzZ

        I misplaced my cell sim and applied for a new sim to idea store. When as asked for an id, i produced e-aadhaar but they refused to accept the same. Where as as per uidai notification both are the same as far as e-aadhaar is digitally signed.

        Their reply was that trai has stopped the same.
        Will the idea people or trai people clarify?

            I had outstanding of rs 2500.. I didn't had or even have the intention paying idea bill.

            But this people charged me wrong rental for 3g services for 3 months.. Of which one month i paid..

            I had sent a message to deactivate my 3g services to which idea responded by replying that your net services are no longer activated..

            This was the reason i had not paid my bill. I have even mailed on care. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com to which i had no response.

            Then now starts the torture period, when one woman calling me and asking me to pay the bill, initially she was polite, so i told her that i am ready to pay 1200 rs barring rs1200 of 3g. She told me ok pay the bill & we will close it.. I formally asked her name and told her to give me in writing the same thing to which she refrained and then she started showing her true colour..

            This went on for few days then there was long gap of approx of one month then another call.. This time it infuriated me as they had call my family members, in laws, friends and office colleague.. This is really unacceptable by any means.. There was again a lady and she told that i am from delhi, mr. Chirag has done some fraud and u have to come as witness.. This is freaking disgusting. Cheap people doesn't have a inch of sense... Some heart patient may get attack, listening to their utter bull.

            They cannot use my personal information... They have void the code of conduct. Stern action should be taken against them.

            They asked me to call mr. Vikram a lawyer (Recovery agent) [protected] and give him the file no dl8083/16.

              My new Idea prepaid connection - [protected] is not activated even after submitting all the required documents and waiting for 5 days. There is no communication from the service provider on the issue they are facing in activating the number. Tried calling customer care but it never gets connected. Tried tweeting the customer care on twitter handle @idea_cares multiple times but never got satisfactory response. The person through which I bought the sim is telling me to switch to some other service provider - such is the state of apathy towards customer. My alternate number is [protected]. If Idea people seriously want to resolve this issue, they can contact me.

                I am using idea corporate connection ([protected]) since last 4 years. yesterday after i got a confirmation from idea that my 3g will be activated and the 3g was activated at 6 pm on 4th july. i am being charged for data usage. i specifically requested this change yesterday as it was the billing date. all my 3 g data usage should be part of my new plan. i shouldn’t be changed anything extra. i tried to compliant on this since yesterday but the call center executive (today morning i spoke to prachi) couldn’t provide any resolution. and most unfortunate is that they are not even ready to transfer the call to their sr. executive. as of now there is no resolution

                  Sir i have idea postpaid connection, Account No. :[protected]. my monthly plan is idea i plan 499, with tax i receive bill all the month around rs. 600/- that's it. This month i got bill of rs. 1592/-, in which they added prorated overage charges pack name 17043_HH_3G iPlan rs.730.08. They are charging Howmuch they want to charge ... This is totally unfair .. Please file this complaint ..i spoke to their marketing person he didn't inform me about these all prorated charges and all .. today i got the bill amount of rs.1592 .. please help me regarding this .. i called to customer care regarding this .. i waited in call for 30 mins .. that too for 3 times .. total 1Hour 30 mins .. they wasted still problem not resolved .. Who the hell wil pay me for 1hour 30 mins.. Total loss of 3000/- for that time .. please help me ... Fake idea plans .. dont use

                  And then they will offer some discount .. They are asking me to pay 1200/- ...I cant pay 1200/- .. i can pay only 600/- ... that too they're asking to pay extra 35 from next month(which they add as waiver) .. They are looting customers money ... from this month if i pay 35 extra .. for the next 5 years i will be paying 2100 + taxes .. if they loot 2100 from one customer .. total how many users are there .. how much they're looting .. please note this
                  I do called to customer care and then first waited in call from 20 mins then i spoke to supervisor for 5 mins .. then call ended .. then after i tried two times to speak to supervisor and waited in call for 30 mins .. then no response .. total today i wasted my time of 1hour 30 mins with idea customercare...Still the problem isn't resolved .. This is the worst service i have ever faced in my life .. worst service ... fake peoples
                  Idea is completely fraud. I am begging people don't use IDEA. They think people are inncent.

                    How can idea people can close my complaints without a proper solution?

                    How much time one can weight? it is permissible, if someone ask their customet to weight one week for proper resolution.

                    On what basis idea is looting money from me without a service? please make a note that i am facing problem from past one month.

                    As the problem is from idea network, i have asked them to disconnect my postpaid connection immediately. they were telling it is not possible to close at the middle of month.

                      I am not facing any kind of issues with this app... bt what always i face from your customer care executive.. they all just give me wrong infomation evrytime. one of your executive named jyoti i think.. last to last executive i spoke to... previously to varsha... gave me a wrong info that i can take activate 2 kind of plan at the same time i. e., i plan and also other plan to make 1 numbr free for unlimited calling.
                      At the time of taking this sim.. while making a verification call.. that executive told me that the security fees which i paid while taking the sim 300 rs. will get adjusted at the time of first bill. bt when my first bill generated.. the payment was not adjusted. nd when i called to cc then one of your idea executive told me that the previous info was wrong and amount will get refunded when you will close the sim.
                      And my every month bill hikes without any reason.
                      Really a very bad experience with idea... i will never refer idea to anyone.

                        I have recharged my 2g data pack of rs.125/- on 04/07/16
                        On same day my father accidentally recharged rs.125/-. this pack was activated mistakenly by my fatherwhi was recharging another no.
                        But unfortunately he entered the wrong no. so the rs.125/- pack benefits were credited in my account which was loss as my first recharge lapsed)
                        I was unaware of data being lapsed. when spoken to customer care they told me about the lapse of data.

                        Its not the matter of rs.125/- loss for me.

                        Being such a reputed company we don't expect loopholes in your system.
                        It seems that i have the rights of a person who is using a 3g pack of 1200 or 1800 rs.
                        If i do a net pack recharge of barely 20 rs on his account will lapse his netpack balance.
                        What a system?
                        What assurance do you give me that next time when i do a netpack recharge the pack won't be lapsed.
                        The trust level has decreased and i don't feel to recharge a datapack again.


                        Request you to kindly rectify such loopholes and solve issues of customers

                          Using idea number since one yr. International calls were not subscribed. Suddenly I got a spam number getting automatically dialed later realizing its been charged. Confronting customer care why my international calls were subscribed one answer was given from their end. Later we unsubscribed it. We got a bill of 2300 extra which calls were not done by us. Requesting many times no one helped us. Later we decided wouldn't pay untill idea would cut off the extra amount which was due to their negligence. We got a call aftr 2 months stating pay up amount which you used will start your number again. They send a guy at our place who took 2K n gave us a receipt stating will start with our services in a day. Later as our services were not started we called up customer care many a tyms still they said pay up whole amount we couldn't do any thing. Not even a single complaint was launched. Now we are getting lots of calls on daily basis harassing us to pay up for services which we dint used.

                            Requesting to release our numbers from idea network to vodafone and airtel because idea network is very slow and the internet is not working bills are very high amounts without any details bill is providing The Idea operator is not responsing to us the service is very poor.                               Since last 1 year I am facing major signal issue some or the other day. In our office 10 idea users are there and due to this pathetic service we are facing huge financial losses. Every time getting some or the other reason. We have group tie up with idea and this pathetic service will push us to close this relationship with IDEA. On top of that no engenineer has visited our office and other service provider have actually installed booster. I am also ok changing your network provided you assure no portability in 1 hour. We have suffered huge financial losses also my office is right at centre of Pune . Last but not the least this is how you treat your 10 year old consumer which needs to be highlighted in social media and print media as well. I will also ensure that we as a ICICI group should stop using Idea and do tie up with other service providers if tis problem does not get resolved in next 24 hours. anshuman

                                We have been using number since long time [protected]. we have recently shifted from postpaid to prepaid after clearing outstanding bills. however the new prepaid sim which they gave is still not activated. when we informed the same to them (idea store) champapet branch... now they are saying number is alloted to someone else.. i need the number at anycost.

                                  I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated today 18 jun 2014 from web for my no. [protected]. for this it took rs 35/-. and it will be charged rs 150/- per month. after calling to customer care i request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used so please deactivate and refund my valuable money. waiting for your prompt reply...

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      This is Sandeep, Nice to meet you Sir. I am a customer of Idea Cellular and I have been using the number [protected] since 8 -10 years. Actually I gave this number to my Dad and he use this number limitedly. For your information I left India before 3 months and my father's mobile was lost, So we didn't do any recharge and other activities regarding the Sim. When i Recognized this problem i tried to put a sim in other mobile after 3 months, but displaying as invalid.

                                      So i suggested my friend to approach the local idea cellular (Guntur), and he spoke to representative the present situation and he said that the sim is in inactive status, he advised that we didn't get that sim.
                                      And moreover the gave a 2nd advice that to convert to Postpaid connection and get a connection regarding this number. We are ready to use postpaid connection but my father is using instead of me this number and he was unable to handle post paid connection and in future it results to irregular payments and high risk payments because he is using smart phone and he cant handle with this postpaid connection.

                                      So I request you handle this for us importantly and reclaim my sim as soon as possible without fail.
