    My idea mobile no is : +91 [protected] (postpaid connection)

    I received the message on[protected] as your juice up has been activated. amount charged is rs 150.0 /- for 1 month. renewal charge is rs [protected]@30days as applicable. to deactivate sms stop to 155223.
    While i did not even know anything about it and msg,
    As on today i received bill for june-2016, i seen that vas services charges are included worth rs 150.0/- + service tax. then instantly i called to costumer-care and explain all my problems, after that i got another shocking news by costumer executive that your juice up subscription is already renewed for next month and you received another charges for next month cycle bill worth rs 150.0/- + service tax, but since you doesn't claim refund since last 3 months, i have authority to process your refund one time but you have to pay vas subscription charges for next month bill at any cost.
    Also i doesn't know how to start it, i seen that many complains are registered from costumers as same in global record.
    This is shocking for i have been a content user of your service, please do the needful and kindly avoid the confusion at the earliest. anticipating your favourable action and thanking for all your service so far. pls help.
    Also note that : costumer executive had process refund in one time only - i didn't get refund ;

    In addition i had activated dnd service also ; why should i pay this juiceup vas subscription charges amount one time, when i doesn't make a single click in idea costumer service

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      My name is Mr.Deepak devre, i am an employee od adityabirla fasiion & life style, and i had purchased one idea CUG sim card, for my professional use, and i am the platinum member of the company, but from last 2 moths i am not happy with service of the company, io have a idea postpaid card and my no is [protected]. and i am carrying 5 gm 3G internet plan on my this no, and 199 idea CUG plan.
      in the month of May 2016, my android hand set was brocken due to some reason, so i had started to use my black berry hand set in absence of my android hand set, but black berry has different internet schem so i called in idea care and took a black berry internet plan worth Rs 129 for seven days, and after seven days i had starterd to use my android phone, but @ the time of taking idea black berry plan, they did not told me that they will deactivate my current 5 GB internate plan which is i am using from last 2 year, and i was not aware about this so i started to use internate pnan in my android handset, and in the month of my company send me a bill of Rs. 4880, which is not acceptable @ all, and raice the complained in nearest idea care for the sameand he raised complain, and than i got a call from the customer care and they told me that we sorry for inconvenience its mistake of our executive he did not guide u properly so we are refunding u diff amount in next bill cycle, not my problem was unsolved by the mistake of the customer care executive and still in the month of june 2016 i got a bill of 12000, then again i raised complained to idea customer care, and they replied that still your last month problem is unsolved, and due to this reason your bill value is increased.
      and my question is that when i have visited idea customer care in the last month for the my problem and its solution how can they do this mistake again, and due to auto pay system last month 4880 & this month 9900 amount is debited from my account, i will not tolerate this at all,
      and its pure mistake of your executive and i want refund of my all the amount which is over charged by the company.

      this was one of the worst experience with me ever.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I appreciate your service standard but,

      As per my below issue company is ready to refund me my over charged amount,

      but its my humble request to you that please do not credit that amount in my billing cycle,

      all this problem arice only because of customer care executives misleading information to me,

      so i will not wait for my refund amount till next 60 days,
      today i just spoken with your customer care executive for my 13000 refund amount,
      and they replied me that as per the company policy we will refund the below amount till 17/9/2016,

      But i am facing this problem only because of the one minor mistake which is done by the customer care executive,
      and the refund amount is little big for me so i can not wait for 60 days to take my money back.


      Please take this matter seriously.

        Idea is totally making fool to its customer.
        I took a net pack for net setter ([protected]) of 3gb data and received 3gb data as retailer promised.
        Now the problem is net cant be accessed
        Retailer recharge the sim for rs 10/- and net was accessed for few seconds and again it was off and balance of rs 10/ become zero
        Contacted cust care 10 times and all reply from cust care are different.

        This additional recharge of rs 10/- has been done thrice (rs 30/-) and still net is not accessible. it worked only for few seconds till rs 30/- finished but still net pack 3gb is not working and the reply from customer care are different as they only making chu... to customers.

        Other retailer is suggesting to take 4g netsetter with offer of 3gb data each month for 5 months.

        Oye, why i should not go to opt reliance 4g offer once it offers unlimited data for 6 months?

        Top making chu... to your customers. who will refund my money or give service for the money i have paid for data recharge to this sucking comp idea?

        Its cust care works like beggers and alwasys misguiding

          I have recharged for is 4g internet pack valid for 28 days, on 27th-june-2016, which is valid upto 25th july-2016, but they have stopped my validity on 08-july-2016, where my most of the data is still unused. i called up customer care and asked for reason, mr praveen (introduced himself as supervisor) he said they have credited 1gb free data on 28th july which is valid only for 10 days, hence automatically the old validity was expired. now my question is who asked you to activate the free data? when i have my own validity upto 25th july. he agreed the error and said that i cant be possible to reverse over on call. and agreed that he will escalate and get it done. i will post the status what they did.. as i my previous experience, i am sure they will not take any action, they money i lost is going to be lost, however i will post the status here what they did.

          HI idea people don't post the formal replay to contact customer care, where i dint get the solution hence posting in here.
          Yesterday[protected] AT 8.00 PM. i Checked with customer care after long hold and i reached a girl and she enquired everything new, I explained her, again transferred to senior /supervisor, A lady Named Udaya, said complaint registered and she still have time to resolve where its not reached 48 hrs after complaint, I asked if not possible let me know i will make new recharge and start using internet, she just said you will get the call from customer care team, But I never get cal or even the SMS. its[protected].00pm, no response from idea till now.

          As my complaint is about their Idea Customar care where i am not getting the resolution, see the above post from idea team, they want me to call 198 again. is it not funny... Any way as they requested i am providing my mob number which is (nine zero nine two one three two two seven two) I will keep posting the status here, Again i am going to make the recharge here. If any further issue from idea, I plan to port to some other provider.
          Again I spoke with Idea customer care at 198, at 7.39 Pm[protected], REp name Angamuthu, initially he said no compalaint was registered, (i was shocked where peoples cheating us Udaya who spoke with me yesterday) after some hold he returned back and said its was escallated wait for 48 hrs, I fed up and asked can i do the another recharge, As per Angamuthu no complaint was in pending status and i can do recharge for validity.

          its not the first cheat by Idea its 3 rd time you can review my previous complaints, Any way i am again spending money to recharge where I need to use the internet for official purpose, I think its better to go for BSNL, let see..

            मैं निवेदन करना चाहता हूँ कि मैं हिमाचल प्रदेश का रहने वाला हूँ | पिछले कल मैंने अपना Dongle जिसका नम्बर [protected] है, 1 GB Data के लिए 249 रु. में 4 बजे के आस पास Recharge करवाया | मैंने लगभग आधा Data प्रयोग कर लिया था व करीब 500 MB Data बचा हुआ था | फिर मैंने रात 10.00 बजे के आस पास दोबारा Recharge करवाया | जब मैंने USSD से Data check किया तो देखा कि पिछला 500 GB Data ख़त्म हो चुका था व मुझे केवल 2 GB Data ही मिला था | जब मैंने इस विषय में आपके अधिकारी से बात की तो उन्होंने मुझे बताया कि आपको दुबारा भी 1GB का ही Recharge करवाना चाहिये था | उनका यह तर्क मुझे उचित व संतोषजनक नहीं लगा | महोदय, किसी भी Network Provider को ग्राहक के पैसे का इस तरह से दुरूपयोग करने का अधिकार नहीं है | मुझे खेद के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है कि इतनी बड़ी कम्पनी के इतने घटिया नियम हो सकते हैं | यह तो ग्राहक की इच्छा है कि वह चाहे 1GB Recharge करवाए चाहे 2 GB या फिर 10 GB | उस पर यह तर्क देना कि 1 GB करवाने पर ही पुराना Data add होगा, सरासर गलत व अन्यायसंगत है| कृपया इस पर पुनः विचार करें व् ग्राहक के पैसे का दुरूपयोग न करें |

              Hello,

              I want to bring to your attention that i have been frauded by idea cellular. I have taken a new connection to complete some urgent project work over the internet. I took a new connection (Under mobile no. [protected]).

              The reason for my complaint is that i topped up a unlimited internet pack (10gb) worth rs 1845 on 05th july at 23:23pm which didnt reach my account immediately and hence following morning i made a call to your customer services team. I have been advised by the customer team that this pack will be added to my account on 8th july and given that i needed to finish urgent work i have to top up my account again with 2gb on 6th july morning. On 8th july i realised that the 10gb topup was still not added to my account and hence i reached out to the customer services team again.

              They advised me that my topup of 10gb worth rs 1845 is lapsed as i have topped up my account again (I. E. 2gb) but this information was not given to me when i made the call on 6th july morning prior to topping up again.

              Now the customer services team without helping me are saying that this is how the idea system is designed but why should customer pay the price of your flawed system design. This is really a fraud. Its like i bought something from supermarket and paid for it and then bought something else and they refuse to give me the 1st item and saying that i can you the 1st item as you bought the 2nd item and all you can now have is the 2nd item but pay for both the item. Cant believe it. Its a joke..

              It doesn't make any sense at all. You should provide the customer the services what they have paid for and not make them responsible for your flawed designed system.

              I paid rs 1845 for 10 gb data so i should get that service and not some senseless explanation.

              I hope you will look into this matter as a matter o[censored]rgency and arrange a top up of rs 1845 (I dont want refund).

                I am an idea customer my number is [protected].
                I am receiving some messages from this number 155223 of money deduction of rs 75.00/- for some wwe zone, but we haven’t availed any of the services till date.

                So, my request is that please deactivate all the services from this number. and set dnd service on this number because i don’t want any of the messages from the idea company. and i don’t want any calls from customer care. kindly look in to the matter and solve it as soon as possible because i don’t want any such kind of money deduction in future.

                So, kindly stop all the activated packs on this number.

                  Idea broadband — disconnection request is not accepting.

                  I am a idea broadband user. I have been facing frequent network issues since the day i received the connection. Even if its working i hardly get the speed of 2 mbps (200kb transfer). My internet often don't work in the mornings and evenings. At night after 12 it works well. Saturdays and sundays i face very slow internet and at time it didn't even work.

                  I am fed up with this and raised tickets a number of multiple times. But the fix was never permanent. The very next day i faced the issue again. Today (7th july 2016) i requested for the disconnection of services but they were not willing to, and they forced me to take a ticket instead. They are not ready to accept the request. They are ready to take a ticket instead. Then they said i need to pay this month's bill to get the disconnection.

                  My plan is "advance rental". They are asking me to pay the full rent for the period 1st july 2016 to 31st july 2016. I am ready to pay the amount for the service i have taken. Not for the entire month which is yet to come.

                      I would like to inform you that on june 9, 2016 (5:45 a. m) an unwanted service named juice up was activated without doing anything on my number [protected]. i didn't subscribe for the activation of this service. as i received the message, i quickly unsubscribed it by following the procedure to deactivate it, as mentioned in the message. the message to deactivate the service is as follows
                      "to deactivate sms stop to 155223"
                      Even the generated idea bill has the information that i sent a message to 155223 on june 6, 2016 at 5:46 a. m.

                      But the subscription charges (rs 150/-) have been added in my bill and as told by idea customer care, the subscription charges can not be removed from the bill. kindly, look into the matter and deduct this charges from the bill.

                      Few months ago, even my phone had some value added services activated that I was unaware of. I deactivated these services the moment I received a message of its activation. Still I was charged Rs. 300. On receiving my bill, I immediately called the Idea customer care number. I explained them the entire situation and they said that I had opted for these services and also have used them for a month, which is why Rs. 300 (for two services) were added to my bill. To avoid such issues in the future, I have downloaded the Bill Bachao app in my phone. This app is basically for recharging your phone or making bill payments, however, its additional features a very useful. With the help of this app, you can see which value added services are activated on your phone and deactivate them instantly. The app has many other helpful features that help in saving money like the cashback offer. Every time you recharge your phone or pay your phone bill you get cashback in your wallet.                         I have received a bill 1183.50 for the month of june-2016 from idea.


                        They have charges me usage & vas charges 661.40 for internet browsing & also charged datapack (gprs core service_sb_0_acc_250_289 01-jun[protected]jun-2016 108.33) and (gprs core service_sb_0_acc_199_50 14-jun[protected]jun-2016 112.77)

                        I have contact with customer care (communication id c1-[protected]) but they cant resolve my problem.

                        I want details o[censored]sage & vas charges 661.40 (day by day).

                        I am really sorry to say, but you also have a very ill-informed customer service, who are not even sure about their company rates.

                        The amount wrongly charged on my bill should be reversed.

                        I recharged one of my idea number using idea online recharge and it showed recharge done, but the charge was not done by the idea and money was deducted from my account. No transaction details were shown by the idea after completing the transactrion. I lost my money.

                          I have Idea Corporate connections in Kurukshetra Haryana. I am facing very poor network since last 15 days. I face at least 50 call drops daily. Tell me who is responsible for it. I have lodged complaint with local dealer and your service head in our region many times. I just got an email that somebody will resolve my network issue. But regret to say nothing has been done so far.

                                        I live in badlapur. i am holding an idea card for more than 2 years. since last 10 days, many of idea customers are facing problem with idea network in our area (katrap, badlapur east). the range is full but call does not connect, 3g is not working, sms do not get sent. i appreciate that idea is the best network i have experience so far. dealers say there has been problem with idea towers in katrap only, rest badlapur is having fine idea network.
